80 2019-01-10 617508 ![CDATA[Concessió de les subvencions dirigides a cases regionals, associacions d'immigrants i altres associacions sense ànim de lucre, per a l'any 2018, a l'illa de Formentera]] 2019-01-10 919 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió ordinària celebrada el 14 de setembre de 2018, i en exercici de les seves competències, sobre la base d'allò proposat (conforme a la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques), i l'article 10.3 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars, i en virtut del Decret de Presidència de 22 de juny de 2015, publicat en el BOIB número 109, de 18 de juliol de 2015, mitjançant el qual es deleguen atribucions a la Comissió de Govern i la resta d'atribucions que li atorga la legislació vigent va adoptar, per unanimitat, el següent acord: </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong>PRIMER.-</strong> Concedir les subvencions dirigides a cases regionals, associacions d'immigrants i altres associacions sense ànim de lucre a l'illa de Formentera, per a l'any 2018. (BOIB núm. 77, de 9 de juny de 2018), en base a l'acta i l'informe proposta emesos per la Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora sobre la concessió de subvencions dirigides a cases regionals, associacions d'immigrants i altres associacions sense ànim de lucre a l'illa de Formentera, per a l'any 2018, de data 11 de setembre de 2018, que ascendeixen a un total de 4.000,00€ (quatre mil euros), de conformitat amb el que estableix el capítol II de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i d'acord amb els principis de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les administracions públiques, al següent projecte:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">Al projecte denominat “Romeria 2018”, presentat per l'Associació Cultural Andalusa de Formentera (ACAF), amb CIF G07877814, domicili a Av. Porto Saler s/n, CP 07860 de Formentera, sol·licitud feta el 05/07//2018 amb número de RGE 2018/17385.
