&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El dia 28 d'abril de 2018 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 52, la Resolució de la presidenta del Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics de dia 19 d'abril de 2018, por la qual es convocaven ajudes per donar suport a la projecció exterior de projectes d'edició i promoció de la literatura, el pensament, el còmic i la il·lustració de les Illes Balears per a 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Dia 15/11/2018, la Comissió avaluadora va revisar i va valorar els expedients presentats fins aleshores, un total de 64 expedients en la 4a Comissió i 1 de la 3a Comissió que havia quedat pendent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Dia 16/11/2018, l'instructor va signar i va publicar la proposta de resolució, iniciant-se el període d'al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. No s'han presentat al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Resolució de la presidenta de l’Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics, de dia 28/11/2018, i que es va publicar al BOIB núm. 153, el 6/12/2018, mitjançant la qual es modifica la Resolució de la presidenta de l’Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics, de dia 19 d'abril de 2018, per la qual es convoquen ajuts per donar suport a la projecció exterior de l'edició i la promoció de la literatura, el pensament, el còmic i la il·lustració de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La disposició addicional primera del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. L’Ordre de la consellera d’Educació i Cultura, d’1 de juliol de 2009, per la qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d’educació i cultura (BOIB núm. 100, d’11 de juliol de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por tot això, a proposta del president de la comissió avaluadora,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolc&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprovar i concedir subvencions per un import total de 78.202,94 € a favor dels beneficiaris que se relacionen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa senyalada a cada un dels beneficiaris a càrrec dels pressupostos i imports detallats a l'Annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Denegar la concessió de subvencions a les sol·licituds que apareixen a l'Annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució al Bolletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el director de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics en el termini d'un mes comptador a partir del matí següent d'haver rebut la notificació, d'acord amb l'article 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en un termini de dos mesos comptadors des del matí següent d'haver rebut la notificació d'aquesta Resolució, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
