    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vist l’expedient 445/18, de bases de la convocatòria per constituir una borsa de treballadors/es familiars amb caràcter laboral temporal per cobrir necessitats o substitucions a la plantilla de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vista la borsa constituida per quatre aspirants i essent que a dia d’avui, cap d’ells pot suplir a les titulars de les dues places de Treballadores familiars de l’Ajuntament de Capdepera durant les seves vacances.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta Batlia DECRETA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.-Aprovar les següents Bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;BASES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA DE TREBALLADOR/A FAMILIAR AMB CARÀCTER LABORAL TEMPORAL PER COBRIR NECESSITATS O SUBSTITUCIONS A LA PLANTILLA DE PERSONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERA.- Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la creació d'una borsa de treball de Treballador/a familiar amb caràcter laboral temporal per cobrir les places vacants, necessitats o substitucions a la plantilla d'aquest Ajuntament. Les bases que es detallen a continuació s'han de regir conforme amb els termes establerts al Text refós de la Llei de l’estatut bàsic del treballador públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d’octubre; la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears; la Llei 30/1984, de 2 d'agost; el Reial decret 364/1995, de 10 de març; l'Estat dels Treballadors; i la resta de normativa laboral aplicable vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El procediment de selecció dels aspirants s'efectuarà mitjançant convocatòria pública i consistirà en el concurs de mèrits que es detallen a l'annex I d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. L'ordre de prelació de la borsa de treball restarà determinat per la qualificació obtinguda al procés selectiu. En el cas que es produeixin empats, aquests es resoldran atenent successivament els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primera: Majors de 45 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segona: Major puntuació obtinguda quant a cursos de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGONA.- Funcions de la plaça -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Col·laborar en la planificació i coordinació dels casos assistencials amb l'equip de professionals, identificant les necessitats de la persona assistida, garantint-ne la cobertura en l'àmbit físic, psíquic i social i en aspectes concrets, com ara alimentació, higiene, sanitaris i administratius. Les funcions específiques aniran relacionades amb: · Intervencions de caràcter preventiu · Intervencions de caràcter assistencial · Intervencions de caràcter educatiu · Intervencions de caràcter rehabilitador · Intervencions de suport psicosocial · Intervencions de caràcter domèstic · ntervencions d’atenció a persones amb manca d’autonomia personal, amb dificultats de desenvolupament o amb problemes familiars especials. - Col·laborar i donar suport als Serveis Socials, pel que fa a les seves funcions, supòsits i feines del departament dins l'àmbit de les funcions de l'oferta laboral de la borsa objecte de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERA.- Requisits dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per ser admeses al procés selectiu, les persones interessades, en la data de finalització del termini d'admissió de sol·licituds, han de reunir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, sense perjudici d'allò establert a l'article 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l’estatut bàsic del treballador públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d’octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Tenir 18 anys complerts i, en tot cas, no excedir de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa, el dia en què finalitzi el termini d'admissió de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Estar en possessió de la titulació de Graduat Escolar o equivalent, a més del títol d’Auxiliar d’Ajuda a Domicili o de Treballador Familiar que hagin acreditat 445 hores de formació (segons l'article 15.5 de l’Ordre de la Conselleria de Benestar Social del Govern de les Illes Balears de 2 d’octubre de 2000, modificada per l’Ordre de 18 de setembre de 2001, que regula la prestació del servei d’ajuda a domicili en la CAIB) o el Certificat de Qualificació Professional d’atenció sociosanitària a persones dependents en el domicili o el títol de Tècnic en Atenció Sociosanitària (Formació Professional de Grau Mitjà).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) No haver estat separat del servei de cap de les administracions públiques mitjançant expedient disciplinari, ni trobar-se inhabilitat, per sentència ferma, per a l’exercici de funcions públiques. Igualment, si es tracta d'aspirants que no tinguin la nacionalitat espanyola, no estar sotmès a sanció disciplinària o condemna penal que impedeixi, en el seu estat, l'accés a la funció pública, d'acord amb el que disposa la lletra (a) d'aquesta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) No patir cap malaltia ni estar afectat per cap limitació física o psíquica amb l’exercici de les funcions del cos, l'escala o l'especialitat en què s'inclouen les places ofertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Currículum vitae: s'han de presentar les titulacions i/o certificacions efectivament presentades dels mèrits a valorar, en forma d'original o fotocòpia acarada. Els mèrits es podran acarar en el moment de registrar la sol·licitud, si s'aporten fotocòpies dels originals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Acreditar els coneixements de la llengua catalana corresponents al nivell A2. Aquesta acreditació es pot realitzar mitjançant: * Certificat o document lliurat per l'EBAP o la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o qualsevol dels certificats o documents considerats equivalents per l'Administració, d'acord amb la normativa vigent. En cas de no disposar de la titulació corresponent de català, es podrà fer una prova específica del nivell exigit, realitzada pel Servei d’Assessorament Lingüístic municipal, que en cap cas serà equivalent al títol especificat a l’Ordre de 2013 del Conseller d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUARTA.- Sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Les persones interessades a participar en el concurs han de presentar una sol·licitud (model ANNEX II de les presents bases) per a la borsa convocada mitjançant les aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar al registre de l'Ajuntament de Capdepera o conforme disposa l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions. La sol·licitud s'ha de registrar i la documentació que s'hi adjunti ha d'anar segellada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 10 dies naturals, comptadors a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat aquesta convocatòria al Bulletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Juntament amb la sol·licitud, emplenada adequadament, les persones interessades han d'adjuntar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Fotocòpia del Document Nacional d'Identitat (DNI) o, en el cas de no ser espanyol, del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Original o fotocòpia acarada dels requisits exigits a la base 3 de les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Original o fotocòpia acarada dels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) El justificant d’haver abonat la quantitat corresponent a “processos de concurs de mèrits: 24,91€”, segons l’ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per a l’expedició de documents administratius. L’ingrés s’ha d’efectuar al compte corrent núm.: ES47 2100 0093 5602 0001 0120 (entitat: La Caixa) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CINQUENA.- Admissió dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Un cop finalitzat el termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds, el Batle dictarà una resolució que declararà aprovada la llista provisional de persones adeses i excloses, la qual s’exposarà al tauler d’edictes de l’Ajuntament de Capdepera i a la pàgina web municipal (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.ajcapdepera.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Els aspirants exclosos o omesos disposaran d'un termini de 5 dies naturals, comptadors des de l’endemà d'haver-se publicat dita resolució, per esmenar o adjuntar el document que sigui preceptiu, i se'ls advertirà que si no es compleix el requeriment es tindrà per no presentada la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Una vegada finalitzat el termini al qual fa referència el paràgraf anterior i en cas que no es presentin al·legacions contra la llista provisional d’admesos i exclosos, aquesta s’elevarà a definitiva a partir de l’endemà d’haver expirat el termini de reclamacions, sense necessitat d’haver de dictar-se una nova resolució ni publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. A la mateixa resolució que declari aprovada la llista definitiva d’admesos i exclosos s’efectuarà el nomenament dels membres del tribunal, indicant el lloc, dia i hora de la seva constitució, així com el lloc, dia i hora per a la valoració de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Contra aquesta resolució, esmentada al punt anterior, es podrà interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el batle-president, en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat (article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions) o un recurs contenciós-administratiu, d'acord amb el que disposen els articles 8.2 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, davant el jutjat contenciós-administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SISENA.- Tribunals de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 60 del Text refós de la Llei de l’estatut bàsic del treballador públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d’octubre, els òrgans de selecció s'hauran d'ajustar als principis d'imparcialitat dels seus membres. El tribunal serà sempre a títol individual, fet que impedirà qualsevol delegació en un representat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tribunal estarà constituït per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- President/a, dos vocals, un dels quals serà el Treballador/a Social i el/la Secretària de la Corporació local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Suplent.- Per a cada un dels membres del Tribunal es podran designar suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tribunal podrà designar els assessors que estimi convenients, que s'hauran de fer públics amb anterioritat a les proves en què hagin de participar, i que podran actuar amb veu però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l’assistència del president, del secretari i de, almenys, la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents, indistintament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'abstenció i recusació dels membres del Tribunal se substanciarà d'acord amb els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, de 1 d’octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els membres del tribunal són personalment responsables del compliment de les bases de la convocatòria i dels terminis. Els dubtes o les reclamacions que puguin sorgir sobre la interpretació de l'aplicació de les bases de la present convocatòria, així com sobre com cal actuar en els casos no prevists dins les bases, seran resoltes pel Tribunal, per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SETENA.