&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A proposta del director acadèmic de l’Escola Superior d’Art Dramàtic de les Illes Balears (ESADIB), el Patronat de la Fundació per als Estudis Superiors de Música i Arts Escèniques de les Illes Balears, en la sessió de dia 03 d’octubre de 2018, va aprovar la convocatòria i les bases per a la selecció de professors associats per a diferents especialitats del personal laboral docent no permanent de l’ESADIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposa la Llei 13/2017, de 29 de desembre, de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l’any 2018, la contractació de personal temporal ha de tenir lloc en casos excepcionals i per cobrir necessitats urgents inajornables i requereix les autoritzacions prèvies del director general de Pressuposts i Finançament i del director general de Funció Pública i Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El 02 de maig de 2018, el director general de Pressuposts i Finançament va emetre un informe favorable sobre els aspectes pressupostaris derivats de les bases que han de regir la convocatòria per a la selecció de professors associats per a diferents especialitats del personal laboral docent no permanent de la Fundació per als Estudis Superiors de Música i Arts Escèniques de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’1 de juny de 2018, el director general de Funció Pública i Administracions Públiques va emetre un informe favorable sobre les bases que han de regir aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformitat amb l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 23 de febrer de 2007 de modificació de l’àmbit d’aplicació i de determinació de l’abast del control de l’article 5 de l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 de desembre de 1995, el control previ, preceptiu i vinculant del compliment dels principis de publicitat i d’objectivitat en la selecció de personal, fix i temporal, s’estén a les fundacions de l’àmbit docent i l’òrgan competent per dur a terme aquest control és la Conselleria d’Educació i Universitat, és a dir, la conselleria competent en matèria de personal docent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Patronat de la Fundació per als Estudis Superiors de Música i Arts Escèniques de les Illes&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Balears, en la sessió de dia 03 d’octubre de 2018, va aprovar les bases que han de regir la convocatòria per a la selecció de professors associats per a diferents especialitats del personal laboral docent no permanent de l’Escola Superior d’Art Dramàtic de les Illes Balears (ESADIB). Aquestes bases s’han sotmès als informes legalment preceptius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La continuïtat en la prestació de la funció docent a l’ESADIB és un dels elements que incideixen en la qualitat i la millora de l’ensenyament. Per aquest motiu, és necessari un procediment de selecció d’aspirants per cobrir les necessitats temporals de personal laboral que compagini el respecte als principis d’igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat, establerts en els articles 23.2 i 103.3 de la Constitució espanyola, amb les peculiaritats del servei educatiu. Així, és important que, en la mesura que sigui possible, aquest procediment garanteixi l’estabilitat del professorat i, alhora, que sigui àgil per atendre les necessitats del centre que exigeixen una cobertura ràpida i urgent de les places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A més, aquest procediment selectiu ha de garantir que els aspirants tenguin la capacitació específica necessària per a les funcions docents concretes que requereix un centre d’ensenyaments artístics superiors, en què els professors han de ser professionals del màxim prestigi i competència per a les funcions que se’ls assignaran. D’acord amb això, la Direcció General de Funció Pública i Administracions Públiques ha emès un informe favorable sobre les bases que han de regir aquest procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El marc normatiu aplicable a aquestes bases està constituït per les disposicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp; La Llei 50/2002, de 26 de desembre, de fundacions (BOE núm. 310, de 27 de desembre de 2002, i suplement&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;en català del BOE núm. 3, de 21 de gener de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;Acord del Consell de Govern de 17 de març de 2017&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;pel qual s’autoritzen les actuacions necessàries perquè la Fundació per al Conservatori Superior de Música i Dansa de les Illes Balears absorbeixi la Fundació per a l’Escola Superior d’Art Dramàtic de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 33, de 18 de març).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases generals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’objecte d’aquestes bases és regular els processos selectius per proveir diferents places de professors associats per a diferents especialitats del personal laboral docent no permanent de &lt;/span&gt;l’ESADIB&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, adreçats a persones que, per la seva experiència professional i/o titulació, tenguin competència adquirida en les àrees o matèries corresponents i que acreditin l’exercici d’una activitat professional fora de l’àmbit acadèmic dels estudis superiors d’Art Dramàtic, així com un títol superior de l’àmbit de la plaça, quan així s’exigeixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atès que, d’acord amb el que es disposa en l’article 55 de la Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d’educació, els alumnes que hagin acabat els estudis superiors d’Art Dramàtic obtindran el títol superior d’Art Dramàtic de l’especialitat corresponent, que queda inclòs, a tots els efectes, en el nivell 2 del Marc espanyol de qualificacions per a l’educació superior i és equivalent a un títol universitari de gr&lt;/span&gt;au, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;en l’annex 2 d’aquesta convocatòria figuren les places de professor associat convocades, per assignatures, amb caràcter temporal i dedicació a temps parcial, amb les titulacions exigides per a cada plaça i les observacions oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Places convocades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A21 Dansa I i II (180 h). 