&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprovació de les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions per desplaçament als alumnes de preescolar, educació infantil i primària per al curs 2018-2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprovar les bases &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions per desplaçament als alumnes de preescolar, educació infantil i primària per al curs 2018-2019 en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES REGULADORES PER A LA CONCESSIÓ DE SUBVENCIONS A CENTRES ESCOLARS PER A LA REALITZACIÓ DE PROGRAMES I ACTIVITATS PER AL CURS 2018-2019&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.OBJECTE DE LES SUBVENCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.- L’Ajuntament de Muro vol ajudar a les famílies amb fills escolaritzats a altres Centres de preescolar, educació infantil i primària amb el desplaçament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.- S’entén per subvenció tota disposició dinerària realitzada per l’Ajuntament de Muro, a favor de persones públiques o privades, i que compleixi els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Que el lliurament es realitzi sense contraprestació directa dels beneficiaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Que el lliurament estigui subjecte al compliment d’un determinat objectiu, l’execució d’un projecte, la realització d’una activitat, l’adopció d’un comportament singular, ja realitzats o per desenvolupar, o la concurrència d’una situació, havent el beneficiari de complir les obligacions materials i formals que s’haguessin establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Que el projecte, l’acció, conducta o situació finançada tingui per objecte el foment d’una activitat d’utilitat pública o interès social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. REQUISITS QUE HAURAN DE REUNIR ELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Podran ser beneficiaris de la convocatòria els/les pares/mares, tutors/es legals dels/les alumnes o els/les alumnes majors d’edat matriculats durant el curs escolar 2018-2019 a altres Centres fora del municipi de Muro i empadronats/es al municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. FINANÇAMENT DE LES ACTUACIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La quantia de la concessió serà de 50€ per alumne. Aquests ajuts són compatibles amb altres ajuts destinats a la mateixa actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. FORMA I TERMINI DE PRESENTACIO DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les persones interessades, han de presentar la seva sol•licitud d’acord amb l’ Annex 1, que s’haurà de presentar acompanyat necessàriament de la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Fotocòpia del Document Nacional d’Identitat o targeta de resident del sol•licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Fotocòpia del Document Nacional d’Identitat o targeta de resident de l’estudiant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Documentació acreditativa d’estar matriculat al curs 2018/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Llibre de família o document acreditatiu de la representació legal del alumne.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Declaració responsable del sol•licitant (pare, mare, tutor/a legal dels/les alumnes, o l’alumne/a en el cas de que sigui major d’edat) de no trobar-se inhabilitat per a obtenir subvencions de les Administracions públiques, de no ser deutor de la Hisenda pública i d’estar al corrent de les seves obligacions amb la Seguretat Social (Annex 2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds és dia 5 de desembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. PROCEDIMENT DE CONCESSIÓ DE LES SUBVENCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En el cas de que, conclòs el termini de presentació de sol•licituds, aquesta no reuneixi els requisits necessaris per a la seva tramitació, se requerirà al sol•licitant perquè esmeni les deficiències advertides en el termini màxim i improrrogable de 10 dies, quedant advertit que de no fer-ho així, se’l tindrà per desistit a la seva sol•licitud, d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 68 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d’octubre del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El procediment de concessió de la subvenció s’ajustarà al que preceptua al procediment de tramitació de subvencions de la Llei General de Subvencions 38/2003, i al procediment administratiu comú previst a la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Per a la valoració de les sol•licituds es constituirà una comissió de valoració que estarà composta per: President: El batle o regidor/a en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. CRITERIS DE VALORACIÓ I PONDERACIÓ DE LES SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La present convocatòria està finançada amb càrrec als pressupostos municipals en les següents partides:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3260.47901&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3260.48901&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Les ajudes s’atorgaran de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Import per alumne matriculat a escoletes de 0 a 3 anys: 50&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Import per alumne matriculat a Educació Infantil de 0 a 6 anys: 50 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Import per alumne matriculat a Educació Primària de 6 a 11 anys: 50 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Es podran desestimar aquelles peticions que segons el contingut del programa o memòria presentat es considerin no aptes per a ser subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. ÒRGAN COMPETENT PER A LA INSTRUCCIÓ I RESOLUCIÓ DEL PROCEDIMENT I TERMINI DE RESOLUCIÓ I NOTIFICACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. L’òrgan competent per iniciar i resoldre el procediment és la Batlia de l’Ajuntament de Muro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. L’òrgan competent per instruir el procediment és la Regidora d’educació i joventut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Les ajudes seran aprovades la Junta de Govern. Correspon a la Junta de Govern, la interpretació d’aquestes bases i la potestat de modificar les quanties estipulades a l’apartat 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. FACULTATS DE LA INTERVENCIÓ MUNICIPAL PER A GARANTIR L’ADEQUADA JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LA SUBVENCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Per a exercir el control, la Intervenció municipal tindrà les següents facultats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A) El lliure accés a la documentació objecte de comprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;B) L’obtenció de còpia o la retenció de les factures, documents equivalents o substitutius i de qualssevol altre document relatiu a les operacions a les que es dedueixin indicis de la incorrecta obtenció, gaudi o destí de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La negativa al compliment d’aquesta obligació es considerarà resistència, excusa, obstrucció o negativa als efectes previstos a l’article 37 de la Llei general de subvencions, sense perjudici de les sancions que poguessin correspondre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. TERMINI I FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓ DEL COMPLIMENT DE LA FINALITAT PER LA QUE SE CONCEDÍ LA SUBVENCIÓ I DE L’APLICACIÓ DELS FONS PERCEBUTS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La acreditació de la realització de l’objecte de la subvenció es realitzarà amb la presentació del certificat de matrícula del Centre del curs actual 2018-2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Hauran de presentar-se originals i fotocòpies que seran diligenciades per l’administració municipal, tornant-se els originals als interessats/es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Transcorreguts els terminis establerts sense haver justificat les despeses, les quantitats atorgades es donaran de baixa del pressupost previ l’acord exprés corresponent per part de l’òrgan competent, llevat dels casos en què se sol·liciti una pròrroga, degudament justificada i com a causa excepcional, petició que serà resolta per l’òrgan corresponent, d’acord amb el procediment establert a les Bases generals i a la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. COMPATIBILITAT O INCOMPATIBILITAT AMB ALTRES AJUDES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les subvencions objecte de la present convocatòria seran compatibles amb qualsevol altra concedida per entitats públiques o privades pel mateix objecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. PUBLICACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquesta resolució s’ha de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. També es trobarà a disposició de totes les persones interessades a la web de l’Ajuntament de Muro (www.ajmuro.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. PAGAMENT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un cop comprovada la justificació adequada de la subvenció, i el compliment de la finalitat que determina la concessió de la subvenció, l’import concedit es lliurarà en un termini màxim de tres mesos des de l’aprovació del pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
