![CDATA[<div class="Section1"> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de data 31 d’octubre de 2018, es va aprovar el següent:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">“1. Aprovar la modificació de la relació de Llocs de Treball de l’Ajuntament de Palma consistent en la creació de 4 llocs de treball de TAG: 3 llocs pel departament de RRHH de l’ASC i 1 lloc pel departament de l’ASC, del codi de lloc F20010032, TAG, conforme a la proposta MF568, tal i com figuren a l’informe adjunt.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">2. Establir com a data d’efectes la del dia següent de la seva aprovació. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">3. Publicar el contingut de l’Acord en el BOIB.”</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra aquest acte administratiu, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot presentar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l’ha dictat, d’acord amb l’article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-lo és d’un mes comptat des de l’endemà de rebre aquesta notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que no s’hagi resolt el de reposició.