5 mesos (1r semestre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per al curs 2018-2019, la Fundació contractarà professors per a les especialitats que siguin necessàries en funció de les necessitats docents del curs fins a un màxim de 1339,5&lt;/span&gt; hores&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. A títol merament orientatiu, s’expressa entre parèntesis la càrrega lectiva prevista actualment, la qual està subjecta a canvis segons les necessitats reals del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La selecció de professors associats es convoca per a un període d’un any però aquesta&amp;nbsp; s’entendrà tàcitament prorrogada anualment fins a un màxim de tres anys més, sempre que no es convoqui un nou procés de selecció abans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El nombre màxim d’hores que s’hagin de contractar per als cursos següents podrà variar en més o menys hores segons les necessitats docents del centre, prèvia autorització de la Direcció General de Pressuposts i Finançament, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Característiques del contracte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquests professors, atès el caràcter universitari dels estudis superiors d’Art Dramàtic, es contractaran per analogia amb els professors universitaris associats, d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 53 de la Llei orgànica 6/2001, de 21 de desembre, d’universitats, modificada per la Llei orgànica 4/2007, de 12 d’abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La contractació serà laboral de caràcter temporal i amb dedicació a temps parcial, en la modalitat d’obra o servei, i la durada del contracte, que no serà superior al període lectiu del curs acadèmic, estarà subjecta a les necessitats docents del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El centre oferirà la contractació per impartir la docència segons les seves necessitats anuals, per rigorós ordre de prelació de la llista definitiva de les persones que hagin superat les proves. Si la persona a la qual s’ofereix la contractació no pot impartir la docència, es passarà a la següent persona de la llista, i així successivament fins que un dels candidats pugui satisfer les necessitats del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els contractes se signaran a partir del primer dia d’inici del curs o d’impartició de les classes i duraran fins a la finalització de les tasques docents (inclosos els exàmens, la publicació de notes, les tutories i les reclamacions); és a dir: com a màxim, fins al 31 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La primera contractació tindrà un període de prova variable, que oscil·larà entre els dos i els tres mesos, durant el qual es valorarà el grau d’adequació de la persona contractada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El contracte serà per a un curs acadèmic i es podrà renovar únicament per al curs següent. Es podran renovar més enllà de dos cursos acadèmics els contractes semestrals o les combinacions de contractes que no superin els 24 mesos de contractació per cada 30 mesos naturals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalitzat el curs acadèmic, i amb l’informe previ de l’equip directiu docent del centre, d’acord amb les necessitats lectives del proper curs i amb la incorporació de les modificacions necessàries quant a la parcialitat del temps lectiu necessari, es podran contractar de nou els professors o renovar els contractes per a un període d’una durada igual o similar, sempre que es continuï acreditant l’exercici d’una activitat professional en actiu fora de l’àmbit acadèmic de l’ESADIB i la compatibilitat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dedicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La dedicació setmanal és la que resulta de distribuir el total d’hores lectives presencials que s’han de contractar entre les setmanes lectives de docència presencial directa incloses en el període contractat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada matriculats els alumnes, l’horari lectiu dels professors s’ha d’adequar a les necessitats docents del centre, a partir de les quals es definirà el salari total que ha de percebre cada professor durant el curs i la jornada laboral que ha de fer d’acord amb la disponibilitat docent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El nombre total d’hores lectives presencials que figura al costat de cada plaça convocada només és orientatiu&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i pot disminuir, segons les necessitats docents del centre. Pel mateix motiu, també és possible que no es contracti un professor per a una determinada plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sota un únic contracte, un mateix professor pot optar, si les guanya, a diverses places convocades, fins