&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El dia 31/05/2018 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 67, la Resolució de la presidenta de l’Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics de dia 23/05/2018 per la qual es convocaven ajuts per donar suport a les jornades d'estudis locals que es celebren a les Illes Balears durant l'any 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Dia 5/11/2018, la Comissió Avaluadora va revisar i valorar els expedients presentats fins aleshores, un total de 12 sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Dia 6/11/2018, l'instructor va signar i va publicar la proposta de resolució, iniciant-se el període d'al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La Resolució de la presidenta de l’Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics, de dia 31 de maig de 2018, per la qual es convoquen ajuts per donar suport a les jornades d'estudis locals que es celebren a les Illes Balears durant 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La disposició addicional primera del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. L’Ordre de la consellera d’Educació i Cultura, d’1 de juliol de 2009, per al qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d’educació i cultura (BOIB núm. 100, d’11 de juliol de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por tot això, a proposta del president de la comissió avaluadora,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Aprovar i concedir subvencions per un import total de 23.478,52 € a favor dels beneficiaris que se relacionen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa senyalada a cada un dels beneficiaris a càrrec dels pressupostos i imports detallats a l'Annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Publicar aquesta Resolució al Bolletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que esgota la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el director de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics en el termini d'un mes comptador a partir del matí següent d'haver rebut la notificació, d'acord amb l'article 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en un termini de dos mesos comptadors des del matí següent d'haver rebut la notificació d'aquesta Resolució, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
