El dia 13 d’octubre de 2018, es va publicar al BOIB núm 127 la Resolució de la directora general de Comerç i Empresa per la qual es concedeixen i deneguen les subvencions destinades a projectes d’internacionalització d’empreses de les Illes Balears, d’acord amb la Resolució del conseller de Treball, Comerç i Indústria de 3 de maig de 2018 (BOIB núm. 61, de 17 de maig).</p> <p>3. L’article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, disposa que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d’ofici o a instància de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.</p> <p>2.