a un màxim de 9 hores lectives de docència presencial setmanal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En formalitzar el contracte, el personal que es contracta ha de manifestar de manera expressa que no incorre en cap tipus d’incompatibilitat. Les persones que fan feina al sector públic han d’acreditar documentalment la compatibilitat corresponent abans de signar el contracte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els professors associats que obtinguin una plaça han de presentar, inexcusablement, la guia docent de l’assignatura o les assignatures corresponents en format electrònic abans de signar el contracte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Emoluments&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El sou brut (preu) per hora lectiva presencial de docència directa és de 42 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El salari total que es percebrà durant el curs acadèmic és el producte resultant del total d’hores lectives presencials de docència directa que s’han d’impartir durant el període contractat pel preu de l’hora lectiva presencial&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de docència directa. El total d’hores setmanals efectives de docència directa que s’han d’impartir durant el període contractat és el producte resultant del total d’hores efectives de docència directa distribuït en un màxim &lt;/span&gt;de 36&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; setmanes lectives presencials. El salari total que es percebrà durant el curs acadèmic es distribuirà en les mensualitats resultants des de la signatura del contracte fins a la finalització d’aquest, que serà com a màxim el 31 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Requisits dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per poder ser admesos al procés selectiu d’aquesta convocatòria, el dia en què acabi el termini per presentar les sol·licituds (annex &lt;/span&gt;3&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;) els aspirants han de complir i acreditar els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp; Han de dur a terme una activitat professional fora de l’àmbit acadèmic dels estudis superiors d’Art Dramàtic i ho han d’acreditar mitjançant la documentació pertinent: contractes laborals, certificats d’empresa o altres documents fefaents que acreditin la seva activitat professional en actiu fora de l’àmbit acadèmic dels estudis superiors d’Art Dramàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Han de tenir la titulació suficient i han de complir els requisits específics que s’indiquin per a cada plaça en l’annex 2. La titulació que presentin els aspirants ha de ser alguna de les obtingudes a l’espai europeu d’educació superior. En el cas de les titulacions obtingudes fora de l’espai europeu d’educació superior, s’ha de presentar el document que n’acrediti l’homologació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp; De conformitat amb l’article 10.2 de la Llei orgànica 4/2000, d’11 de gener, sobre drets i llibertats dels estrangers a Espanya i la seva integració social, segons la redacció fixada per la Llei orgànica 8/2000, de 22 de desembre, i l’article 57 de la Llei 7/2007, de 12 d’abril, de l’Estatut bàsic de l’empleat públic, els estrangers residents a Espanya, no comunitaris i assimilats, en els termes prevists en la normativa vigent, poden participar, d’acord amb els principis d’igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat, en els processos de selecció de personal laboral convocats per les administracions públiques, sempre que compleixin la resta de condicions exigides per les bases corresponents, així com en la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Han d’haver complert 18 anys i no han d’excedir l’edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp; No han d’estar inhabilitats per sentència ferma per exercir funcions públiques ni han d’haver estat separats del servei de cap entitat o institució del sector públic per una resolució disciplinària ferma. Aquestes circumstàncies s’han de manifestar mitjançant el model de declaració escrita que figura en l’annex 4&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Han de ser compatibles laboralment i contractualment per exercir funcions docents a ens del sector públic instrumental, circumstància que s’ha de manifestar per escrit mitjançant el document que figura en l’annex 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Han d’aportar l’original o una còpia del document bancari justificatiu de l’abonament dels drets d’inscripció per a cada una de les places a les quals opten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Drets d’admissió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per poder ser admesos en aquest procediment, els aspirants han d’abonar, en concepte de drets d’inscripció, la quantitat de 45 euros per a cada una de les places a les quals aspirin. La quantitat s’ha d’abonar al c/c de CaixaBank IBAN ES37 2100 8634 2102 0001 8652 el titular del qual és la Fundació per als Estudis Superiors de Música i Arts Escèniques de les Illes Balears. S’ha de fer un ingrés per separat per a cada plaça abans que acabi el termini d’admissió de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El fet de no abonar els drets d’inscripció suposa no admetre l’aspirant al procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel que fa a la devolució dels drets d’inscripció d’aquesta convocatòria, únicament es retornaran en cas d’exclusió (no admissió) de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La sol·licitud de devolució s’ha de presentar a l’Escola Superior d’Art Dramàtic de les