&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 (BOIB núm. 72, de 24 de maig) estableix les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d'energia a les Illes Balears, entre les quals hi ha les de promoció de l'estalvi i la diversificació energètiques, la implantació d'energies renovables, la millora de l'eficiència energètica i la generació de noves tecnologies amb vista a permetre un desenvolupament més sostenible de l'ús de l'energia, així com el foment d'actuacions en transport eficient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat té, entre els objectius del Pla Director Sectorial Energètic de les Illes Balears, aprovat definitivament pel Decret 96/2005, de 23 de setembre, i publicat en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;número 143, de 27 de setembre de 2005, la planificació de les actuacions encaminades a subministrar la demanda energètica futura a cada una de les Illes Balears, ja sigui amb fonts d'energia convencionals com renovables i, alhora, impulsar l'estalvi i la racionalització de l'ús de l'energia a cada un dels sectors econòmics, a fi de minimitzar, en la mesura que es pugui, l'increment de la demanda d'energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Govern de les Illes Balears aposta per un procés d'implantació de la mobilitat elèctrica en què el desenvolupament del vehicle elèctric suposa un pas endavant cap a un model d'economia mediambiental més sostenible, ja que la substitució dels motors de combustió per vehicles elèctrics implica un estalvi de combustibles fòssils i una reducció de les emissions de CO2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les Illes Balears són un territori idoni per al foment del vehicle elèctric, tant per la singularitat geogràfica, amb distàncies petites i necessitat d'optimitzar els recursos energètics, com per la vocació turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per Acord del Consell de Govern de 9 de març de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de març de 2018) es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions per als exercicis 2018-2020, que preveu en l'apartat V.2.1 els ajuts per a la instal·lació de nous punts de recàrrega ràpida i semiràpida per a vehicle elèctric i l'adaptació de sistemes de gestió a la mobilitat elèctrica en les Illes Balears (MELIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;D'altra banda, l'article 7.1 de l'Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d'energia, estableix que les subvencions regulades en aquesta Ordre s'han de concedir amb subjecció als principis d'objectivitat, transparència, publicitat i concurrència, i que, com a regla general, el sistema de selecció ha de ser el de concurs, a través de la comparació en un únic procediment de totes les sol·licituds presentades, de conformitat amb els criteris objectius que estableixen aquestes bases i els específics que fixin les convocatòries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'article 7.3 de l'Ordre esmentada estableix que, no obstant això, la selecció de les persones o entitats beneficiàries es pot dur a terme per procediments que no siguin el concurs quan no siguin necessàries la comparació ni la prelació, en un únic procediment, de totes les sol·licituds entre si. En aquests casos, les sol·licituds de subvenció es poden resoldre individualment, a mesura que entrin en el registre de l'òrgan competent, encara que no hagi acabat el termini de presentació, d'acord amb els apartats 2 i 3 de l'article 17 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'objecte de la convocatòria és fomentar la instal·lació de la infraestructura necessària per a la recàrrega dels vehicles elèctrics, per la qual cosa ja estan establerts prèviament uns criteris específics en la convocatòria i es considera que tots els peticionaris tenen els mateixos drets, que no fan falta la comparació ni la prelació i que està justificat que s'hagi optat per concedir les subvencions d'acord amb l'ordre d'entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per tot el que s'ha exposat, vists els informes preceptius, de conformitat amb l'article 5 de l'Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d'energia de les Illes Balears, i l'article 15 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre; i fent ús de les facultats que m'atribueixen la Llei 4/2001, de 14 de març, del Govern de les Illes Balears, i la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta Resolució és aprovar i regular la convocatòria pública d'ajudes per al foment de la infraestructura de recàrrega de vehicles elèctrics, d'acord amb el punt 4 d'aquesta Resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Poden ser beneficiàries d'aquestes ajudes les persones jurídiques de dret privat constituïdes vàlidament que estiguin donades d'alta en l'impost d'activitats econòmiques (IAE). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No poden ser beneficiàries de les subvencions les persones, entitats o agrupacions en què es presenti alguna de les prohibicions establertes a l'article 10 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions i en la Llei 11/2006, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Import econòmic&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es tramita per un import d'1.900.000&amp;nbsp;€, amb càrrec al pressupost de la Comunitat Autònoma per a l'exercici 2019, i concretament amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 25601 731A01 77000. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es tramita com a expedient de despesa anticipada, i d’acord amb l’article 43.1 del Decret 75/2004, de 27 d’agost, de desenvolupament de determinats aspectes de la Llei de finances i de les lleis de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i queda sotmesa a la condició suspensiva de l’existència de crèdit adequat i suficient en els pressuposts generals de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sempre que la disponibilitat pressupostària ho permeti, es poden incrementar els imports d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Actuacions i despeses subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.1. Es pot rebre ajuda per a la instal·lació de punts de recàrrega per a vehicles elèctrics, tant per a ús intern de les flotes i/o clients, com per a estacionaments de concurrència pública, per als tipus de programes següents, en funció de la tipologia i ús:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Programa 1: instal·lació de punts de recàrrega en estacionaments privats de fins a 22 kW en corrent altern (mode 3). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Programa 2: punts de recàrrega en estacionaments privats, de 22 kW o més en corrent continu (mode 4 ) o de corrent continu i altern (mode 3 i 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Programa 3: punts de recàrrega en estacionaments privats per a ús públic (en llocs de concurrència pública). Aquests punts de recàrrega han de complir les condicions següents per integrar-se a la xarxa del Pla Pilot per al Desenvolupament d'una Infraestructura de Recàrrega de Vehicles Elèctrics a les Illes Balears (Pla MELIB, al qual s'hauran d'integrar):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.1)&lt;/em&gt; Plaça d'aparcament senyalitzada per a vehicle elèctric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.2)&lt;/em&gt; Grau de protecció IP i IK adequat en funció de la ubicació segons REBT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.3)&lt;/em&gt; Alimentació: monofàsica o trifàsica 230-400 VAC. Com a mínim compatibilitat amb mode 3 completa IEC 61.851-1 i ha de disposar de connector tipus 2 segons IEC 62.196-2 amb mesura d'energia integrada. Per a punts de recàrrega ràpids i ultraràpids poden estar dotats simultàniament dels connectors següents segons es defineix en l'estàndard IEC 62196: CCS (Combo), CHAdeMO i corrent altern, i és únicament obligatori disposar de l'estàndard europeu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.4)&lt;/em&gt; Proteccions elèctriques d'acord amb la normativa de seguretat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.5)&lt;/em&gt; Declaració CE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.6)&lt;/em&gt; Indicació lluminosa d'estat de càrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.7)&lt;/em&gt; Informació que la càrrega ha començat i ha finalitzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.8)&lt;/em&gt; Connexió i memòria per a emmagatzematge local de dades d'almenys dos mesos d'operació amb obertura del punt de recàrrega encara que falti la connexió amb el centre de control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.9)&lt;/em&gt; Compatible amb el protocol OCPP v1.5 o versió superior, mitjançant l'ús de serveis web (SOA). El fabricant o subministrador del punt ha d'actualitzar gratuïtament la versió d'OCPP com a mínim fins a la versió OCPP 2.0. L’equip de recàrrega ha de quedar integrat en el sistema de gestió MELIB. Ha de dur instal·lat l’OCPP v1.5 o superior i ha d'estar configurat l’APN segons indicacions de la Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.10)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicacions 3G/GPRS o altres, amb el centre de control. La Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic ha de proporcionar la targeta de comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.11)&lt;/em&gt; Interfície HMI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.15)&lt;/em&gt; Display LCD o pantalla de visualització multiidioma amb text personalitzable o sistema equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.16)&lt;/em&gt; Regulació de la potència de càrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dins de les inversions subvencionables s'inclouen: l'obra civil, el cablejat i la seva instal·lació des del quadre elèctric final de què deriva el circuit fins al punt de connexió del vehicle, la senyalització de la plaça o la documentació tècnica necessària per a la posada en servei. També són subvencionables els sistemes de gestió de potència (maquinari o programari) per adequar la càrrega a la potència contractada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els sistemes de recàrrega han de complir amb la Instrucció tècnica complementària BT-52 i els estàndards de seguretat que li siguin aplicables.