font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">En compliment del que es disposa per l’article 169, per remissió del 177.2 del Reial decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s’aprova el Text Refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, al no haver-se presentat al·legacions durant el termini d’exposició al públic, queda automàticament elevat a definitiu l’acord plenari d’aprovació inicial de data 20 de juliol de 2018, sobre l’expedient nº 5/2018 de modificació del pressupost de despeses per mitjà de baixes de crèdits de despeses d’altres aplicacions pressupostàries no compromeses</span><strong> </strong>corresponent a la consignació de l’aplicació de la despesa pels honoraris del nou arquitecte municipal<span style="background-color:white">.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
