    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el BOIB número 129, de 21 d'octubre de 2017, es va publicar l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de octubre de 2017 pel qual s’aprova la proposta de la Comissió d'Impuls del Turisme Sostenible en relació amb els projectes per finançar-se amb el fons per promoure el turisme sostenible, corresponent al pla anual de 2017, en el qual s'aprova un paquet de mesures per a la promoció de la mobilitat sostenible, entre les quals s’inclou l’establiment de nous punts de recàrrega per a vehicle elèctric ràpida i semiràpida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 (BOIB núm. 72, de 24 de maig) estableix les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d’energia a les Illes Balears, entre les quals hi ha les de promoció de l’estalvi i la diversificació energètiques, la implantació d’energies renovables, la millora de l’eficiència energètica i la generació de noves tecnologies amb vista a permetre un desenvolupament més sostenible de l’ús de l’energia, així com el foment d’actuacions en transport eficient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat té, entre els objectius del Pla Director Sectorial Energètic de les Illes Balears, aprovat definitivament pel Decret 96/2005, de 23 de setembre, i publicat en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; número 143, de 27 de setembre de 2005, la planificació de les actuacions encaminades a subministrar la demanda energètica futura a cada una de les Illes Balears, ja sigui amb fonts d’energia convencionals com renovables i, alhora, impulsar l’estalvi i la racionalització de l’ús de l’energia en cada un dels sectors econòmics, per tal de minimitzar, en la mesura que pugui, l’increment de la demanda d’energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Govern de les Illes Balears aposta per un procés d’implantació de la mobilitat elèctrica en el qual el desenvolupament del vehicle elèctric suposa un pas endavant cap a un model d’economia mediambiental més sostenible, atès que la substitució dels motors de combustió per vehicles elèctrics implica un estalvi de combustibles fòssils i una reducció de les emissions de CO2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les Illes Balears són un territori idoni per al foment del vehicle elèctric, tant per la singularitat geogràfica, amb distàncies petites i necessitat d’optimitzar els recursos energètics, com per la vocació turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Així doncs, amb aquesta convocatòria de subvenció de punts de recàrrega de vehicle elèctric s’intenta donar un impuls a la implantació del vehicle elèctric a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’objecte de la convocatòria és fomentar la instal·lació de punts de recàrrega ràpida i semiràpida en zones d’accés públic per aconseguir una xarxa mínima de punts de recàrrega ràpida amb la finalitat de facilitar la progressiva implantació del vehicle elèctric a les Illes Baleares i aconseguir una mobilitat més sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Reglament (UE) núm. 651/2014, de 17 de juny, de la Comissió, pel qual es declaren determinades categories d’ajudes compatibles amb el mercat interior en aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del Tractat (Reglament general d’exempció per categories) eximeix determinades categories d’ajudes de l’obligació de notificació prèvia, entre les quals hi ha les ajudes a la inversió sobre protecció del medi ambient. L’article 36 d’aquest Reglament estableix que la intensitat de l’ajuda no ha de superar el 40&amp;nbsp;% dels costs subvencionables, intensitat que fins i tot es pot incrementar en 20 punts percentuals en el cas de petites empreses, i en 10 punts en el de mitjanes empreses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per tot això, vists els informes preceptius, de conformitat amb l’article 5 de l’Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 per la qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d’energia a les Illes Balears, i l’article 15 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i fent ús de les facultats que m’atribueixen la Llei 4/2001, de 14 de març, del Govern de les Illes Balears, i la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’objecte d’aquesta Resolució és aprovar i regular, dins el marc de l'impost sobre estades turístiques a les Illes Balears i de mesures d'impuls del turisme sostenible, la convocatòria pública d’ajudes per fomentar la instal·lació de punts de recàrrega ràpida i semiràpida d’ús públic per a vehicle elèctric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Poden ser beneficiaris d'aquestes ajudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Les empreses públiques, els consorcis i les fundacions que duguin a terme l’activitat en l’àmbit territorial de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Els consells insulars, els ajuntaments i les entitats locals menors de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Les empreses, amb qualsevol figura jurídica admesa per l’ordenament jurídic (persones físiques, persones jurídiques de dret privat i comunitats de béns) que duguin a terme la seva activitat en l’àmbit territorial de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Les associacions empresarials, en els edificis destinats a la seva activitat social, que tenguin el domicili i desenvolupin la seva activitat en l’àmbit territorial de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Import econòmic&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.1. L'import econòmic d’aquesta convocatòria és de 4.000.000&amp;nbsp;€. Les subvencions es concedeixen amb càrrec al pressupost de la Comunitat Autònoma per als exercicis 2019 i 2020; concretament, del centre de cost 25601, subprograma 731A01, capítol 7, article 76 i article 77. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La distribució dels fons per a l’establiment de nous punts de recàrrega s'ha de fer anualment, conforme als programes indicats en el punt 5 i les quantitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Programa 1: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Any 2019: 1.950.000&amp;nbsp;€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Any 2020: 1.850.000&amp;nbsp;€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Programa 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Any 2019: 100.000&amp;nbsp;€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Any 2020: 100.000&amp;nbsp;€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es tramita com a expedient de despesa anticipada, i d’acord amb l’article 43.1 del Decret 75/2004, de 27 d’agost, de desenvolupament de determinats aspectes de la Llei de finances i de les lleis de pressuposts generals de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, queda sotmesa a la condició suspensiva de l’existència de crèdit adequat i suficient en els pressuposts generals de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als anys 2019 i 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.2. En cas que no es cobreixi la totalitat del pressupost inicial assignat a cada anualitat, l’import romanent s'assigna a l’anualitat següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.3. En cas que no es cobreixi la totalitat del pressupost inicial assignat al programa 2, l’import romanent s’assignarà al programa 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.4. Sempre que les disponibilitats pressupostàries ho permetin, es poden incrementar els imports d’aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Definicions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.1. Es considera &lt;em&gt;centre de recàrrega&lt;/em&gt; la infraestructura de recàrrega per a vehicle elèctric en un emplaçament determinat i que consti almenys d’un punt de recàrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.2. Es considera &lt;em&gt;punt de recàrrega&lt;/em&gt; la plaça específica d’estacionament de vehicles elèctrics destinada a la recàrrega de les bateries, dotada del sistema de connexió del vehicle a la xarxa adient per gestionar-la i dur-la a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.3. Es considera un &lt;em&gt;sistema d’alimentació específic per a vehicle elèctric&lt;/em&gt; (SAVE) el conjunt d'equips muntats per tal de subministrar energia elèctrica per a la recàrrega d'un vehicle elèctric, que inclou les proteccions de l'estació de recàrrega, el cable de connexió (amb conductors de fase, neutre i protecció) i la base de presa de corrent o el connector. Aquest sistema permet, si s'escau, la comunicació entre el vehicle elèctric i la instal·lació fixa. En el mode de càrrega 4 el SAVE inclou també un convertidor altern-continu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.4. Es considera &lt;em&gt;mode de càrrega 3&lt;/em&gt; la connexió directa del vehicle elèctric a la xarxa d’alimentació de corrent altern que utilitza un SAVE, en el qual la funció de control de pilot s’amplia al sistema de control del SAVE, que està connectat permanentment a la instal·lació d’alimentació fixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.5. Es considera &lt;em&gt;mode de càrrega 4&lt;/em&gt; la connexió indirecta del vehicle elèctric a la xarxa alterna utilitzant un SAVE que incorpora un carregador extern en què la funció pilot s’estén a l’equip connectat permanentment a la instal·lació d’alimentació fixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.6. Es considera que un punt de recàrrega està situat en zones d'accés públic quan hi pot accedir de manera no discriminatòria qualsevol ciutadà lliurement i sense restriccions. Per accedir al punt de recàrrega pot requerir-se, segons el cas, un registre, una autenticació o el pagament d’una tarifa, entre d'altres mesures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.7. Es considera un &lt;em&gt;sistema de control de potència de la recàrrega&lt;/em&gt; un sistema de protecció de la línia general d’alimentació o de la derivació individual contra sobrecàrregues mitjançant la disminució momentània de la potència destinada a la recàrrega del vehicle elèctric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.8. Als efectes d’aquesta convocatòria es defineixen dos tipus de punts de recàrrega:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Tipus A: punt amb mode de recàrrega 3 i 4 que ha de permetre la càrrega ràpida en corrent continu i en corrent altern, i disposar dels sistemes de connexió segons l'IEC 62196: Combo, Chademo i alterna (connector tipus 2). La potència del punt ha de ser igual o superior a 20 kW.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Tipus B: punt amb mode 3 i que ha de ser compatibles amb mode 3 completa IEC 61.851-1 i els connectors han de ser tipus 2 segons l'IEC 62.196-2 amb mesura d’energia integrada. La potència del punt ha de ser igual o superior a 7,2 kW.