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.2. Les actuacions objecte de la sol·licitud s'han d'executar i pagar dins del període que va des de la presentació de la sol·licitud fins al termini que fixi la resolució d'atorgament, que no pot ser posterior al 20 de setembre de 2019, i computa com a data de sol·licitud la data d'entrada en el Registre de la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat, en les seves delegacions o a qualssevol dels llocs que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.3. L'IVA no és subvencionable, així com tampoc la instal·lació de comptadors intel·ligents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.4. L'activitat que se subvenciona s'ha d'executar en l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Sol·licituds i documentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.1. Les sol·licituds, dirigides a la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat segons el model normalitzat de l'annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució, s'han de presentar en el Registre de la Conselleria, en les seves delegacions o a qualssevol dels llocs que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, juntament amb la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. L’annex 1 de sol·licitud de subvenció d'aquesta convocatòria. La presentació de la sol·licitud suposa que l'interessat accepta les prescripcions contingudes en la convocatòria corresponent i en l'Ordre de bases (BOIB núm. 72, de 24 de maig de 2008), com també que autoritza l'òrgan instructor del procediment a, si escau, obtenir de forma directa l'acreditació de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social. En cas que el sol·licitant denegui expressament l'autorització, ha d'aportar un certificat de l'Agència Estatal de l'Administració Tributària i de la Tresoreria de la Seguretat Social que justifiqui que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i davant de la Seguretat Social. Aquest annex ha d’incloure la declaració per part del sol·licitant de la realització de la instal·lació amb empreses vinculades d’acord a l’apartat 2.2 d’aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. La fotocòpia del DNI/NIE/CIF o targeta d'identificació fiscal del sol·licitant i, en el cas d'actuar mitjançant representant, poder suficient. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. L’annex 2 d'aquesta Resolució, emplenat adequadament en tots els seus apartats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. El pressupost de les actuacions que s'han de fer per part d'una empresa instal·ladora habilitada. Ha de ser detallat i hi han de figurar tots els components, de manera que puguin identificar-se els conceptes objecte d'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.2. Quan el sol·licitant aporti a la sol·licitud un correu electrònic, s'entén que accepta que se li practiquin les notificacions per mitjans telemàtics amb els efectes que determinen els articles 40, 41 i 43 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.3. Si la documentació aportada no compleix els requisits exigits, s'ha de requerir el sol·licitant perquè en el termini de deu dies hàbils esmeni la falta o aporti els documents preceptius, amb la indicació que, si no ho fes, es considera que desisteix de la sol·licitud, d'acord amb l'article 68 de la Llei 39/2015, després que es dicti una resolució prèvia en els termes que disposa l'article 21 de la Llei esmentada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.4. Les persones o entitats sol·licitadores han de comunicar immediatament a l'òrgan competent per resoldre qualsevol variació de les condicions o circumstàncies assenyalades en els apartats anteriors d'aquest article, amb les conseqüències que en cada cas corresponguin sens perjudici que també es puguin incorporar d'ofici a l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.5. La Conselleria, en qualsevol moment, pot sol·licitar als interessats la documentació i la informació complementària que consideri necessàries per resoldre l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds s'inicia a partir del cinquè dia des de la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i finalitza&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;als tres mesos d'haver-se publicat, o fins al possible exhauriment, en aquest període, de la quantia econòmica assignada a aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si s'exhaurissin els crèdits destinats a la convocatòria abans de finalitzar el termini de presentació, se suspendria la concessió de nous ajuts mitjançant la publicació corresponent en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; de la resolució del&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;conseller de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Procediment per concedir les subvencions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les sol·licituds de subvenció es resolen individualment a mesura que entrin en el registre de l'òrgan competent, encara que no hagi finalitzat el termini de presentació, i es té en compte la distribució econòmica establerta per a cada tipologia de beneficiari, fins que s'exhaureixin els crèdits destinats a la convocatòria o fins que es resolguin tots els expedients presentats dins del termini. Si una vegada que ha finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds hi ha una tipologia de beneficiari que no ha exhaurit els fons assignats inicialment, es pot repartir el romanent entre la resta de beneficiaris, seguint el mateix criteri de l'ordre d'entrada de presentació en el registre de l'òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Competència i resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.1. La Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic és l'òrgan competent per tramitar les sol·licituds d'ajuts d'aquesta convocatòria. Una vegada que els tècnics d'aquesta Direcció General hagin determinat que les sol·licituds són completes i conformes amb el contingut d'aquesta Resolució, el director general d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic ha d'emetre una proposta de resolució que s'ha