&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;“1. Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l’Ajuntament de Palma consistent en els canvis recollits a les propostes MF-564, MF-565 i MF-566 que figura a l’informe adjunt i es concreten en: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;- MF-564: Modificació del complement de destinació i específic del lloc de treball de Director/a dels Serveis Jurídics (F10100001) que passa de 29 i 79 a 30 i 271, respectivament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;- MF-565: Modificació del complement específic del lloc de treball de Lletrat/ada assessor/a en cap dels Serveis Jurídics (F30330006) que passa de 79 a 89. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;- MF-566: Modificació del complement específic del lloc de treball de Lletrat/ada assessor/a dels Serveis Jurídics (F30330001) que passa de 62 a 79. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;2. Aprovar la modificació de funcions que igualment s’adjunta al present Acord. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;3. Establir com a data d’efectes l’1 d’octubre de 2018. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;4. Publicar el contingut de l’Acord en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquest acte administratiu, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot presentar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l’ha dictat, d’acord amb l’article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-lo és d’un mes comptat des de l’endemà de rebre aquesta notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que no s’hagi resolt el de reposició. El recurs de reposició potestatiu s’haurà de presentar al Registre General d’aquest Ajuntament o a les dependències a què es refereix l’article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, abans esmentada, i s’entendrà desestimat quan no s’hagi resolt i notificat la resolució, en el termini d’un mes, comptat des de l’endemà de la seva interposició, i en aquest cas quedarà expedita la via contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no s’utilitza el recurs potestatiu de reposició, es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, d’acord amb l’article 123 abans esmentat i el que disposa la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu o la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia, segons les competències determinades pels articles 8 i 10 de la Llei 29/1998, en el termini de dos mesos comptats des de l’endemà de rebre aquesta notificació, tot això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que es consideri convenient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