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.9. La Xarxa MELIB és el sistema interoperable de gestió dels punts de recàrrega de vehicles elèctrics a les Illes Balears. Aquest xarxa està formada pels punts de recàrrega de les entitats públiques que hagin signat un conveni amb la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat i per les entitat privades que així ho manifestin i compleixin els requisits d’integració. Aquesta sistema s’ha d'integrar en el sistema de gestió del transport de les Illes Balears (TIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Actuacions i despeses subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.1. Es pot rebre ajuda per als programes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Programa 1. Establiment de nous punts de recàrrega ràpida i semiràpida que compleixin els requisits establerts en el punt 6 d’aquesta Resolució.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els beneficiaris indicats en els apartats 2 &lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; i 2 &lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt; d’aquesta Resolució poden sol·licitar ajudes per als punts de recàrrega tipus A i tipus B; i els beneficiaris indicats en els apartats 2 &lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; i 2 &lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; poden sol·licitar ajudes per als punts de recàrrega tipus A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Programa 2. Adaptació de sistemes actuals de gestió de punts de recàrrega perquè puguin funcionar amb el sistema de gestió de la Xarxa MELIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Despeses d’adaptació dels sistemes actuals de gestió pública de càrrega al sistema de gestió de la Xarxa MELIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquest programa està destinat als beneficiaris indicats a l’apartat &lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt; del punt 2 d’aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.2. Les inversions subvencionables són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Punts de recàrrega&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Són subvencionables els equips de recàrrega o sistema on es connecta el vehicle elèctric necessaris per a la recàrrega del vehicle elèctric, la infraestructura elèctrica, el projecte tècnic i la direcció d’obra, l’obra civil i la senyalització dels punts de recàrrega. Els sistemes de control de potència de la recàrrega es consideren inclosos dins la infraestructura elèctrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Programari (&lt;em&gt;software&lt;/em&gt;) de l'adaptació MELIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Són subvencionables les despeses en programari per a l’adaptació del sistemes de gestió actuals perquè puguin funcionar amb la Xarxa MELIB. No són subvencionables les despeses internes ni les despeses en equips. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.3. Les inversions objecte de la sol·licitud s’han de dur a terme a l’àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears i s’han de fer dins el període que va des del dia de la presentació de la sol·licitud fins al termini que fixi la resolució d’atorgament, que no pot ser superior al 30 de setembre de 2019 per a l’anualitat de 2019 i al 30 de setembre de 2020 per a l’anualitat de 2020; i computa com a data de sol·licitud el dia que es faci l’enviament de la documentació mitjançat el tràmit telemàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.4. L’IVA és subvencionable sempre que el beneficiari no el pugui recuperar o compensar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Requisits i gestió de la recàrrega&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.1. Els punts de recàrrega han de complir, com a mínim, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Ser nous.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Estar situats dins l’àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Donar servei al públic en general i estar situats en zones d’accés públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Disposar de plaça d’aparcament senyalitzada horitzontalment i verticalment per a vehicle elèctric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Permetre la càrrega ràpida o semiràpida i tenir les característiques segons el tipus de punt establert. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Instal·lar-se d’acord amb la reglamentació vigent, especialment amb el Reglament electrotècnic de baixa tensió, concretament l'ITC-BT-52. Grau de protecció IP i IK adequat en funció de la ubicació segons REBT. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; Disposar l'estació de recàrrega de la declaració CE corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Estar equipats els dispositius de protecció diferencial de la instal·lació i els equips de recàrrega amb dispositius de rearmament automàtic.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt; Tenir indicació lluminosa d’estat de càrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; Facilitar informació que la càrrega ha començat i ha finalitzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k)&lt;/em&gt; Tenir connexió i memòria per a emmagatzematge local de dades d’operació amb obertura del punt de recàrrega encara que falti la connexió amb el centre de control (funcionament amb llistes blanques).