    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De conformitat amb els principis constitucionals rectors per l’accés a l’ocupació publica, recollits a l’article 55 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30&amp;nbsp; d’octubre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de l’Estatut Bàsic de l’Empleat Públic, es convoca un procés per a la creació d’una borsa de treball del grup D, categoria professional/lloc de treball de treballador/a forestal nivell 1, treballador/a forestal nivell 2, treballador/a forestal sotscap i vigilant, que consten a la relació de llocs de feina de l’Institut Balear de Natura (en endavant IBANAT).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A l’article 18.2 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, es disposa que la selecció del personal laboral s’han de respectar els principis de publicitat, igualtat, mèrit i capacitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A l’article 21.1 del Conveni Col·lectiu d’IBANAT, aprovat en virtut de resolució del Conseller d’Economia i Competitivitat per a la qual es disposa la inscripció i dipòsit en el registre de Convenis Col·lectius de les Illes Balears, i la publicació del mateix ( BOIB núm. 54 de 16 d’abril) s’estableix que la selecció de personal laboral de l’Institut s’ha de dur a terme segons ordre de prelació establerta al mateix, essent el primer les borses de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Havent negociat amb la representació sindical el contingut de les bases de la present categoria, i una vegada que consta informe favorable de la direcció competent en matèria de funció pública pel que al compliment dels principis rectors en l’accés a l’ocupació pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En virtut de les funcions establertes a l’article 17 del decret 24/2013, de 24 de maig , d’aprovació dels Estatuts d’IBANAT, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolc &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria d’un concurs per formar part d’una borsa de la categoria professional/lloc de treball de treballador/a forestal nivell 1, treballador/a forestal nivell 2, treballador/a forestal sotscap i vigilant, per cada una de les illes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases que han de regir la convocatòria que s’adjunten a la present. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Designar la comissió tècnica de valoració, la qual està constituïda pel membres que s’indiquen a l’annex V de les presents bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Ordenar la publicació d’aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en el tauló d’anuncis i a la pàgina web www.ibanat.caib.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recurs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució es pot interposar un recurs d’alçada davant el Consell d’Administració d’IBANAT en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat d’acord amb els articles 121 i 122 de la llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i amb l’article 40 del decret 24/2013 de 24 de maig d’aprovació dels Estatuts d’IBANAT. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d’alçada podrà interposar-se un recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver-ne rebut la notificació de la desestimació, i contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs d’alçada podrà interposar-se el recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de sis mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta, d’acord amb els articles 8&amp;nbsp; i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No obstant l’anterior, es pot exercitar, si n’és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s’estimi pertinent.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;NORMES GENERALS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;Objecte i normes d’aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’objecte d’aquestes bases és regular la convocatòria de borses de personal laboral no permanent en la categoria professional de&lt;strong&gt; treballador/a forestal nivell 1, treballador/a forestal nivell 2, treballador/a forestal sotscap i vigilant&lt;/strong&gt; a les illes de Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa i Formentera, adreçat a persones amb experiència professional i amb titulació per formar les borses d’aspirants a les diferents illes per cobrir les necessitats de les diferents categories i llocs de treball de l’Institut Balear de la Natura (en endavant IBANAT). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La selecció de les persones aspirants s’ha d’efectuar mitjançant convocatòria pública pel sistema de concurs, que ha de consistir en la valoració de mèrits que detalla l’annex I d’aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La convocatòria s’ha de regir per aquestes bases, les quals s’ajusten als principis que informen de la selecció de personal, establerts a l’article 55 de l’Estatut bàsic de l’empleat públic, a l’article 44 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma, a la Instrucció conjunta del director general de Funció Pública i Administracions Públiques i del director general de Pressuposts i Finançament de 29 de febrer de 2016, per la qual es determina el requeriment d’autorització i d’informes previs per a la contractació de personal laboral fix i temporal dels ens que integren el sector públic autonòmic, així com a l’article 21 del Conveni col·lectiu de l’IBANAT (Resolució del conseller d’Economia i Competitivitat per a la qual es disposa la inscripció i dipòsit en el Registre de Convenis Col·lectius de les Illes Balears, i la publicació del Conveni col·lectiu de l’Institut Balear de la Natura (Exp. CC_TA_15/058, codi de conveni 07001922011997, BOIB núm. 54, de 16 d’abril de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.2. &lt;strong&gt;Contractacions de personal derivades de les borses &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La finalitat de crear les borses és poder formalitzar, amb les persones que la integrin, contractes amb qualsevol modalitat de durada determinada prevista i amb subjecció a la legislació laboral vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vegada formalitzat el contracte, s’hauran de respectar les limitacions establertes en l’article 15 i en la disposició addicional 15a de l’Estatut dels treballadors pel que fa a la durada màxima i a l’encadenament de contractes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.3. &lt;strong&gt;Reserva per a persones amb discapacitat &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposa el darrer paràgraf de l’article 59.1 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d’octubre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de l’Estatut bàsic de l’empleat públic, en les ofertes d’ocupació pública de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears es reserva una quota mínima del 7&amp;nbsp;% de les vacants perquè les cobreixin persones amb un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;%, sense perjudici que s’hagi d’acreditar la compatibilitat amb les funcions de la categoria professional/lloc de treball corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A aquest efecte, s’han d’oferir les vacants número 7 i les posteriors de catorze en catorze de la borsa, és a dir, els llocs número 21, 35, 49, 63... i així successivament. No obstant això, s’han d’oferir també llocs de treball quan els correspongui per la puntuació obtinguda en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En tot cas, l’oferiment està supeditat al fet que la discapacitat de la persona aspirant concreta sigui compatible amb les tasques del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per gestionar millor la reserva per a persones amb discapacitat de les borses convocades, s’ha de constituir una llista específica de persones amb discapacitat, per ordre de prelació, de cada una de les zones on hi hagi persones aspirants que hagin acreditat aquesta condició. Tot això, amb independència del fet que també figurin en la llista general que s’hagi constituït per a cada zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En qualsevol cas, les persones aspirants amb un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;% han d’aportar el certificat d’aptitud emès per la Direcció General de Dependència de la Conselleria de Serveis Socials i Cooperació del Govern de les Illes Balears, que acrediti la compatibilitat per a l’exercici de les funcions corresponents i en el qual es determini, si s’escau, les adaptacions que la persona aspirant necessita per al compliment del lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones interessades han de complir els requisits següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o alguna altra que, de conformitat amb l’article 57 de l’Estatut bàsic de l’empleat públic (EBEP), permeti l’accés a l’ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Tenir 16 anys complerts i no haver arribat a l’edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Tenir les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l’exercici de les funcions corresponents a la categoria i lloc de treball a la qual s’aspiri. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; No haver estat separades, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de cap administració pública, dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se inhabilitades de manera absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per accedir al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupaven en el cas del personal laboral, del qual hagi estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de nacionals d’un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitades o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el propi estat i en els mateixos termes, l’accés a una ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tenir carnet de conduir B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Estar en possessió del títol acadèmic exigit o en condicions d’obtenir-lo en la data en què acabi el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas de titulacions expedides a l’estranger, serà necessari aportar la documentació corresponent que n’acrediti l’homologació del Ministeri d’Educació, Cultura i Esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si el títol procedeix d’un estat membre de la Unió Europea, s’ha de presentar el certificat acreditatiu del reconeixement o de l’homologació del títol equivalent, de conformitat amb la Directiva 89/48, de 21 de desembre de 1988, el Reial decret 1665/1992 i altres normes de transposició i desplegament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El títol exigit per participar en la borsa convocada és un dels següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;títol de graduat en ESO, graduat escolar o equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Acreditar el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;coneixement de llengua catalana, nivell B1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, mitjançant un certificat emès o reconegut com a equivalent per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o homologat per l’òrgan competent en matèria de Política Lingüística. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones interessades han de complir els requisits enumerats a l’apartat anterior en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El model normalitzat de la sol·licitud i de la relació de documents acreditatius per prendre part en el procés selectiu s’ha d’ajustar a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;l’annex II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; d’aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds s’han de dirigir a l’Institut Balear de la Natura (IBANAT), al Departament de Recursos Humans, i s’han de presentar al Registre de l’IBANAT (carrer del Gremi dels Corredors, 10, 1r pis, polígon de Son Rossinyol, 07009 Palma, de dilluns a divendres, de les 9.00 a les 14.00&amp;nbsp;hores), als registres de l’IBANAT a Menorca o Eivissa, o en qualsevol altra de les formes que s’estableixen a l’article 16 de la Llei 39/2015 del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de 15 dies hàbils a partir de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada illa disposarà d’un borsí propi per a cada una de les quatre categories. Les persones aspirants podran elegir, en una mateixa instància, un borsí o diferents borsins de diferents categories i illes, que funcionaran de manera independent.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud emplenada adequadament &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(annex II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, les persones aspirants hi han d’adjuntar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Còpia compulsada del DNI o, en el cas de no ser espanyol, del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b). &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Còpia del carnet de conduir exigit en la base 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Una fotocòpia compulsada del títol acadèmic exigit per formar part de la borsa (anvers i revers). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; Una declaració jurada de les persones aspirants que compleixen el requisit de tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l’exercici de les funcions de l’especialitat a què correspon la borsa específica a la qual opten &lt;strong&gt;(annex III)&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; La declaració jurada de no haver&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; estat separat/ada, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de cap administració pública, dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni de trobar-se inhabilitades de manera absoluta o especial per a l’exercici de les funcions públiques &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(annex IV)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Fotocòpia compulsada de la documentació acreditativa d’estar en possessió del nivell de coneixements de català exigit en la base 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els coneixements de llengua catalana s’han d’acreditar mitjançant certificat emès o reconegut com a equivalent per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o homologat per l’òrgan competent en matèria de Política Lingüística. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Les persones aspirants amb un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;% han d’aportar fotocòpia compulsada de la resolució de reconeixement de grau, així com el certificat d’aptitud emès per la Direcció General de Dependència del Govern de les Illes Balears que acrediti la compatibilitat per a l’exercici de les funcions corresponents i en el qual es determini, si s’escau, les adaptacions que la persona aspirant necessita per al compliment de les funcions dels llocs de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Còpia compulsada de la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits al·legats seguint el mateix ordre d’exposició que consta en el model de relació de documents acreditatius. No es podrà valorar cap mèrit que no hagi estat acreditat mitjançant l’aportació de la documentació corresponent dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el supòsit de persones aspirants que hagin prestat serveis a l’IBANAT, Espais de Natura Balear (ENB), Servicios Forestales Baleares SA (SEFOBASA) o a l’Instituto de Conservación de la Naturaleza (ICONA), l’IBANAT incorporarà d’ofici, en l’expedient del concurs, un extracte de mèrits que figuren en l’expedient personal de la persona aspirant, sempre que així s’indiqui a la sol·licitud, amb referència fins al darrer dia del termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En aquestes bases, quan es faci referència a experiència professional o serveis prestats, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:red"&gt;o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;qualsevol referència a IBANAT, s’entendran incloses les altres entitats citades en el paràgraf anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En qualsevol cas, les persones interessades també poden adjuntar a la sol·licitud, l’original o còpia compulsada de la documentació que considerin adient per tenir-ne constància en el procediment de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per acreditar l’experiència professional, serà necessari la presentació de l’informe de vida laboral actualitzada expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per acreditar &lt;strong&gt;l’experiència professional al sector privat&lt;/strong&gt;, a part de la vida laboral, s’hauran d’adjuntar els contractes laborals. I en els casos en què als contractes no s’especifiqui o no correspongui la categoria professional amb la que es demana, s’haurà d’aportar un certificat de serveis prestats degudament firmat i segellat que exposi l’experiència i les funcions a l’empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per acreditar &lt;strong&gt;l’experiència professional al sector públic&lt;/strong&gt;, s’haurà d’aportar un certificat de serveis prestats degudament firmat i segellat per l’Administració pública corresponent que indiqui la categoria laboral en la qual ha estat contractat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformitat amb el Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, Reglament General de Protecció de Dades, i d’acord amb la Llei orgànica 15/1999, de 13 de desembre, de protecció de dades, es facilita la informació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les dades de caràcter personal que s’obtinguin de la sol·licitud seran incorporades i tractades de manera confidencial en un fitxer propietat de l’IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les dades obtingudes amb aquesta instància podran ser utilitzades, salvaguardant la identitat del sol·licitant, per elaborar estadístiques internes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els sol·licitants tendran la possibilitat d’accedir en qualsevol moment a les dades facilitades i a sol·licitar-ne, si escau, la rectificació, oposició o cancel·lació dirigint una comunicació escrita, juntament amb la documentació acreditativa de la identitat pròpia, a l’IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tendran la possibilitat d’exercir el dret de supressió d’acord amb l’establert a l’article 17 del Reglament (UE) 2016/679.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;LLISTES DE PERSONES ADMESES I EXCLOSES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada acabat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i comprovada la documentació presentada per les persones interessades relativa als requisits per participar en la convocatòria, s’ha de publicar la resolució per la qual s’aprova la llista provisional de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, amb la indicació de les causes de l’exclusió, en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, així com al tauler d’anuncis de l’IBANAT i a la pàgina web de l’IBANAT &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.ibanat.caib.es.