- Procediment selectiu La selecció constarà de la valoració dels mèrits acreditats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Els mèrits al·legats es valoraran d'acord amb el barem que s'adjunta com a annex I, i que s'estructura en dos blocs: experiència professional i formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Els mèrits a què es refereix l'apartat anterior s'han d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació de l'original o fotocòpia acarada de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;I. Experiència professional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Serveis prestats a l'Administració mitjançant un certificat lliurat per l'administració pública que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Treballs realitzats en empreses públiques o privades: certificat de vida laboral, amb acreditació de la categoria i les funcions realitzades. En el cas que el certificat de vida laboral no acrediti la categoria i les funcions realitzades s'han de presentar els contractes que acreditin aquests extrems, en forma original o fotocòpia acarada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;II. Formació -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Coneixements orals i escrits de català:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Presentant una fotocòpia acarada de certificats expedits per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o expedits o homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, conforme a l’Ordre de 2013 del Conseller d’Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Coneixements de llengües estrangeres: anglès i alemany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Mitjançant certificat expedit per l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes o equivalent segons en el Marc Europeu Comú de Referència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Cursos, seminaris, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Certificat o diploma oficial acreditatiu expedit per les Institucions públiques, sindicats o d'altres certificats homologats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els mèrits s'acreditaran amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. El fet de no acreditar qualsevol dels mèrits indicats en el termini assenyalat suposarà que aquests mèrits no es valorin a la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A l'efecte previst en la base 1.3, per al cas que es produeixin empats, les circumstàncies que s'hi enumeren s'hauran d'acreditar en el moment en què es presenti la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;VUITENA.- Resolució convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Una vegada finalitzada la qualificació dels aspirants, el Tribunal farà pública la relació d’aprovats per ordre de puntuació al tauler d’edictes de l’Ajuntament i a la pàgina web municipal (www.ajcapdepera.net). Aquesta relació serà elevada al President de la Corporació, que ordenarà la formalització del corresponent contracte quan sigui necessari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;NOVENA.- Adjudicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'oferta i adjudicació de llocs de treball es farà sempre segons l'ordre de prelació de les persones incloses en la borsa corresponent, sempre que compleixin els requisits exigits per ocupar el lloc de treball ofert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Les persones interessades tenen l'obligació d'incorporar-se en la data que es resolgui. L'Ajuntament de Capdepera es compromet a notificar la data d'inici amb 2 dies d’antelació. Dita notificació es pot fer amb mitjans telefònics i/o telemàtics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El fet de no incorporar-se al lloc de treball adjudicat dins el termini previst, sense causa justificada, o la renúncia al nomenament ofert, implicaran que la persona afectada sigui exclosa de la borsa corresponent, tret que hi concorri alguna de les circumstàncies següents, oportunament justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si es troba en alguns d'aquests supòsits, la persona conservarà el seu lloc a la borsa i s'oferirà el lloc de feina a la següent persona, segons l'ordre de prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Període d'embaràs, maternitat o situacions assimilades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Malaltia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Estar treballant a l'administració pública en el moment en que es reb la telefonada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el supòsits exposats, s’haurà de presentar el justificant corresponent en un termini no superior a cinc dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DESENA.- Vigència de la borsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La borsa serà vigent durant el termini màxim de tres (3) anys. Aquesta borsa anul·la de forma immediata la borsa anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ONZENA.- Forma de contractació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.1 La contractació es podrà dur a terme amb les limitacions del nombre de places establertes a la plantilla de personal del Pressupost municipal en vigència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.2 El tipus de contracte serà d'àmbit laboral per obra o servei, o per complir amb la cobertura de les necessitats que puguin subvenir per les necessitats del servei, com ara necessitats urgents derivades de l'augment de la demanda, baixes laborals, maternitat, vacances, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DOTZENA.- Norma final La realització d'aquest procés selectiu s'ajusta a la normativa següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
