    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En no haver-se presentat cap reclamació contra l’acord d’aprovació inicial de l’expedient núm. 20/2018 de transferències de crèdit en el Pressupost de la Corporació, en sessió plenària ordinària de 26 d’ octubre de 2017, queda aprovat definitivament, en virtut de la presumpció de l’article 169.1 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel que se aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals. A continuació es transcriuen les aplicacions pressupostàries afectades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