Illes Balears en un termini de 10 dies naturals comptadors a partir de l’endemà de la publicació de la llista definitiva d’aspirants admesos i exclosos. En aquesta sol·licitud s’ha de fer constar un número de compte corrent o de llibreta d’estalvis, el titular del qual ha de ser el sol·licitant. La devolució es farà per transferència bancària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Òrgan de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El president del Patronat de la Fundació per als Estudis Superiors de Música i Arts Escèniques de les Illes Balears ha de nomenar una comissió tècnica de selecció, que és l’òrgan encarregat del procés de selecció d’aquesta convocatòria i que té capacitat per interpretar les bases i per resoldre qualsevol incidència que es produeixi durant el procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Comissió ha d’estar formada per cinc membres: un president, un secretari i tres vocals. El president de la Comissió ha de ser el director acadèmic de l’ESADIB. El secretari de la Comissió, que actuarà amb veu i sense vot, ha de ser el secretari acadèmic de l’ESADIB. El director acadèmic ha de proposar dos vocals entre els professors de l’àrea de coneixement de l’ESADIB. Un vocal ha de ser un inspector d’educació, designat pel conseller competent en matèria d’educació. De cada un dels membres se n’ha de nomenar el suplent corresponent, també del secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comissió queda vàlidament constituïda sempre que hi assisteixin, com a mínim, dos vocals, a més del president. També hi ha de ser present el secretari. Si ho considera necessari, aquesta Comissió pot nomenar assessors en matèries específiques i personal administratiu per dur a terme tasques administratives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La composició de la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció s’ha de publicar, abans que iniciï les seves tasques, al tauler d’anuncis de l’ESADIB (c. del Morer, 6, 07001, de Palma) i a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.esadib.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El secretari de la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció és el responsable de publicar al tauler d’anuncis i a la pàgina web de l’ESADIB els documents que s’indiquen en aquesta convocatòria i en les bases que la regulen. Cada vegada que es publiqui un document, el secretari ha d’expedir una diligència en la qual s’ha d’indicar la data de la publicació. Aquesta diligència s’ha d’incorporar a l’expedient corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Reserva per a aspirants amb discapacitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En compliment del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d’octubre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de l’Estatut bàsic de l’empleat públic (EBEP), s’han d’adoptar les mesures necessàries per complir el que preveu l’article 59 de l’EBEP. Per això, es reserva per a aspirants amb discapacitat la plaça de professor associat corresponent a l’assignatura següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A25. Estètica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. Sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones interessades a prendre part en aquest procés de selecció han de presentar una sol·licitud d’acord amb el model que figura en l’annex 3 d’aquesta convocatòria. Aquesta sol·licitud es trobarà també a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.esadib.com"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.esadib.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds i la documentació s’han de presentar al registre de l’Escola Superior d’Art Dramàtic de les Illes Balears (ESADIB), al carrer del Morer, número 6, 07001, de Palma. Les sol·licituds s’han d’adreçar al conseller d’Educació i Universitat i president del Patronat de la Fundació per als Estudis Superiors de Música i Arts Escèniques de les Illes Balears. L’horari per presentar aquesta documentació és de dilluns a divendres (llevat dels dies festius) de les 9 a les 14 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les sol·licituds també es poden presentar per correu urgent i certificat. En aquest cas, la sol·licitud s’ha de presentar a una oficina de Correus dins un sobre obert perquè la puguin datar i segellar abans de certificar la tramesa. Les sol·licituds s’han d’adreçar a l’Escola Superior d’Art Dramàtic de les Illes Balears (ESADIB), al carrer del Morer, 6, 07001, de Palma (Illes Balears).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els aspirants han de presentar una sol·licitud per a cada plaça a la qual optin, acompanyada de dos sobres tancats amb el nom i els llinatges, la plaça i el número de sobre escrits a l’exterior. Els sobres han de tenir el contingut següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sobre 1. Acreditació dels requisits i projecte docent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Una fotocòpia del DNI, del passaport o del document acreditatiu de la nacionalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Una fotocòpia de la documentació (contractes laborals, certificats d’empresa o altres documents fefaents) que acrediti una activitat professional en actiu fora de l’àmbit acadèmic dels estudis superiors d’Art Dramàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una fotocòpia dels requisits exigits per a cada plaça en l’annex 2&lt;/span&gt;. En el cas de les titulacions obtingudes a l’estranger, s’ha de presentar la credencial de l’homologació d’aquestes. En el cas de les titulacions obtingudes fora de l’espai europeu d’educació superior, s’ha de presentar el document que n’acrediti l’homologació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Una declaració per escrit del fet de no estar inhabilitat per sentència ferma per exercir funcions públiques i de no haver estat separat del servei de cap entitat o institució del sector públic per una resolució disciplinària ferma (s’adjunta un model de l’escrit en l’annex 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;L’original emplenat i signat de la declaració de compatibilitat que figura en l’annex 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;El justificant bancari (original o còpia) del pagament dels drets d’admissió indicats en el punt 5 d’aquest annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinc exemplars del projecte docent de l’especialitat corresponent (màxim, 10 fulls).