de comunicar als interessats perquè, en el termini màxim de deu dies, puguin al·legar el que considerin oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.2 La resolució expressa del&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;conseller de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat finalitza el procediment de concessió de la subvenció. Aquesta s'ha de motivar i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia individual de la subvenció concedida. Així mateix, la resolució ha d'especificar els aspectes següents: beneficiari, descripció i import de l'activitat que se subvenciona, quantia, partida pressupostària a què s'aplica, forma de pagament, termini per dur a terme l'activitat, justificació de les activitats objecte d'ajuda i terminis per presentar justificants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.3. El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar les sol·licituds és de sis mesos a partir de la data d'acabament del termini per presentar les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8.4. La resolució s'ha de notificar als interessats, d'acord amb l'article 40 i següents de la Llei 39/2015, i s'ha de dictar i notificar en el termini de sis mesos des de la data d'acabament del termini per presentar les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Quantia de les ajudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.1. La quantia individual per a cada actuació de les que s'esmenten en l'apartat 4 d'aquesta Resolució és:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per als programes 1 i 2, el 40&amp;nbsp;% del pressupost de la inversió. Els màxims d'inversió màxima admissible són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Per al Programa 1: 3.000&amp;nbsp;€ per equip de recàrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Per al Programa 2: 30.000&amp;nbsp;€ per equip de recàrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per al Programa 3: el 50&amp;nbsp;% del pressupost de la inversió, amb el màxim d'inversió màxima admissible de 9.000&amp;nbsp;€ per punt de recàrrega tipus piló de fins a 22 kW en corrent altern, i fins a 35.000&amp;nbsp;€ per a punts de recàrrega de 22 kW o més en corrent continu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.2. La subvenció màxima per beneficiari no pot ser superior a 50.000&amp;nbsp;€, excepte que una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds no s'hagi exhaurit el pressupost corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.3. En cas que el beneficiari rebi altres subvencions o ajuts per a la mateixa activitat o tipus d'actuació, l'import de les subvencions que estableix aquesta Resolució no pot ser, en cap cas, de tal quantia que, de forma aïllada o en concurrència amb altres subvencions o ajuts, superi el cost de l'activitat subvencionada. Si rep un altre tipus d'ajudes, s'ha d'atenir també a les condicions de compatibilitat que s'estableixin en la convocatòria esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.4 Els beneficiaris d'aquesta convocatòria estan subjectes a la norma de les ajudes &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt;, que determina que l'import total de les ajudes &lt;em&gt;de minimis&lt;/em&gt; rebudes per una empresa no pot ser superior a 200.000&amp;nbsp;€ durant qualsevol període de tres exercicis fiscals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Pagament i justificació d'activitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.1. El pagament de la subvenció aprovada únicament es pot fer efectiu una vegada que s'hagi dictat la resolució corresponent, s'hagi justificat la realització de l'activitat subvencionada suficientment i s'hagi acreditat el compliment de la finalitat per a la qual s'ha atorgat la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La documentació per justificar-ho és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La sol·licitud de pagament (annex 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; La memòria de l'actuació justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades a la concessió de la subvenció, amb la indicació de les activitats realitzades, dels resultats obtinguts i de la realització de les tasques amb empreses vinculades (annex 5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El document fotogràfic del punt de recàrrega objecte de la subvenció. (aparcament per a la recàrrega, equip de recàrrega, quadre elèctric, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; La memòria econòmica justificativa del cost de les activitats fetes, que ha d'incloure:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1r. Una llista classificada de les despeses de l'activitat, amb la identificació del creditor i del document, l'import, la data d'emissió i la data de pagament (annex 4). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2n. Les factures originals o els documents de valor probatori equivalents en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa que justifiquin les despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3r. El justificant de pagament. Els justificants s'han d'acreditar d'alguna de les maneres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La fotocòpia del justificant de l'ordre de transferència bancària o document bancari acreditatiu del pagament, en el qual han de figurar: la data del document, l'import i la identificació del concepte, a fi que quedi identificat el pagament de la factura; així com les dades de l'ordenant i del destinatari, que han de coincidir amb el beneficiari i amb l'emissor de la factura, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La còpia del xec nominatiu o pagaré nominatiu, sempre que estigui vençut, amb l'extracte bancari corresponent del beneficiari de l'ajuda en el qual ha de figurar el càrrec d'aquest xec o pagaré. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No obstant això, per a les factures inferiors a 500&amp;nbsp;€ (IVA inclòs) és justificant suficient el rebut de pagament signat pel proveïdor. No s'admeten factures justificatives inferiors a 100&amp;nbsp;€ (IVA inclòs).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4t. Una llista detallada d'altres ingressos o subvencions, amb la indicació de l'import i de la procedència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; La documentació tècnica: document de posada en servei en la UDIT de la documentació tècnica (tràmit 045 o 001).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.2. En cas que l'expedient de pagament no tengui la documentació necessària per comprovar la justificació i l'aplicació de la subvenció, l'òrgan competent ha de sol·licitar al beneficiari que esmeni els defectes de la justificació dins dels deu dies des de l'endemà d'haver rebut el requeriment d'esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.3. La resolució d'atorgament de la subvenció ha de fixar el termini concret per justificar la realització de les activitats subvencionades, que en cap cas no pot ser posterior al 20 de setembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.4. En el cas que no s'hagi justificat totalment la realització de l'activitat subvencionada, però s'hagi complert, encara que parcialment, la finalitat per a la qual es va concedir la subvenció, aquesta s'ha de minorar proporcionalment en allò que no s'hagi justificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.5. Qualsevol alteració de les condicions que s'hagi tingut en compte per concedir la subvenció i, en tot cas, l'obtenció concurrent de subvencions o ajuts atorgats per altres administracions o ens, públics o privats, nacionals o internacionals, pot donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10.6. La falta de justificació en els termes i els terminis que estableixi la resolució d'atorgament de la subvenció, la modificació del projecte presentat sense que aquesta Conselleria l'hagi aprovat prèviament, com també la desviació de les subvencions o l'aplicació diferent al que estableix la norma, determinen la revocació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els beneficiaris estan obligats a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Dur a terme l'activitat o la inversió o adoptar el comportament que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Justificar la realització de l'activitat, com també el compliment dels requisits i les condicions que varen determinar la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació i de control financer que portin a terme els òrgans competents, i aportar tota la informació que li sigui requerida en l'exercici d'aquestes actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar a l'òrgan que la concedeix la sol·licitud o l'obtenció d'altres subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat. Aquesta comunicació s'ha de fer en el termini de tres dies hàbils des de la sol·licitud o l'obtenció de la subvenció concurrent i, en tot cas, abans de la justificació de l'aplicació que s'hagi donat als fons percebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Acreditar, en la forma que s'estableixi reglamentàriament i abans de dictar la proposta de resolució de concessió, que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social davant de l'Administració de l'Estat, i de les obligacions tributàries davant de la hisenda autonòmica. En tot cas, l'acreditació a què es refereix el paràgraf anterior es pot substituir per una declaració responsable del sol·licitant quan es tracti de subvencions de quantia igual o inferior a 3.000&amp;nbsp;€. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Deixar constància de la percepció i l'aplicació de la subvenció en els llibres de comptabilitat o en els llibres de registre que, si escau, hagi de portar el beneficiari d'acord amb la legislació mercantil o fiscal que li sigui aplicable i les bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts, amb inclusió dels documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte d'actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Adoptar les mesures de difusió a què es refereix l'apartat 4 de l'article 34 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els supòsits prevists a l'article 44 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; Destinar l'import de la subvenció al finançament de l'actuació per a la qual s'hagi sol·licitat i mantenir l'afectació de les inversions a l'activitat subvencionada, en la forma i en els terminis que estableixi la convocatòria i, si escau, la resolució corresponent o les seves modificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k)&lt;/em&gt; Comunicar a l'òrgan que concedeix la subvenció la modificació de qualsevol circumstància que afecti algun dels requisits exigits per a la concessió de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;l) &lt;/em&gt;Per a les sol·licituds al Programa 3, acollir-se al Pla MELIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;12. Normativa d'aplicació&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
