&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 1ª. Objecte i àmbit d’aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;És objecte de les presents bases regular la concessió de beques per a la pràctica d’esport de competició (federat) fora del municipi durant el període 2017 – 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A aquesta convocatòria es destina una quantitat de 4000€ amb càrrec al Pressupost 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 2ª. Beneficiaris i sol·licitants de l’ajuda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Poden ser beneficiàries d’aquestes beques les persones empadronades a Campanet i que s’hagin de desplaçar fora del municipi per a la pràctica de l’esport de competició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Base 3ª. Requisits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les persones per a sol·licitar les beques han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Practicar un esport de competició (federat) fora del municipi de Campanet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estar empadronades al municipi de Campanet amb dos anys d’antiguitat com a mínim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Practicar un esport que no es pugui practicar a Campanet o en una categoria superior a la que s’hi practica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 4ª. Quantia subvencionable i durada&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’import màxim de l’ajuda per sol·licitant serà de 200€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En qualsevol cas, el període màxim subvencionable és el de la temporada 2017 – 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’import de la beca dependrà de la següent baremació (cal indicar amb claredat cada un dels indicadors a baremar, si no és així no es puntuarà l’indicador ambigu):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Nivell i categoria a la qual participa l’esportista:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
		&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman"&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Internacional (4 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estatal (3 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Autonòmic (2 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mallorca (1 punt)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;/ol&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt; margin-left:36pt; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La persona sol·licitant haurà d’especificar les categories que hi ha a l’esport que practica i indicar la categoria en què practica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt;
	&lt;ol start="2" style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Transport necessari per al desplaçament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

		&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman"&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No necessita acompanyant - vehicle propi (1punt)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Necessitats d’acompanyants (2 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;/ol&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Distància des de Campanet&amp;nbsp; fins al lloc on es practica l’esport (anada i tornada):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
		&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman"&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Menys de 20 km (1punt)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Més de 20 km (2 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;/ol&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dies d’entrenament, partit o competició:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
		&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman"&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Menys de 4 dies a la setmana (1 punt)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
			&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Més de 4 dies a la setmana (2 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;/ol&gt;
		&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 5ª. Documentació que cal aportar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Fotocòpia del DNI/NIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Certificat d’empadronament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Document oficial expedit pel club en el qual consti la participació activa a l’esport en qüestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Declaració jurada que no rep cap ajuda pública o privada pel mateix concepte (si rep qualque tipus d’ajuda s’ha d’indicar l’organisme i la quantitat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Declaració jurada que l’esportista no rep cap compensació econòmica per part del club o si la rep ha d’especificar la quantitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es pot requerir al sol·licitant qualsevol documentació que resulti necessària per a verificar que els requisits exigits es compleixen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 6ª. Sol·licitud i lloc de presentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per a optar a les ajudes previstes en aquestes Bases s’ha de presentar sol·licitud en el Registre General de l’Ajuntament de Campanet (Plaça Major – 24) adjuntant-hi la documentació requerida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un cop acabat el període de presentació de sol·licituds es comprovarà la documentació presentada i si s’hi observen deficiències es requerirà la persona sol·licitant en un termini màxim de 10 dies per esmenes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 7ª. Proposta i concessió de subvencions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Després que l’Àrea d’Esports valori les sol·licituds, la Batlia nomenarà una comissió perquè les aprovi definitivament. El termini màxim de resolució d’aquesta convocatòria serà d’un més comptat des que acabi el període de presentació de sol·licituds. La dita comissió podrà requerir els documents complementaris que es considerin necessaris per a conèixer adequadament les circumstàncies peculiars de cada cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A la vista de la relació de sol·licitants la comissió destinarà quin nombre d’ajudes es poden concedir en funció dels recursos disponibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 8 ª. Termini de presentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds és de 30 dies naturals, comptats des de la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 9 ª. Incompatibilitats de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Queden exclosos de la convocatòria els esportistes que rebin les ajudes estatals o autonòmiques pel mateix concepte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASE 10ª. Compromisos i obligacions que adquireixen els beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:8pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mitjançant resolució motivada es pot obligar les persones beneficiàries a tornar l’ajuda i els interessos de demora en els supòsits d’incompliment de les obligacions adquirides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
