2018-10-18 2018-10-15 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>DECRET DE LA&nbsp; REGIDORA – DELEGADA D’ESPORTS.- </strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">En virtut del que estableix la base 5na de la Resolució de la Regidora d'esports, de 25 de juliol de 2018 (“BOIB”&nbsp;núm. 93, del 28), per la qual es va aprovar la convocatòria pública per a la concessió d'ajudes per esportistes locals 2018-2019, es disposa el següent:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>1. Llista d’ admesos.&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Aprovar i fer pública com <strong>Annex I</strong> de la present Resolució, la llista provisional de les sol·licituds admeses, que no concedides (aquesta es publicarà una vegada acabat el termini per esmenar i efectuats els corresponents barems d'acord amb les bases d'aquesta convocatòria) per a les citades ajudes, amb indicació del número de document nacional d'identitat o número d'identificació per a estrangers.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Aquesta llista podrà consultar-se a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament: www.ajsessalines.net ; així com al telèfon: 971 166005</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>2.- Exclosos i causes d'exclusió</strong>.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Aprovar i fer pública com <strong>Annex II</strong> de la present Resolució, ( el qual també podrà consultar-se a la pàgina web de l’Ajuntament : www.ajsessalines.net&nbsp; així com al telèfon: 971 166005) la llista provisional de sol·licituds excloses, amb indicació, a més, de la causa d'exclusió, les quals es determinen per lletres, conformement a les següents equivalències:</span></span></p> <ol style="list-style-type:upper-alpha"> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Falta fotocòpia del DNI / NIE / Passaport del sol·licitant&nbsp; i, en el seu cas, del representant.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Falta acreditació de la representació legal que s’ostenta.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Currículum segellat per la Federació corresponent de les activitats en les quals s’ha participat i dels premis obtinguts durant l’any 2017.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Document acreditatiu d’estar federat.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Falta la declaració responsable davant autoritat administrativa de no incórrer en cap de les prohibicions establertes a la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions i, en el seu cas, que l’import dels ajuts econòmics objecte de la present convocatòria, aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres ajuts efectuats per qualsevol altre administració pública o entitat privada, no superen el cost del concepte becat <strong>(ANNEX 1).</strong> </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Falta declaració responsable de trobar-se al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions amb l’Agència Tributària, la Seguretat Social i amb l’Ajuntament de Ses Salines. <strong>(ANNEX 1).</strong> </span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Falta autorització, si és el cas, per a que l’Ajuntament de Ses Salines pugui obtenir&nbsp; les dades necessàries per determinar la renda, el certificat d’estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions amb l’Ajuntament de Ses Salines i el certificat d’empadronament, així com de trobar-se al corrent en el compliment de les seves obligacions tributàries davant l’AEAT i la Seguretat Social. <strong>(ANNEX 2)</strong></span></li> </ol> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>3.- Reclamacions</strong>.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Per esmenar els defectes que puguin existir a la llista d'admesos, o formular reclamació contra la d'exclosos o omesos, els interessats disposaran d'un termini de 10 dies hàbils, a comptar de l’endemà de la publicació de la present Resolució en el “Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears”.