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sobre 2. Acreditació dels mèrits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Un currículum amb els documents que acreditin els mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comissió Tècnica de Selecció no pot valorar en cap cas altres mèrits que no s’hagin acreditat d’aquesta manera. Un mateix mèrit no es pot valorar en més d’un apartat o subapartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La documentació acreditativa dels requisits i dels mèrits aportats ha d’estar en català o castellà. Si està redactada en un altre idioma, ha d’anar acompanyada de la traducció jurada oficial corresponent que doni fe pública del contingut i la fidelitat de la traducció. No es valorarà cap document que no s’ajusti a aquest requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el cas que un aspirant es presenti a diverses places i que els mèrits al·legats per a cadascuna siguin idèntics, és suficient que lliuri un únic sobre número 2 adjunt a la sol·licitud d’una de les places i que indiqui, en el peu de les sol·licituds de la resta de places, que el sobre número 2 (acreditació dels mèrits) s’adjunta a la sol·licitud corresponent a la plaça indicada en primer lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Termini i forma de presentació de les sol·licituds i la documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds i la documentació és de quinze dies naturals comptadors a partir de l’endemà de la publicació d’aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els documents continguts dins els sobres 1 (acreditació dels requisits i projecte docent) i 2 (acreditació dels mèrits) han de ser fotocòpies simples. Posteriorment, un cop s’hagi publicat la llista definitiva de les persones que han superat les proves i sempre abans de la signatura del contracte de treball, els aspirants a qui s’hagi assignat alguna plaça han d’aportar els originals de les fotocòpies simples presentades juntament amb la sol·licitud, a fi que el personal del registre del centre les pugui compulsar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si algun aspirant no aporta, en aquest termini, tots els originals de les fotocòpies simples que va presentar per acreditar els requisits i els mèrits, quedarà automàticament exclòs del procés i la plaça que inicialment li corresponia s’adjudicarà al següent aspirant de la llista segons l’ordre de prelació de les persones que hagin superat les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Fundació per als Estudis Superiors de Música i Arts Escèniques de les Illes Balears ha de garantir la custòdia, durant el temps que duri el procés de selecció, de tota la documentació lliurada pels aspirants. Un cop finalitzat el procés i publicada la llista definitiva de les persones que han superat les proves, les persones interessades poden sol·licitar la devolució de la documentació acreditativa dels requisits i dels mèrits. La documentació s’ha de recollir personalment o a través d’una tercera persona autoritzada per escrit. Sempre que hi hagi una petició expressa, també es pot retornar per correu postal contra reembossament de les despeses d’enviament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En compliment del Decret 99/2010, de 27 d’agost, pel qual es regulen els arxius de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i de les entitats que integren el seu sector públic instrumental, transcorreguts dos anys i tres mesos des de la publicació de les llistes definitives, la Fundació podrà eliminar o destruir aquesta documentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. Admissió d’aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un cop transcorregut el termini per presentar les sol·licituds, la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció ha de revisar la documentació aportada pels aspirants en el sobre 1. Una vegada comprovada, s’ha de publicar la llista provisional d’aspirants admesos i exclosos al tauler d’anuncis de l’ESADIB i a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.esadib.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. En el cas dels exclosos, s’ha d’indicar la causa d’exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En tot cas, amb la finalitat d’evitar errors i, si se’n produeixen, possibilitar-ne l’esmena dins el termini previst i en la forma escaient, les persones interessades han de comprovar no solament que no figuren en la relació de persones excloses sinó, a més, que el seu nom consta en la relació d’aspirants admesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per esmenar els possibles errors o aportar els documents que siguin preceptius, els aspirants disposen d’un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l’endemà de la publicació de la llista provisional. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si no es presenten esmenes a la llista provisional, o un cop ateses les reclamacions i esmenats els errors, si n’hi ha hagut, s’ha de publicar la llista definitiva d’aspirants admesos i exclosos al tauler d’anuncis de l’ESADIB i a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.esadib.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra l’aprovació de la llista definitiva es pot presentar un escrit d’al·legacions davant el Protectorat de la Fundació (Conselleria d’Educació i Universitat) en un termini de &lt;/span&gt;tres dies hàbils &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;comptadors des de l’endemà de la publicació, d’acord amb els articles 34, 35 i 43 de la Llei 50/2002, de 26 de desembre, de fundacions, i a l’efecte de controlar la legalitat del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La resolució del Protectorat es pot impugnar davant l’ordre jurisdiccional contenciós administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11. Fases del procés de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procés de selecció consta de dues fases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fase 1. Defensa oral del projecte docent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La finalitat d’aquesta primera fase és avaluar l’aptitud pedagògica dels aspirants, els quals han de defensar oralment el projecte docent de l’especialitat davant la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció, d’acord amb el calendari i els criteris d’organització que fixi la mateixa Comissió. El calendari s’ha de publicar al tauler d’anuncis de l’ESADIB i a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.esadib.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta fase, que té caràcter eliminatori, s’ha de qualificar de 0 a 10 punts. Per superar la prova, els aspirants han d’obtenir una qualificació mínima de 5 punts. El contingut i els criteris de valoració d’aquesta prova s’indiquen en el punt 2.1 de l’annex 2 d’aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada avaluats tots els aspirants, la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció ha de fer pública, al tauler d’anuncis de l’ESADIB i a la pagina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.esadib.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, l’acta amb les qualificacions obtingudes pels candidats, així com la llista provisional dels aspirants que hagin superat aquesta primera fase. El secretari de la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció ha d’estendre una diligència amb la data de publicació de l’acta de la primera fase al tauler d’anuncis i a la pàgina web del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fase 2. Valoració dels mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comissió Tècnica de Selecció ha de valorar els mèrits dels aspirants que hagin superat la primera fase seguint els barems inclosos en el punt 2.2 de l’annex 2 d’aquesta convocatòria. En aquesta fase, que és eliminatòria, els aspirants poden obtenir un màxim de 16 punts. Els punts que obtinguin els aspirants s’han de multiplicar per 0,625 i el resultat d’aquesta operació serà la nota d’aquesta fase. Per superar-la, els aspirants han d’obtenir una qualificació mínima de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reclamacions contra les qualificacions durant el procés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Després de cada fase amb caràcter eliminatori, els aspirants poden presentar una reclamació davant la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció contra l’aprovació de les llistes amb les qualificacions en el termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors des de l’endemà de la data en què s’hagin publicat. La Comissió Tècnica de Selecció disposa d’un termini màxim de deu dies naturals per resoldre les reclamacions i publicar les llistes definitives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que hi hagi reclamacions que es resolguin favorablement als aspirants que les hagin presentades i que la següent fase del procés ja s’hagi dut a terme, la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció es reunirà de nou per avaluar aquests aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12. Finalització del procés de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vegada la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció hagi resolt el procés de selecció, ha d’aprovar i fer pública, al tauler d’anuncis de l’ESADIB i a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.esadib.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, l’acta amb les qualificacions de la segona fase, així com la llista provisional de les persones que hagin superat les proves, ordenada per especialitat i puntuació, que també s’ha de publicar al tauler d’anuncis de l’ESADIB i a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.esadib.