39262 12081 270 2018-11-20 616041 CAIB ca text/html 39252 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol, de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per experiència laboral preveu que les tasques d’assessorament i/o d’avaluació les exerceixin persones habilitades a aquest efecte per les administracions competents.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per obtenir l’habilitació per exercir aquestes funcions d’assessorament i/o avaluació, segons l’article 25.1 del Reial decret esmentat, s’han de reunir una sèrie de requisits d’experiència en determinats col·lectius, així com haver superat un curs de formació específica.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tal com preveu l’article 22.1 <em>e</em> del Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol, aquest curs de formació específica el planifiquen i gestionen les administracions responsables del procediment d’avaluació i acreditació, que alhora són les competents per habilitar al personal assessor i avaluador del procediment esmentat. En aquest sentit, també l’article 25.1 <em>b</em> del mateix Reial decret assenyala que el curs l’han d’organitzar i supervisar les administracions competents.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aquestes actuacions estan finançades pel Ministeri d’Ocupació i Seguretat Social i el Servei Públic d’Ocupació Estatal (SEPE).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Conselleria d’Educació i Universitat del Govern de les Illes Balears té previst publicar pròximament diverses convocatòries de procediments d’acreditació de competències professionals adquirides a través de l’experiència laboral o de vies no formals de formació de diverses qualificacions professionals, per la qual cosa és necessari comptar amb un nombre suficient de persones habilitades com a assessores i avaluadores.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">D’acord amb el Decret 55/2011, de 20 de maig, l’Institut de les Qualificacions Professionals de les Illes Balears és l’òrgan encarregat d’habilitar als assessors i avaluadors i mantenir-ne el registre, així com de planificar i gestionar la formació inicial i contínua dels assessors i avaluadors.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per tot això, dict la següent</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>RESOLUCIÓ</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primer</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aprovar les bases que regeixen la convocatòria del curs de formació específica per a l’habilitació com a assessors i avaluadors de les unitats de competència de diverses qualificacions professionals per al procediment de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per experiència laboral o vies no formals de formació. A més, aquelles persones que resultin habilitades en aquesta convocatòria es comprometen a participar com a assessors i/o avaluadors en el procediment d’acreditació, i poden ser nomenades d’ofici segons les necessitats que determini l’òrgan gestor.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>2.&nbsp; Persones destinatàries i requisits de participació</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.&nbsp;Poden sol·licitar la participació al curs convocat les persones que tenguin una experiència d’almenys quatre anys relacionada amb les unitats de competència convocades, reconeguts en la data d’inici del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, en algun dels col·lectius següents:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a.&nbsp;&nbsp;Professors pertanyents als cossos de catedràtics, professors d’ensenyament secundari o professors tècnics de formació professional amb atribució docent en les famílies professionals corresponents. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b.&nbsp;&nbsp;Formadors (que no pertanyin al sistema educatiu) especialitzats en les unitats de competència que s’especifiquen.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c.&nbsp;&nbsp;Professionals experts en les unitats de competència que s’especifiquen. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.&nbsp;&nbsp; És un requisit indispensable per a la realització del curs disposar dels coneixements necessaris com a usuari de l’entorn de formació a distància Moodle, d’una adreça de correu electrònic vàlida, d’un equip informàtic i de connexió a internet de banda ampla.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>4.&nbsp; Criteris de selecció</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.&nbsp;Quan el nombre d’inscripcions rebudes sigui superior al de places convocades, per cada col·lectiu convocat s’han de seleccionar els candidats amb més experiència laboral acreditada. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;Per cada dia d’experiència laboral relacionada amb les competències professionals que es volen acreditar (com a treballador per compte d’altri i com a treballador autònom) s’atorguen 0,0166 punts per dia. Si l’experiència no ha estat a jornada completa, la puntuació anterior s’ha de comptar de forma proporcional a la jornada feta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.&nbsp;En el cas dels formadors que no pertanyin al sistema educatiu, si la seva experiència es fa constar en hores o crèdits impartits, es considera que cada 5 hores impartides equivalen a 1 dia i que 1 crèdit equival a 10 hores<span style="color:black">.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.&nbsp;Cada participant només pot cobrir una plaça. Aquests dos dies es duran a terme dues de les cinc sessions presencials.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5.&nbsp;Totes les comunicacions relacionades amb el curs (dates d’inscripció, publicació de llistes, horaris de les sessions presencials i qualsevol modificació) es publicaran amb antelació suficient a la pàgina web &lt;<span style="color:#00000a">http://iqpib.caib.es</span>&gt;.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>12.&nbsp; Incompatibilitat</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La participació en aquest curs és incompatible amb la participació a qualsevol altre curs que concedeixi el dret a obtenir l’habilitació per exercir les funcions d’assessorament i/o avaluació en els procediments de les competències professionals adquirides per experiència laboral, regulat pel Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol. En aquest cas, la persona interessada ha d’optar per un, i ha de posar en coneixement de l’IQPIB la renúncia a participar-hi, si s’escau.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>13.&nbsp; Habilitació</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.&nbsp;Les persones participants que superin el curs queden habilitades com a assessors i avaluadors en el procediment d’acreditació per al reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per experiència laboral en la qualificació professional a la qual hagin estat admeses al curs i s’incorporen com a tals al Registre del Personal Assessor i Avaluador habilitat a les Illes Balears, creat mitjançant el Decret 55/2011, de 20 de maig, regulador de l’estructura organitzativa del procediment de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per l’experiència laboral o vies no formals de formació a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.&nbsp;Es considera que s’ha superat el curs de formació específica quan s’ha assistit al 80&nbsp;% de les hores lectives presencials del curs, s’han presentat les activitats dins el termini establert i se n’ha obtingut una qualificació positiva.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.
