&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El que es fa públic per a general coneixement, advertint als interessats que contra aquesta Resolució podran interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició davant aquesta Batlia, en el termini d'un mes a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;També poden interposar alternativament recurs contenciós-administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu amb seu a Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, de conformitat amb el que estableixen els articles 30, 114-c) i 112.3 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i 8, 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En cas d'optar per la interposició del recurs de reposició no es podrà interposar un recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que s'hagi notificació la resolució expressa del recurs de reposició o hagi transcorregut un mes des de la seva interposició sense haver rebut la notificació, data en què es pot entendre desestimat per silenci administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