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En tot cas, amb la finalitat d’evitar errors i, si es produeixen, possibilitar-ne l’esmena dins el termini i en la forma escaient, les persones aspirants han de comprovar no només que no figuren a la relació de persones excloses sinó, a més, que consten a la llista de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses o admeses disposaran d’un termini de 10 dies hàbils, comptadors des de l’endemà de la publicació de la resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, per esmenar el defecte o adjuntar el document que sigui preceptiu. En la publicació d’aquesta resolució se les ha d’advertir que la sol·licitud es valorarà com a no presentada si no es compleix el requeriment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un cop acabat el termini al qual fa referència el paràgraf anterior i esmenades, si escau, les sol·licituds, s’ha de dictar una resolució per la qual s’aprovi la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta resolució s’ha de fer pública de la mateixa manera que la resolució provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SISTEMA DE SELECCIÓ I BAREM DE MÈRITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El sistema de selecció de les persones aspirants és el concurs. A aquest efecte es constituirà una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;comissió tècnica de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els mèrits al·legats per les persones interessades s’han de valorar sempre que s’hagin acreditat dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, d’acord amb el barem que s’adjunta com a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;annex I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els mèrits que al·leguin les persones aspirants s’han d’acreditar mitjançant la presentació d’original o còpia compulsada de la documentació, i d’acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Justificant de l’experiència professional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Per acreditar l’experiència professional serà necessària la presentació de l’informe de vida laboral actualitzada expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas d’haver prestat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;serveis a l’IBANAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, si la persona aspirant ho indica a la sol·licitud, el certificat de serveis prestats es tramitarà d’ofici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas d’haver &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;prestat serveis al sector públic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a altres administracions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, la persona aspirant ha de presentar, a més de l’informe de la vida laboral, el &lt;/span&gt;certificat de serveis prestats degudament firmat i segellat per l’administració pública corresponent que indiqui la categoria o categories per les quals va ser contractat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;serveis prestats en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;sector privat, empresa privada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; s’han d’acreditar amb l’aportació, &lt;/span&gt;a part de la vida laboral, dels contractes laborals corresponents. I en els casos en què als contractes no s’especifiqui o no correspongui la categoria professional amb la que es demana, s’haurà d’aportar un certificat de serveis prestats degudament firmat i segellat que exposi l’experiència i les funcions a l’empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Titulació acadèmica oficial:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; una còpia compulsada del títol (anvers i revers). Només es valoraran els títols diferents del que s’exigeix com a requisit per participar en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Formació no reglada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; una còpia compulsada del certificat o diploma (anvers i revers).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La formació no reglada s’acredita mitjançant l’aportació dels certificats acreditatius dels cursos oficials realitzats, els quals han d’especificar el nombre d’hores de què consta el curs. Si no s’especifiquen les hores s’ha de comptabilitzar d’acord amb allò que estableix l’annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S’entén per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;certificat oficial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; els diplomes o certificats expedits per una entitat pública o organismes dependents, per organitzacions sindicals i empresarials o qualsevol entitat privada, sempre que tinguin autorització expressa de l’organisme públic competent per a la realització de cursos i sempre que aquestes circumstàncies constin en el mateix títol o diploma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Coneixements de llengua catalana:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Una fotocòpia compulsada d’un certificat emès o reconegut com a equivalent per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. COMISSIÓ TÈCNICA DE VALORACIÓ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’òrgan encarregat de la selecció és la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració, la composició de la qual consta a l’annex V.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els membres de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració s’han d’abstenir d’intervenir-hi, i ho han de notificar a l’autoritat que els va nomenar, quan hi concorrin les circumstàncies previstes a l’article 23.2 de la Llei 40/2015, d’1 d’octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A l’efecte de notificacions i tramitació de documentació, la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració té la seu a l’IBANAT (carrer del Gremi de Corredors, 10, 1r pis del polígon de Son Rossinyol, 07009 Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposa l’article 43.4 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d’igualtat de dones i homes, en els membres de l’òrgan de valoració hi haurà una representació equilibrada de dones i homes amb capacitació, competència i preparació adequades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A la sessió de constitució, els membres de l’òrgan de valoració han de designar un/a secretari/secretària entre els vocals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tots els membres han de ser funcionaris de carrera o laborals&amp;nbsp; fixos i posseir una titulació acadèmica de nivell igual o superior a l’exigida a les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Són funcions de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Valorar els mèrits al·legats i acreditats per les persones aspirants, en la forma establerta en les bases de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Elaborar una llista provisional de totes les persones que formen part de la borsa, ordenades d’acord amb la puntuació per mèrits que hagin obtingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Elaborar una llista provisional específica de les persones aspirants amb discapacitat, per ordre de puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resoldre les reclamacions presentades per les persones candidates en el termini establert convocant els aspirants a les revisions oportunes per tal que, si escau, esmenin els defectes de forma en l’acreditació dels mèrits o bé per tal que aclareixin algun dels mèrits, sempre que s’hagin acreditat en termini i en la forma escaient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Sol·licitar, abans d’elaborar la llista definitiva, als aspirants que hagin quedat igualats en puntuació que aportin la documentació necessària per acreditar les circumstàncies descrites a la base 7 per determinar la preferència en els casos d’empats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Elevar la llista definitiva de persones valorades i ordenades d’acord amb la puntuació obtinguda a la gerència de l’IBANAT, perquè dicti la resolució per la qual aprova la composició definitiva de la borsa, amb els llocs reservats a discapacitats, segons la llista &lt;/span&gt;específica de les persones que han acreditat una discapacitat igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comissió queda autoritzada per resoldre tots els dubtes que puguin sorgir i adoptar els acords necessaris per al bon funcionament de la convocatòria en tot el que no s’hagi previst en aquestes bases, i aplicar el mateix criteri per a les diferents bases establertes a aquesta convocatòria, per a les diferents categories i illes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveu l’article 51 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, a les reunions de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració hi podrà assistir una persona designada pel Comitè d’empresa de l’IBANAT per tal de vetllar pel bon funcionament d’aquesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. PUBLICACIÓ DE LES VALORACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En haver conclòs la valoració dels mèrits, la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració ha de fer pública la llista provisional amb la puntuació final obtinguda per les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació final serà el resultat de sumar els totals corresponents a cada un dels blocs, que no podrà excedir en cap cas de 100&amp;nbsp;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’ordre de prelació de les persones aspirants es determina per la puntuació total obtinguda en el procés selectiu. En cas d’empat, té preferència la persona aspirant que tingui més puntuació en l’apartat d’experiència professional &lt;/span&gt;a l’IBANAT &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de la mateixa especialitat o categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas de persistir l’empat una vegada aplicat el criteri anterior, s’aplicaran els criteris generals següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Ser una dona víctima de violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Ser major de 45 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Ser dona, pel fet que es tracta d’un sector molt masculinitzat a dins a l’empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Tenir més càrregues familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. No haver estat objecte de remoció d’un lloc de treball de la mateixa categoria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si hi persisteix l’empat, es farà un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La llista provisional de puntuacions es publicarà en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, en el tauler d’anuncis de l’IBANAT i a la pàgina web de l’IBANAT &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.ibanat.caib.es. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A la llista, ordenada de major a menor puntuació, hi ha de figurar el DNI, llinatges i nom de les persones aspirants, la puntuació obtinguda i el número d’ordre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposen d’un termini de deu dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l’endemà de la publicació de la llista al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, per fer les al·legacions o reclamacions que estimin oportunes sobre la valoració provisional dels mèrits del concurs. Les al·legacions o reclamacions s’han de fer per escrit amb registre d’entrada a l’IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones aspirants que presentin les al·legacions o reclamacions dins el termini establert seran convocades per escrit amb dia i hora a les dependències de l’IBANAT a les diferents illes, amb el termini previ de 48 hores, com a mínim. En cas de no assistir-hi i de tractar-se d’un error d’interpretació o material de la Comissió de Valoracions, es podrà revisar d’ofici allò que ha reclamat a l’escrit l’aspirant, sempre que sigui possible, amb la documentació ja presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. RESOLUCIÓ DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini per a la resolució de la convocatòria és de sis mesos comptadors des del dia en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. L’empresa pot ampliar aquest termini fins a un mes més.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un cop resoltes les reclamacions presentades a la llista provisional de puntuacions, la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració ha d’elaborar una llista de totes les persones aspirants que formen part de la borsa, per ordre de puntuació obtinguda, la qual s’ha d’elevar a la gerència de l’IBANAT perquè dicti la resolució de creació de les borses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La resolució de creació de la borsa s’ha de fer pública al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, en el tauler d’anuncis de l’IBANAT i a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.ibanat.caib.