    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Aprovat per Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sessió ordinària de data 23 de febrer de 2018, de la qual es transcriu el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Concedir una subvenció a la “Confraria de Pescadors de Formentera” amb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;CIF G07179088 per import de 12.500,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;La gestió de la subvenció es durà a terme d’acord a les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;NORMATIVA APLICABLE. &lt;em&gt;Llei 38/2003 i bases d’execució del Pressupost&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;FINALITAT DE LA SUBVENCIÓ &lt;em&gt;funcionament de la confraria de pescadors&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;TERMINI DE REALITZACIÓ DE L’ACTIVITAT SUBVENCIONADA. &lt;em&gt;Des de 1 de gener de 2017 fins a 31 de desembre de 2017.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;TERMINI DE JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LA SUBVENCIÓ. &lt;em&gt;Abans de 30 d’abril de 2018.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓ SUBVENCIÓ. &lt;em&gt;mitjançant presentació del compte justificatiu segons model, relació de depeses i factures.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;IMPORT DE DESPESES A JUSTIFICAR. &lt;em&gt;la quantia a justificar haurà de ser com a mínim l’import de la quantitat concedida&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;MOTIUS DE LA PÈRDUA DE LA SUBVENCIÓ &lt;em&gt;la falta de justificació&lt;/em&gt; de l’activitat o &lt;em&gt;l’objecte de la subvenció suposarà la pèrdua de la subvenció.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;OBLIGACIÓ DE COMUNICAR &lt;em&gt;la concessió d’altres ajudes o subvencions públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;PAGAMENT &lt;em&gt;una vegada informat favorablement el compte justificatiu pels serveis tècnics de l’Àrea d’Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Caça.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;RÈGIM DE GARANTIES &lt;em&gt;no procedeix.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.- &lt;/strong&gt;Autoritzar i disposar la despesa amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 2018/1/410/48000/01 a favor del beneficiari “&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Confraria de Pescadors de Formentera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;” amb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;CIF G07179088 per l’import concedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Acceptar la justificació presentada pel beneficiari i, en conseqüència, reconèixer l’obligació, ordenar el pagament i pagar l’import de la subvenció íntegrament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar aquest acord a la Confraria de Pescadors de Formentera per al seu coneixement i efectes adients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La qual cosa es fa públic per a general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