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;l) &lt;/em&gt;Ser compatible amb el protocol OCPP v1.5, mitjançant l'ús de serveis web (SOA). El fabricant o subministrador del punt ha d’instal·lar l'OCPP v1.5 i actualitzar-lo gratuïtament com a mínim fins a la versió OCPP 2.0. En cas d’integració en el sistema MELIB s’ha de configurar l’APN segons les indicacions de la Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt; Tenir comunicacions 3G/GPRS o d'altres, amb el centre de gestió MELIB. En cas d’integració en el sistema MELIB la Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic ha de proporcionar la targeta de comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;n)&lt;/em&gt; Tenir la identificació local de l’usuari mitjançant la targeta de contacte RFID segons l'ISO 14443A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;o)&lt;/em&gt; Mesurar la potència i l’energia transferida segons comptador MID.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;p)&lt;/em&gt; Restringir l’accés a la presa d’energia a usuaris no autoritzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;q)&lt;/em&gt; Disposar de Display LCD o pantalla de visualització multiidioma amb text personalitzable o sistema equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.2. Les estacions de recàrrega han d’incorporar logotips d'imatge del MELIB d’acord amb el manual d’aplicació que ha d'establir la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6.3. Així mateix, en aquells punts on es vulguin cobrar les recàrregues, s’ha d’instal·lar un cartell clarament visible en el qual s'ha d'indicar la potència de càrrega del punt, el preu de la càrrega expressat en €/kWh i l’horari de funcionament del centre de recàrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Integració en la Xarxa MELIB&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els punts de recàrrega objecte d'aquesta convocatòria s'han d'integrar de forma obligatòria a la Xarxa per al Desenvolupament d’una Infraestructura de Recàrrega de Vehicles Elèctrics a les Illes Balears (Xarxa MELIB) quan corresponen als beneficiaris descrits en els apartats 2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; i 2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; del punt 2 de la convocatòria; en canvi, els corresponents als apartats 2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; i 2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; ho poden fer de manera opcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els punts que no s’integrin a la plataforma MELIB han d’incorporar un sistema de gestió del beneficiari que proporcioni l’estat en temps real dels punts de recàrrega, amb el format i el protocol establert per la Direcció General d’Energia i Canvi Climàtic, a la plataforma MELIB .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El sistema de gestió del beneficiari ha de permetre el pagament per a l’accés i ús dels punts en el centre de recàrrega en efectiu, mitjançant una targeta de crèdit o a través d’aplicació web, sense necessitat d’un registre previ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Gestió de les recàrregues. Preu màxim de la recàrrega&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La gestió de les recàrregues i els preus màxims d’aquestes han de complir les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La revenda energètica per a la recàrrega dels vehicles elèctrics s’ha de fer d’acord amb la reglamentació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. En la sol·licitud s’ha d'indicar el preu de la recàrrega (P) en €/kWh (IVA inclòs) i s'ha de diferenciar el preu entre el tipus A i el tipus B. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Els centres de recàrrega han d’indicar al públic els preus de la recàrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. El preu (P) de la recàrrega indicat en els punts anteriors s'ha de mantenir durant un període mínim de cinc anys comptadors des de la data màxima de justificació establerta en la resolució de concessió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No obstant això, en el primer trimestre de cada any, s’ha d'analitzar l’evolució del mercat de l’energia durant l’any anterior, i en el cas que hi hagi variacions en el preu, els càrrecs o els peatges, la Direcció General d’Energia i Canvi Climàtic podrà autoritzar l’augment proporcional del preu de la recàrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Qualsevol càrrec addicional al preu del kWh indicat a l’apartat 8.2 que s’inclogui en el preu final de la recàrrega l'ha d'aprovar prèviament la Direcció General d’Energia i Canvi Climàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Sol·licituds i documentació &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.1. El termini per presentar les sol·licituds s’inicia a partir del cinquè dia de la publicació d’aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;ifinalitza als tres mesos de la publicació d’aquesta Resolució en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.2. Les sol·licituds s'han de fer de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; En el programa 1 s'ha de fer una sol·licitud per a cada centre de recàrrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; En el programa 2 s'ha de fer una sol·licitud per a cada empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.3. Les sol·licituds, adreçades a la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat, s’han de presentar mitjançant el tràmit telemàtic que s’habilitarà a la web de la Direcció General d’Energia i Canvi Climàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.4. Els sol·licitants, per a cada actuació, han de presentar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Programa 1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La sol·licitud de subvenció d’aquesta convocatòria i la declaració responsable de veracitat de les dades aportades, disponible a &amp;lt;http://energia.caib.es&amp;gt; i que inclou l’autorització a l’Administració per accedir a les dades. La