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Amb la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de la resolució de la gerència de l’IBANAT de constitució de les borses, queden derogades les borses anteriors de la mateixa especialitat, les quals deixaran d’estar vigents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. CRIDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Criteris generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si es produeix una vacant i si és necessari proveir-la, s’ha d’oferir als aspirants que formen part de la borsa de treball seguint l’ordre de prelació establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les citacions a les persones interessades es faran preferentment de forma telefònica i es deixarà constància a l’expedient del dia i hora de les telefonades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S’haurà de telefonar un mínim de tres vegades, amb diferència d’almenys una hora entre telefonades i, si no és possible localitzar l’aspirant, es remetrà un missatge de correu electrònic deixant un termini de 24 hores per respondre abans de passar a l’aspirant següent per ordre de prelació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas de telefonar a la persona aspirant per oferir-li diferents ofertes en un mateix moment, les renúncies expresses o tàcites es comptabilitzaran com una sola renúncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. RENÚNCIA A LA BORSA DE TREBALL I SITUACIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si la persona interessada no manifesta la conformitat amb la proposta rebuda en el termini de 24 hores&lt;/span&gt;, el dia hàbil següent, o manifesta la seva no disposició a inc&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;orporar-se en el termini indicat per l’IBANAT, en aquests dos casos, s’entén que hi renuncia i passarà al darrer lloc de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A les persones aspirants que renunciïn de manera expressa o tàcita a tres ofertes de treball, se les exclourà de la borsa, llevat que al·leguin, en el termini establert per manifestar la pròpia conformitat en el paràgraf anterior, la concurrència d’alguna de les circumstàncies següents, que s’han de justificar documentalment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Estar en període d’embaràs, de maternitat o de paternitat, d’adopció o d’acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, o en excedència per a cura de fills i filles o bé excedència per cura de familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Prestar serveis a l’IBANAT, al Govern de les Illes Balears o a qualsevol dels ens dependents del sector públic instrumental. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Exercir funcions sindicals en el moment de la crida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En aquests casos, les persones aspirants conservaran el seu lloc a la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Això no obstant, qui al·legui alguna de les circumstàncies anteriors no rebrà cap més oferta mentre es mantingui la circumstància al·legada. Correspon a la persona interessada comunicar a l’IBANAT, mitjançant un escrit amb registre d’entrada a l’IBANAT, la finalització de la concurrència de les causes esmentades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les persones que treballin a l’IBANAT i en situació de &lt;em&gt;no disponibles&lt;/em&gt; per aquest fet, sempre que hi prestin serveis com a personal laboral amb un contracte a una plaça no vacant, es consideraran com a situació de&lt;em&gt; disponible&lt;/em&gt; i se’ls comunicarà l’oferta de nous &lt;strong&gt;llocs de treball vacants&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;és a dir, llocs sense cap persona en propietat, sempre d’acord amb la seva posició a la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. En acabar el contracte pel qual varen ser cridades, les persones aspirants s’han d’incorporar automàticament a la borsa de la qual formen part, en el lloc que correspongui, d’acord amb la puntuació obtinguda en el moment en què es varen formar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La renúncia d’un contracte de treball, una vegada iniciada la relació laboral, i abans que el contracte acabi, comportarà que la persona aspirant passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones aspirants que hagin acreditat una discapacitat a les quals se’ls hagi ofert un lloc de treball, i la seva discapacitat no sigui compatible amb les tasques del lloc, han de conservar la seva posició a la borsa i s’ha d’oferir aquell lloc de treball a la persona següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11. MOTIUS D’EXCLUSIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Són&amp;nbsp; motius d’exclusió de la borsa els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No haver superat el període de prova legal en contractes laborals en aquesta categoria en els darrers dos anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Haver estat sancionat o sancionada mitjançant expedient disciplinari per falta greu o molt greu. L’exclusió per aquest motiu és vigent durant un període de dos anys des de la imposició de la sanció per faltes greus; per faltes molt greus l’exclusió és definitiva, llevat que s’hagin complerts els terminis per a la prescripció d’aquestes faltes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Haver renunciat, de manera expressa o tàcita, a tres ofertes de treball sense que es produeixi cap de les circumstàncies justificatives que preveu la base 10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Rescindir en tres ocasions el contracte de treball o del nomenament, per iniciativa de l’aspirant, excepte que estigui motivada per una millora de feina dins el mateix IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Falsedat en la documentació aportada o en les dades consignades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La voluntat expressa de la persona integrant de la borsa de ser-ne exclosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. GESTIÓ DE LA BORSA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El departament de Recursos Humans ha de controlar i gestionar la borsa de persones aspirants per mitjans electrònics, mentre resti vigent la borsa. Les persones aspirants podran sol·licitar la informació actualitzada en qualsevol moment respecte del lloc que hi ocupen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. VIGÈNCIA DE LA BORSA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La borsa de personal laboral i interí té una vigència màxima de tres anys des que es publiqui en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. Un cop que hagi transcorregut aquest període de temps, la borsa perdrà la vigència i no es podrà reactivar. Aquest fet s’ha d’anunciar en la pàgina web de l’IBANAT. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Serveis prestats a empreses privades amb funcions, categoria o llocs de treballs equivalents: 0,20&amp;nbsp;punts per mes treballat.