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que hi hagi empats en la puntuació final, la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció els ha de resoldre atenent el criteri següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Puntuació més alta en la fase 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra l’aprovació d’aquesta llista provisional es pot presentar, en un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors des de l’endemà de la data en què es publiqui al tauler d’anuncis, un escrit de reclamació davant la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció, la qual disposa d’un termini de deu dies naturals per resoldre les reclamacions i aprovar la llista definitiva de les persones que hagin superat les proves, que també s’ha de publicar al tauler d’anuncis i a la pàgina web de l’ESADIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra l’aprovació de la llista definitiva es pot presentar, en un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors des de l’endemà de la data en què s’hagi publicat, un escrit d’al·legacions davant el Protectorat de la Fundació (Conselleria d’Educació i Universitat), d’acord amb el que disposen els articles 34, 35 i 43 de la Llei 50/2002, de 26 de desembre, de fundacions, i a l’efecte de controlar la legalitat del procediment. La resolució del Protectorat es pot impugnar davant l’ordre jurisdiccional contenciós administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els documents aportats pels aspirants s’han de conservar durant un període de dos anys i tres mesos comptadors a partir de la publicació de la resolució definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les contractacions que es duguin a terme durant la vigència d’aquesta convocatòria s’han de regir pel que s’estableix en el punt 3 d’aquest annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta convocatòria i les bases que la regeixen es pot presentar un escrit d’al·legacions davant el Protectorat de la Fundació (Conselleria d’Educació i Universitat) en un termini de vuit dies hàbils comptadors des de l’endemà de la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. La resolució del Protectorat es pot impugnar davant l’ordre jurisdiccional contenciós administratiu, d’acord amb els articles 34, 35 i 43 de la Llei 50/&lt;/span&gt;2002, de 26 de desembre, de fundacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S’ha de valorar la viabilitat del projecte docent dins el projecte educatiu del centre i la innovació pedagògica que aporta. L’aspirant disposa d’un temps màxim de 20 minuts per defensar oralment el projecte i la Comissió Tècnica de Selecció pot formular les preguntes que consideri convenients sobre el contingut de l’exposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comissió Tècnica de Selecció ha de valorar la defensa oral del projecte docent d’acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Guia docent de l’assignatura o assignatures a què opta l’aspirant: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Continguts pedagògics: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Claredat en l’exposició: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta fase és eliminatòria i s’ha de qualificar de 0 a 10 punts. Per superar la prova, els aspirants han d’obtenir una qualificació mínima de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.2. Segona fase: valoració dels mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Experiència professional en el desenvolupament de funcions docents coincidents o anàlogues a les del lloc que s’ha de proveir, pel que fa al contingut professional i al nivell tècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Per cada curs a centres d’ensenyament superior d’art dramàtic, segons les hores lectives i la coincidència amb l’assignatura: de 0,3 a 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Per cada curs a centres d’ensenyament superior i universitats, segons les hores lectives i la coincidència amb l’assignatura: de 0,1 a 0,3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Per cada curs a altres centres, segons les hores lectives i la coincidència amb l’assignatura: de 0,05 a 0,1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Documents justificatius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Centres públics: una fotocòpia&amp;nbsp; dels nomenaments, dels contractes, d’un certificat expedit pel secretari del centre amb el vistiplau del director, en què ha de constar l’especialitat, la data de presa de possessió i la de cessament, o d’un full de serveis d’una administració educativa, amb plenes competències educatives, en què ha de constar la durada real dels serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Centres privats: una fotocòpia dels contractes o d’un certificat expedit pel titular o el director del centre corresponent, en què s’han de detallar les assignatures impartides i la durada a cada curs acadèmic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Mèrits professionals i artístics: màxim, 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Experiència com a professional en l’àmbit de les arts escèniques segons el perfil de la plaça: màxim, 3 punts. Documents justificatius: una fotocòpia dels contractes o dels programes dels espectacles, en què ha de figurar el nom de l’aspirant. Per cada contracte o espectacle: 0,25 punts. Per gestió de teatres o càrrecs relacionats amb la plaça: 0,25 punts per any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- &amp;nbsp;Seminaris, congressos i conferències; premis obtinguts; publicacions i projectes de recerca relacionats amb l’assignatura: màxim, 2 punts. Documents justificatius: una fotocopia d’un certificat acreditatiu expedit per l’organisme o el centre corresponent, amb l’especificació de les hores de durada. Per cada ponència o comunicació a seminaris i congressos en l’àmbit de la plaça: 0,25 punts. Per cada conferència en l’àmbit de la plaça: 0,25 punts. Per cada publicació relacionada amb la plaça: 0,25 punts. Per la participació en projectes de recerca: 0,5 punts per cada projecte. Per premis obtinguts que estiguin relacionats amb l’àmbit de la plaça: 0,25 punts per cada premi. En el cas de les publicacions, se n’ha d’adjuntar un exemplar o una fotocòpia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Mèrits acadèmics: màxim, 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