presentació de la sol·licitud suposa que el sol·licitant accepta les prescripcions contingudes en la convocatòria corresponent, així com que també autoritza l’òrgan instructor del procediment perquè, si escau, obtengui de forma directa l’acreditació de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social. En el cas que el sol·licitant denegui expressament l’autorització a què es refereix el paràgraf anterior, ha d’aportar un certificat de l’Agència Estatal de l’Administració Tributària i de la Tresoreria de la Seguretat Social que justifiqui que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i davant la Seguretat Social. S’ha d’indicar a l’annex si ha sol·licitat o rebut una altra ajuda pel mateix concepte, i hi ha d’especificar l’organisme, la data de resolució de concessió i la quantia, així com les dades bancàries a l’efecte de l’ingrés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; La fitxa resum de la inversió (annex 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; La memòria tècnica o avantprojecte. S’hi ha d’incloure, com a mínim, la descripció de la instal·lació i de la ubicació dels punts de recàrrega; el plànol d’emplaçament amb coordenades UTM; l'horari d’obertura al públic; el preu ofert en la recàrrega (€/recàrrega) els cinc primers anys, comptadors des del venciment del termini per presentar la justificació a càrrec del beneficiari; la marca, el model i les característiques dels punts de recàrrega; el tipus de recàrrega, la potència i la intensitat màxima de la recàrrega; el sistema de control; la descripció de la instal·lació fotovoltaica, si s'escau, i el pressupost amb l’anualitat 2019 o 2020 en la qual es faran les inversions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Programa 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La memòria tècnica en la qual s'ha d'incloure una descripció funcional del sistema actual amb els punts, una relació dels punts de recàrrega que gestiona, i una descripció i valoració de les adaptacions que són necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.5. El sol·licitant no pot fraccionar un contracte amb la finalitat de disminuir-ne la quantia i eludir així els requisits de publicitat o els relatius al procediment d’adjudicació que corresponguin. D’acord amb l’article 15 de l’Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 (BOIB núm. 72, de 24 de maig de 2008) que estableix les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d’energia a les Illes Balears, els beneficiaris han d’estar al corrent de les seves obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social davant l’Administració de l’Estat, i de les seves obligacions tributàries davant la Hisenda autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.6. Quan el sol·licitant aporti en la sol·licitud una adreça de correu electrònic, s’entén que aquesta es facilita a l’efecte de notificacions, i es poden practicar, a través del correu que s’hagi indicat, les notificacions als efectes que determina l’article 40 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.7. La presentació de la sol·licitud suposa que la persona o entitat interessada accepta les prescripcions que conté aquesta convocatòria, com també que autoritza l’òrgan instructor del procediment perquè, si és procedent, obtengui de forma directa les dades del Registre Mercantil i l’acreditació de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social. En cas que el sol·licitant denegui expressament l’autorització a què fa referència el paràgraf anterior, ha d’aportar un certificat de l’Agència Estatal de l’Administració Tributària i de la Tresoreria de la Seguretat Social que justifiqui que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i davant la Seguretat Social i, en cas d’empreses societàries, el certificat o la nota simple del Registre Mercantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.8. En el supòsit que algun dels documents esmentats ja s’hagi presentat amb motiu de la tramitació d’altres expedients a la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat, no és necessari aportar-lo de nou, sempre que es faci constar la data i l’òrgan o dependència en què es va presentar o, si s’escau, en què es va emetre, que no hagin transcorregut més de cinc anys des de l’acabament del procediment corresponent i que no hagi sofert modificacions. Aquest termini de cinc anys no és d’aplicació als certificats d’obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social, així com en els certificats o notes simples del Registre Mercantil establerts en el punt anterior, la vigència dels quals s’ha de regir per la seva normativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9.9. En cas que l’expedient no tengui tota la documentació requerida, s’ha d’enviar un escrit que requereixi la presentació de la documentació que hi manca en el termini de deu dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;9.10. Qualsevol canvi que es faci s’ha de comunicar a la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat d’acord amb l’article 6.9 de l’Ordre de bBases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9.11 La Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat, en qualsevol moment, pot sol·licitar als interessats la documentació i la informació complementària que consideri necessàries per resoldre l’expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds s’inicia a partir del cinquè dia de la publicació d’aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;ifinalitza als tres mesos de la publicació d’aquesta Resolució en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Competència i resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11.1 La Direcció General d’Energia i Canvi Climàtic és l’òrgan competent per tramitar els expedients i ha de fer d’ofici totes les actuacions que consideri necessàries per determinar, conèixer i comprovar les dades en virtut de les quals s’ha de pronunciar la Comissió Avaluadora. Aquesta ha d’emetre un informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució. El director general Energia i Canvi Climàtic ha d’elevar al conseller de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat la proposta de resolució, la qual s’ha de notificar als interessats perquè hi al·leguin el que considerin oportú en el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11.2. La resolució expressa del conseller de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat finalitza el procediment de concessió de la subvenció. Aquesta s’ha de motivar i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia individual de la subvenció concedida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Així mateix, la resolució ha d’especificar els aspectes següents: beneficiari, descripció i import de l’activitat que se subvenciona; quantia; partida pressupostària a la qual s’aplica; forma de pagament; termini per dur a terme l’activitat, justificació de les activitats objecte d’ajuda i terminis per presentar justificants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11.3. El termini màxim per resoldre les sol·licituds és de sis mesos comptadors a partir del dia de la presentació de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11.4. La resolució s’ha de notificar als interessats, d’acord amb els articles 40 i 42 de la Llei 39/2015; i s’ha de dictar i notificar dins el termini de sis mesos comptadors des de la data d’acabament del termini per presentar les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Comissió Avaluadora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Està integrada pels membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Presidenta: la secretària general de la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Vocals: el director general d’Energia i Canvi Climàtic; el cap del Servei d'Energies Renovables i Eficiència Energètica; un tècnic de la Direcció General d’Energia i Canvi Climàtic, que ha de fer les funcions de secretari, i un representant del Servei Jurídic de la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Procediment de selecció i distribució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;13.1. La concessió de subvencions s’ha de fer pel procediment de concurs, mitjançant la comparació en un únic procediment de les sol·licituds presentades, a fi d’establir una prelació entre aquestes, d’acord amb els criteris de valoració que s’esmenten en l’apartat següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;13.2. La valoració del programa 1 s'ha de fer per a cada centre de recàrrega i s’ha d’establir una llista d’expedients susceptibles de ser subvencionats, classificats per ordre decreixent, fins exhaurir la dotació pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;13.3. Per tal d’assegurar una correcta distribució territorial, s’han d'assignar per a cada un dels programes un màxim de cinc centres per municipi; excepte a Palma, que han de ser quinze. No obstant això, una vegada resoltes les sol·licituds d’acord amb el criteri anterior, en el cas que quedi crèdit disponible la resta de les sol·licituds s’assignaran d'acord amb l’ordre de prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;13.4. La valoració del programa 2 s'ha de fer per a cada sol·licitud de cada empresa i s’ha d’establir una llista d’expedients susceptibles de ser subvencionats, classificats per ordre decreixent, fins exhaurir la dotació pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;13.5. En tots els casos, a igualtat de puntuació entre els sol·licitants, l’ordre d’entrada n’ha de determinar la preferència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;13.6. En cas que l’expedient no tengui la documentació que requereix el punt 9 d’aquesta Resolució, s’ha d’enviar un escrit que requereixi la presentació de la documentació que hi manca en el termini de deu dies. En aquest cas, la data de presentació de l’esmena és la que determina la preferència en cas d’igualtat de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14.Criteris de preferència i valoració&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els criteris de valoració per programes són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;14.1. Programa 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Nombre de punts de recàrrega en el mateix centre de recàrrega:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15.Quantia de les ajudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La quantia d’ajudes és la següent en funció del tipus de beneficiari i del tipus de punt de recàrrega:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1) Programa 1: les ajudes per a punts de recàrrega de tipus A que s’esmenten en el punt 5 d’aquesta Resolució són del 40&amp;nbsp;% del cost de la inversió subvencionable amb un màxim de subvenció de 15.000&amp;nbsp;€ per punt de recàrrega; mentre que per als punts de recàrrega tipus B són del 40&amp;nbsp;% del cost de la inversió subvencionable amb un màxim de subvenció de 1.500&amp;nbsp;€ per a punt de paret; 2.000&amp;nbsp;€ per a punt tipus pilona d’una càrrega simultània, i 3.000&amp;nbsp;€, per a punt de dues càrregues simultànies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De forma complementària