    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Es fa públic que la presidenta del Consell Insular de Menorca mitjançant Decret núm. 2018/815, de data 19 d'octubre de 2018, ha resolt el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Aprovar els models de declaració responsable d’inici d’activitat turística (DRIAT) corresponents a les empreses de lloguer de vehicles, turisme actiu i centres turístics, els quals es transcriuen com annexos a aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Les declaracions responsables d’inici d’activitats turístiques únicament es podran presentar d’acord amb els models aprovats. La presentació de la declaració amb un format diferent a l’aprovat i que no incorpori la documentació obligatòria, no produirà cap efecte jurídic i no serà admesa a tràmit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el present decret en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears als efectes de general coneixement i disposar que se’n doni la màxima difusió possible. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
