    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Vist el que disposa l'art. 11 de la Llei Orgànica del Poder Judicial, així com el Reglament núm. 3/1995, de 7 de Juny, dels Jutges de Paz (acord del Consell General del Poder Judicial de 06.07.1995, BOE núm. 166, de 13-07-1995), RESOLC, formular una pública convocatòria per a la presentació de candidats per a l'elecció de Jutge de Pau substitut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.- Termini de presentació de candidats: 15 dies hàbils explicats a partir de l'endemà al de la publicació d'aquest anunci en el BOIB, (fins a les 12 hora.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.- La candidatura es formalitzés amb la presentació de la sol·licitud davant la Secretaria de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.- Els requisits que han de reunir els candidats són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-Ser espanyol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-Major d'edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-No podran estar culpables en alguna de les causes d'incapacitat o d'incompatibilitat que estableixen els *arts. 303 i 389 de la Llei Orgànica del Poder Judicial (veure annex).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-No estar impedit física o psíquicament per a l'exercici de les funcions judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-No haver estat condemnat per delicte dolós. En cas contrari, aquest impediment cessarà si s'ha obtingut l'absolució o s'hagués dictat l'acte de sobreseïment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-Gaudir del Ple exercici dels drets civils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;-Residir en la població de Sencelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud, els candidats han de presentar un curriculum vitae amb els detalls més significatius del seu perfil personal, acadèmic i professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El que es fa públic per a general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1º.-Amb l'Exercici de qualsevol altra jurisdicció aliena a la del Poder Judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2º.-Amb qualsevol càrrec d'Elecció popular o designació política de l'estat. Comunitats Autònomes, Províncies i demà Entitats locals i organismes dependents de qualsevol d'ells.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3º.-Amb les ocupacions o càrrecs dotats o retribuïts per l'Administració de l'Estat, les Corts Generals, la Casa Real, Comunitats Autònomes, Províncies, Municipis i qualsevol Entitat, organismes o empreses dependents d'Uns o Unes altres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4º.-Amb les ocupacions de totes classes en els Tribunals i Jutjats de qualsevol ordre jurisdiccional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5º.-Amb tota ocupació, càrrec o Professió retribuïda, excepte la docència o recerca jurídica, així com la producció i creació literària, artística, científica i tècnica i les publicacions derivades d'aquella, de Conformitat amb la disposada en la legislació sobre incompatibilitats del personal al Servei de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6º.-Amb l'Exercici de l'Advocacia i de la Procuraduría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7º.-Amb tot tipus d'Assessorament jurídic, sigui o no retribuït.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8º.-Amb l'Exercici de tota activitat mercantil, per si o per Un altre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;9º.-Amb les funcions de Director, gerent, administrador, CONSELLER, soci col·lectiu o qualsevol altra que impliqui intervenció directa, administratiu o econòmica en societat o empreses mercantils, públiques o privada, de qualsevol gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