a les ajudes descrites en el paràgraf anterior, en els punts de recàrrega inclosos en el programa 1 són subvencionables els costos de manteniment associats al terme de potència contractada durant els cinc anys que estableix la convocatòria que s’han de mantenir les condicions indicades a la sol·licitud d’ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tenint en compte, que d’acord amb les tarifes elèctriques vigents, el cost del terme de potència contractada és d’uns 100&amp;nbsp;€/kW i any, s'han d'aplicar els mòduls següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— 200&amp;nbsp;€/kW en els punts de recàrrega de tipus A (equivalent a un 40&amp;nbsp;% del terme de potència durant cinc anys). Aquesta potència és la potència contractada del subministrament que dóna servei a la instal·lació de recàrrega (en el període de menor potència contractada) i té com a límit la suma de les potències reals que poden donar de forma simultània tots els punts de recàrrega de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— 100&amp;nbsp;€/kW en els punts de recàrrega de tipus B (equivalent a un 40&amp;nbsp;% del terme de potència durant cinc anys). Aquesta potència és la potència contractada del subministrament que dóna servei a la instal·lació de recàrrega(en el període de menor potència contractada) i té com a límit la suma de les potències reals que poden donar de forma simultània tots els punts de recàrrega de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2) Programa 2: el 40&amp;nbsp;% del cost d’adaptació del sistema de gestió a la Xarxa MELIB amb un màxim de 20.000&amp;nbsp;€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3) L’import de les subvencions que estableix aquesta Resolució no pot ser, en cap cas, de tal quantia que, de forma aïllada o en concurrència amb altres subvencions o ajudes, superi el cost de l’activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4) La quantitat màxima per beneficiari en el cas que s’exhaureixi el pressupost del programa corresponent és la següent: en el programa 1,300.000&amp;nbsp;€; i en el programa 2, 20.000&amp;nbsp;€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Pagament i justificació d’activitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;16.1. El pagament de la subvenció aprovada únicament es pot fer efectiu una vegada que s’ha dictat la resolució corresponent i que s’ha justificat suficientment la realització de l’activitat, amb la presentació de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La sol·licitud de pagament juntament amb el compte justificatiu, en la forma que permeti constatar la realització de l’activitat subvencionada i el seu cost, dins els terminis que fixi la resolució de concessió. El model s'ha de posar a disposició dels beneficiaris a la pàgina web de la Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Les factures originals o els documents de valor probatori equivalent en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa que justifiquin les despeses. Aquestes factures han de ser segellades convenientment per la Conselleria i després retornades al beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El Justificant de pagament. Els justificants s’han d’acreditar d’alguna de les maneres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1r. Amb la fotocòpia del justificant de l’ordre de transferència bancària o document bancari acreditatiu del pagament en el qual ha de figurar la data de la transferència, l’import que s’ha de transferir, la identificació del concepte de transferència a fi que quedi identificat el pagament de la factura, així com les dades de l’ordenant i del destinatari, que han de coincidir amb el beneficiari i amb l’emissor de la factura, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2n. Amb la còpia del xec nominatiu o pagaré nominatiu, sempre que estigui vençut, acompanyat de l’extracte bancari corresponent del beneficiari de l’ajuda en què aparegui el càrrec d’aquest xec o pagaré.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Malgrat això, per als pagaments inferiors a 500&amp;nbsp;€ és justificant suficient el rebut de pagament signat pel proveïdor. No s’admeten factures justificatives inferiors a 100&amp;nbsp;€ (IVA inclòs).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3r. No s’admet la compensació de pagaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; El document fotogràfic dels elements principals de la instal·lació (aparcament per a la recàrrega, equip de recàrrega, quadre elèctric, cartell indicatiu de la potència de càrrega, el preu per kWh i l’horari en què es pot utilitzar, només en cas que aquesta no sigui gratuïta, etc.). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; El certificat que acrediti que l’IVA de l’operació cofinançada és no recuperable, si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; La factura elèctrica o el contracte de subministrament de la instal·lació que acrediti que disposa de potència suficient per al centre de recàrrega, i el certificat de l’instal·lador que acrediti, de forma raonada, la potència real de funcionament simultani dels punts de recàrrega instal·lats en cada centre, tenint en compte les característiques dels equips instal·lats, les proteccions elèctriques i el cablejat existent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g)&lt;/em&gt; La còpia del document de la inscripció de la instal·lació a la UDIT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; En cas que el sol·licitant sigui Administració pública:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— El certificat del