2018-11-08 2018-11-05 37504 37502 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En relació amb l’assumpte de referència, i d’acord amb l’establert a l’article 24 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 1/2016, pel que s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de prevenció i control integrats de la contaminació, es publica l’Acord del Ple de la CMAIB, en sessió de 27 de setembre de 2018,</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">ATÈS</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.Que Ladrillerías Mallorquinas SA ha sol·licitat una modificació no substancial de l’Autorització Ambiental Integrada de la fàbrica de blocs ceràmics i similars (IPPC 01/2006) consistent en el desmantellament d’una planta d'emmagatzematge i gasificació de gas natural liquat (GNL).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.Que la documentació aportada justifica que es tracta d’una modificació no substancial, en compliment de l’art. 10 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 1/2016, de 16 de desembre.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.Que els informes emesos pels diferents organismes son favorables i donen cobertura a la proposta.</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">ACORDA</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Atorgar la modificació no substancial de l’Autorització Ambiental Integrada de la fàbrica de blocs ceràmics i similars de Ladrillerías Mallorquinas S.A. (IPPC 01/2006), consistent en el desmantellament d’una planta d'emmagatzematge i gasificació de gas natural liquat.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L’execució de l’obra es farà segons les condicions indicades al projecte tècnic de desmantellament que acompanya la sol·licitud i amb subjecció a les següents condicions:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.S’ha d’actualitzar el Pla d’autoprotecció adequant-lo a la seva nova situació actual i es registrarà a la Direcció General d’Emergències i Interior. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.Es modifica el condicionant 5. Consums a on es substitueix el GNL pel Gas Natural a la taula, així com el seu consum anual:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“5.