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per acreditar l’experiència professional, serà necessari presentar l’informe de la vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per acreditar l’experiència professional &lt;strong&gt;al sector privat&lt;/strong&gt;, a part de la vida laboral, també s’han d’adjuntar els contractes laborals; en els casos en què en els contractes no s’especifiqui o no correspongui la categoria professional que es demana, s’haurà d’aportar un certificat de serveis prestats degudament firmat i segellat que exposi l’experiència i les funcions a l’empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per acreditar l’experiència professional &lt;strong&gt;al sector públic&lt;/strong&gt;, s’haurà d’aportar un certificat de serveis prestats degudament firmat i segellat per l’Administració pública corresponent en què s’indiqui la categoria o categories per les quals estava contractat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima d’aquest apartat és de&lt;strong&gt; 50 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;Mèrits acadèmics i altres formacions &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es valoraran com a mèrits acadèmics les titulacions acadèmiques dels estudis que estan directament relacionades amb les categories o llocs de treball objecte de la borsa, així com altres de no relacionades directament amb aquestes, sempre que siguin diferents de la titulació que s’exigeix com a requisit per participar-hi. Per tant, no s’han de valorar com a mèrits aquells estudis que són un pas previ i necessari per cursar els estudis que es valoren o que constitueixen un requisit per participar en la convocatòria.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1. Titulacions acadèmiques&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En aquest apartat es valoren les titulacions acadèmiques el caràcter oficial o l’equivalència de les quals hagi reconegut i hagi establert el Ministeri d’Educació, Cultura i Esports, així com els títols propis de grau i els títols propis de postgrau de les universitats espanyoles en la regulació dels ensenyaments propis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Per cada titulació acadèmica oficial de grau, segon cicle universitari, llicenciatura, arquitectura, enginyeria o equivalent:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Directament &lt;strong&gt;relacionades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;amb la categoria i lloc de treball: 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;No relacionades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;amb la categoria i lloc de treball: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Directament &lt;strong&gt;relacionada&lt;/strong&gt; amb la categoria i lloc de treball: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;No relacionada &lt;/strong&gt;amb la categoria i lloc de treball: 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. La superació de cada mòdul d’estudis de tècnic de formació professional o equivalent no finalitzats, relacionats directament amb la categoria i lloc de treball: es valorarà a raó de 0,05 punts, fins a un màxim de 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k. La superació de cada mòdul de qualificacions professionals&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, que certifiqui, de manera homogènia, les competències professionals dels treballadors que hagin estat adquirides des de la formació professional inicial, l’experiència professional o l’ocupació directament relacionades amb&lt;/span&gt; la categoria i lloc de treball&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Directament &lt;strong&gt;relacionat&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;es valorarà a raó de 0,07 fins a un màxim de 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;No relacionat&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;es valorarà a raó de 0,05 fins a un màxim de 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima d’aquest apartat és de &lt;strong&gt;8 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. Coneixements orals i escrits de català i llengües estrangeres&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2.1.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Coneixements orals i escrits de català&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits o homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística o aquells que hagi declarat equivalents, corresponents als nivells de coneixements següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nivell d’exigència B1 (abans &lt;em&gt;certificat A&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Certificat C1 (abans &lt;em&gt;certificat C&lt;/em&gt;): 4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Certificat C2 (abans &lt;em&gt;certificat D&lt;/em&gt;): 6 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Certificat LA de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu (abans &lt;em&gt;certificat E&lt;/em&gt;): 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Només es valorarà el certificat que correspongui al nivell més alt acreditat, tret del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, que, en aquest cas, la puntuació es pot acumular a la dels altres certificats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima d’aquest apartat és de &lt;strong&gt;8 punts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2.2.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Coneixements orals i escrits de llengües estrangeres&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Únicament es valoraran els certificats oficials superats (no només realitzats) de coneixements de llengües estrangeres, sempre enteses dins el Marc Comú Europeu. Es valoraran els certificats de les escoles oficials d’idiomes (EOI), de les universitats, i d’altres entitats amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Puntuació de cada nivell del Marc Comú Europeu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Nivell avançat 1/C1: 4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Nivell avançat 2/C2: 5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per una mateixa llengua només es valorarà el certificat que correspongui al nivell més alt acreditat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima d’aquest apartat és de &lt;strong&gt;5 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3. Formació meritable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3.1. Cursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per valorar els cursos de formació i de perfeccionament cal atenir-se als criteris següents, sempre que estiguin &lt;strong&gt;directament