&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per mitjà de la Resolució del director del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 6 de juliol de 2018 (publicada en el BOIB núm. 87/2018, de 14 de juliol) es va convocar un concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria d’infermer obstetricoginecològic / infermera obstetricoginecològica dependents del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l’estatut marc del personal estatutari dels serveis de salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Llei 7/2007, de 12 d’abril, de l’estatut bàsic de l’empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Reial decret llei 1/1999, de 8 de gener, sobre selecció de personal estatutari i provisió de places en les institucions sanitàries de la Seguretat Social, vigent amb rang reglamentari i sense caràcter bàsic en virtut de la disposició transitòria sisena de la Llei 55/2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Base 5.2 de la convocatòria indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Per tot això dict la següent&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Designar els membres del tribunal qualificador del concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria d’infermer obstetricoginecològic / infermera obstetricoginecològica dependents del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears convocat per mitjà de la Resolució de 6 de juliol de 2018 (BOIB núm. 87/2018, de 14 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució —que exhaureix la via administrativa— es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà de la publicació d’aquesta resolució, d’acord amb els articles 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. També s’hi pot interposar qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri procedent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No obstant això, els interessats poden optar per interposar un recurs de reposició davant del mateix òrgan que dicta la resolució en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà de la publicació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu fins que no s’hagi dictat una resolució expressa o presumpta sobre el recurs de reposició, d’acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