secretari o de l’òrgan competent que les actuacions objecte de l’ajuda s’han dut a terme d’acord amb la legislació de contractació de l’Administració pública i del sector públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La còpia de la comptabilitat separada de les inversions subvencionades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;16.2. En cas que l’expedient de pagament no tengui la documentació necessària per comprovar la justificació i l’aplicació de la subvenció, l’òrgan competent ha de sol·licitar al beneficiari que esmeni els defectes de la justificació dins els deu dies següents, comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver rebut el requeriment d’esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;16.3. La resolució d’atorgament de la subvenció ha de fixar el termini concret per justificar la realització de les activitats subvencionades, que en cap cas no pot ser posterior al 30 de setembre de 2019 per a l’anualitat de 2019 i el 30 de setembre de 2020 per a l’anualitat de 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;16.4. En el supòsit que no s’hagi justificat totalment la realització de l’activitat subvencionada, però s’hagi acomplert, encara que parcialment, la finalitat per a la qual es va concedir la subvenció, aquesta s’ha de minorar proporcionalment en allò que no s’ha justificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;16.5. Tota alteració de les condicions que s’han tingut en compte per concedir la subvenció i, en tot cas, l’obtenció concurrent de subvencions o ajudes atorgades per altres administracions o ens públics o privats, nacionals o internacionals, pot donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;16.6. La falta de justificació en els termes i els terminis que estableixi la resolució d’atorgament de la subvenció, la modificació del projecte presentat sense que aquesta Conselleria l’hagi aprovada prèviament, així com la desviació de les subvencions o l’aplicació diferent a les que estableix la norma, determinen la revocació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17.Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;D’acord amb l’article 15 de l’Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 i l’article 11 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, els beneficiaris estan obligats a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;17.1. Obligacions generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; No superar el preu màxim de la recàrrega indicat en la sol·licitud en un termini mínim de cinc anys comptadors a partir del termini màxim de justificació. També s'han de mantenir en un termini mínim de cinc anys comptadors a partir del termini màxim de justificació les altres condicions presentades per a la valoració de les sol·licituds; no obstant això, es poden millorar aquestes condicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Justificar la realització correcta de l’activitat en el termini fixat per la resolució que atorgui la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Informar la Direcció General d’Energia i Canvi Climàtic sobre qualsevol alteració de les condicions que s’han tingut en compte per concedir la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Donar compliment a la normativa comunitària, nacional i autonòmica aplicable en l’àmbit de contractació, subvencions, comptabilitat, publicitat, medi ambient i igualtat d’oportunitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Reintegrar els fons percebuts indegudament com a conseqüència de les actuacions de comprovació realitzades pels òrgans de control competents, i segons l’establert a l’article 44 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt; Trobar-se al corrent de les seves obligacions tributàries amb l’Estat, la Seguretat Social i la Comunitat Autònoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;17.2. Obligacions específiques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Complir les condicions establertes per a la adhesió a la Xarxa MELIB, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Participar i col·laborar amb la Direcció General d’Energia i Canvi Climàtic en el bon funcionament de la Xarxa MELIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Proporcionar la informació necessària per al funcionament del sistema de gestió (horaris, preus, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;Actualitzar i incorporar les actualitzacions requerides pel sistema de gestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; Realitzar el manteniment dels centres de recàrrega i corregir les incidències dels punts de recàrrega en un termini màxim de 48 hores, excepte causes justificades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) &lt;/em&gt;Disposar d’un servei d’incidències en aquelles hores en què el punt estigui disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) &lt;/em&gt;Els equips dels punts de recàrrega han d’incorporar logotips d'imatge d&lt;em&gt;’Illes Sostenibles&lt;/em&gt; d’acord amb el manual d’aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. Normativa d’aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;18.1. La convocatòria es regeix pel que disposen aquesta Resolució i l’Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 (BOIB núm. 72, de 24 de maig de 2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;18.2. A tot allò que no estableixen ni aquesta Resolució ni l’Ordre esmentada s’ha d’aplicar el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;19.Tramitació telemàtica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
