Per mitjà de la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 28 de maig de 2018 (BOIB núm. 67, de 31 de maig), modificada per la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 29 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 81, de 30 de juny), i amb convocatòria específica per mitjà de la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de 26 de setembre de 2018 (BOIB núm. 121, de 2 d’octubre) es va convocar un concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria de facultatiu/facultativa especialista d’àrea de farmàcia hospitalària del Sector Sanitari de Migjorn del Servei de Salut de les Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. La base 4.1 de la convocatòria estableix que, una vegada vençut el termini per presentar sol·licituds, el director general del Servei de Salut dictarà una resolució per aprovar les llistes provisionals d’admesos i d’exclosos del procés selectiu.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Per tot això dict la següent</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Resolució</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">1. Aprovar les llistes provisionals d’admesos i exclosos del concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria de facultatiu/facultativa especialista de farmàcia hospitalària del Sector Sanitari de Migjorn del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears convocat per la Resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 28 de maig de 2018 a què es refereix el punt 1 de l’apartat “Fets”. En la llista provisional d’admesos en figuren el nom, els llinatges i el número del document d’identitat, i en la llista provisional d’exclosos en figura també la causa de l’exclusió.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. Advertir que, amb la finalitat d’evitar errors i, si se’n produeixen, fer possible que s’esmenin dins del termini i en la forma escaient, cada aspirant ha de comprovar no només que no figura en la llista d’exclosos sinó que, a més, figura en la d’admesos. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">3. Establir un termini de deu dies hàbils comptador des de l’endemà de la data de publicació d’aquesta resolució per presentar reclamacions —que no tendran caràcter de recurs administratiu— o per esmenar—si escau— el defecte o la causa que hagi motivat l’exclusió. Les reclamacions que es presentin s’han d’entendre rebutjades si qui l’hagi presentat no apareix com a admès en la resolució amb què es publiquin les llistes definitives. Qui no esmeni els defectes en el termini establit serà exclòs del procés selectiu. Així mateix, qui hagi detectat errors en la consignació de les dades personals pot manifestar-ho en aqueix mateix termini.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Determinar que l'exercici de la fase d'oposició es durà a terme el dia 10 de febrer de 2019, a les 10.00 hores, a l’Hospital Universitari Son Espases, Carretera de Valldemossa, 79, 07020, Palma de Mallorca (Illes Balears). </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">5.