relacionats&lt;/strong&gt; amb el lloc de treball corresponent a la borsa a la qual s’opta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Es valoraran els cursos que s’imparteixen en el marc dels acords de formació contínua amb l’Administració, també els cursos el promotor dels quals sigui una administració pública o que estiguin homologats per una escola d’administració pública i, finalment, s’inclouran també en la valoració els cursos de formació ocupacional que imparteix o promou el Servei d’Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB) i altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Es valoraran en qualsevol cas (tant si estan relacionats amb el lloc de treball com si no) els &lt;strong&gt;cursos de l’àrea jurídica administrativa&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;els de l’àrea de qualitat&lt;/strong&gt; referents a Sistemes de Qualitat ISO 9001, Model EFQM de qualitat i excel·lència, EMAS-Eco-Management and Audit Scheme sobre diagnòstic mediambiental i ISO14001 sobre pautes per implementar un sistema de gestió ambiental, &lt;strong&gt;els de perspectiva de gènere&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;els de riscs laborals&lt;/strong&gt; i &lt;strong&gt;els d’aplicacions d’informàtica per a usuaris&lt;/strong&gt; (Open Office, Microsoft Office, correu electrònic i Internet), ja que s’entendran com a relacionats en qualsevol cas.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; En tots els casos, s’han de valorar una sola vegada les accions formatives relatives a un mateix contingut o a un mateix programa, encara que se n’hagi repetit la participació, valorant sempre la de nivell més alt. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3.2. Criteris generals de valoració de cursos&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els cursos d’aprofitament i assistència directament relacionats amb el lloc de feina&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;estaran limitats per una puntuació màxima. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Cursos amb certificat d’aprofitament&lt;/strong&gt;: 0,5 punts per cada crèdit CFC (Comissió de Formació Contínua) o LRU, equivalent a 10 hores de durada i 0,6 punts per cada crèdit ECTS, equivalent a 25 hores de durada. Si no se n’especifica la durada, s’ha de valorar amb 0,2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el supòsit que el diploma o el certificat no indiquin els crèdits o no especifiqui si es tracten de crèdits LRU, CFC o ECTS, s’entén que són LRU i s’han de computar, d’acord amb el paràgraf anterior, a raó de 0,5 punts per cada crèdit o per cada 10 hores lectives. En el supòsit que figurin simultàniament crèdits i hores, cal atenir-se als crèdits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En tot cas, es puntuarà amb un màxim de 3 punts per curs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Cursos amb certificat d’assistència&lt;/strong&gt;: 0,2 punts per cada 10 hores o proporcionalment en cas de durada inferior. Si no se n’especifica la durada, s’han de valorar amb 0,1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En tot cas, es puntuarà amb un màxim de 2,5 punts per curs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3.3. Valoració de cursos d’informàtica &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La valoració dels cursos d’aplicacions d’informàtica per a usuaris que indica el punt 2.3.1 &lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; ha de ser la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Nivell bàsic/introducció: 0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Nivell intermedi: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Nivell superior: 1,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el cas que els certificats no n’indiquin el nivell, la valoració ha de ser la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Cursos de durada de 10 a 20 hores: 0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Cursos de durada de 21 a 30 hores: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Cursos de durada de més de 30 hores: 1,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Seguint aquests criteris de puntuació, només es valorarà el nivell més alt o el certificat de més hores de cada una de les aplicacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tots els cursos corresponents a aquest epígraf realitzats o amb el certificat emès abans de l’1 de gener de l’any 2000 obtindran el 50&amp;nbsp;% de la puntuació establerta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La resta de cursos d’informàtica que no siguin informàtica d’usuari únicament es podran valorar amb els criteris generals de puntuació si estan directament relacionats amb la categoria o lloc de treball corresponent a la borsa a la qual s’opta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima de l’apartat d’informàtica és de &lt;strong&gt;6 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima de l’apartat de formació meritable és de &lt;strong&gt;25 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.4. Valoració de cursos prevenció de riscs laborals &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La valoració dels cursos de prevenció de riscs laborals que indica el punt 2.3.1 &lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; ha de ser la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRL bàsic:&lt;/strong&gt; 0,01 punts per hora de formació, amb un màxim de 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Títol oficial de tècnic mitjà&lt;/strong&gt; (segons el que estableix l’article 36 del Reial decret 39/1997, de 17 de gener, Reglament dels Serveis de Prevenció o normativa vigent): 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Títol oficial de tècnic superior&lt;/strong&gt; (segons el que estableix l’article 37 del Reglament dels Serveis de Prevenció o normativa vigent): 2,5 punts, i en el cas de tenir alguna especialitat de Seguretat en el treball, Higiene industrial o Ergonomia i psicosociologia aplicada, s’hi sumaran 0,25 punts més per cada una de les especialitats, fins a un màxim de dues especialitats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Màster Universitari Oficial en Prevenció de Riscs Laborals&lt;/strong&gt;: 4 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Seguint aquests criteris de puntuació, només es valorarà el nivell més alt de tots els títols de Prevenció de Riscs Laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La puntuació màxima d’aquest apartat és de &lt;strong&gt;4 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
