    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Ple de la Corporació, en sessió ordinària de dia 27 de setembre de 2018, ha aprovat les bases reguladores de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Pollença a les associacions de caire social per a l’any 2018 que s’insereixen a continuació. (BDNS NÚM. 418927)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bases reguladores de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Pollença a les associacions de caire social per a l’any 2018&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;OBJECTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’objecte d’aquestes bases és fixar els criteris i el procediment de concessió de les ajudes anuals a associacions de caire social sense ànim de lucre inscrites en el registre municipal de l’Ajuntament de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els objectius d’aquesta convocatòria són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fomentar, impulsar i incentivar l’organització i el desenvolupament d’activitats i programes en matèria de serveis socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fomentar el teixit associatiu del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;BENEFICIARIS/ÀRIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Poden sol·licitar una ajuda en el marc d’aquesta convocatòria les associacions o entitats de caire social sense ànim de lucre constituïdes legalment com a tals, registrades i amb seu o representació en el municipi de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;REQUISITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Estar legalment constituïdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) No tenir ànim de lucre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Tenir domicili social (representació o delegació) en el municipi de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Estar inscrita en el Registre Municipal com a associació de caire social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Tenir capacitat jurídica i d’obrar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions econòmiques amb l’Ajuntament de Pollença, amb el Consell de Mallorca i amb el Govern Balear, així com de les altres obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social que venguin imposades per la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) No incórrer en cap de les prohibicions per ser beneficiari que estableix l’art. 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions. (LGS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ACTIVITATS SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Podran ser objecte de subvenció els projectes o activitats que s’enquadrin dins les actuacions següents i que s’hagin duit a terme entre l’1 de gener de 2018 i el 30 de novembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1 Despeses derivades de la realització d’activitats que proporcionin atenció directa a les persones que atén dins el municipi de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2 Despeses derivades de la realització d’activitats de caràcter formatiu adreçades a la població que atén dins el municipi de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3 Despeses derivades de la realització d’activitats preventives dins el seu àmbit d’actuació i població a la qual atén dins el municipi de Pollença o fora del municipi en el cas de representació del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No seran subvencionables els programes que promoguin qualsevol forma de discriminació ni programes amb finalitat lucrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;IMPORT MÀXIM DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA I CRÈDIT PRESSUPOSTARI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’import màxim que es destina a la convocatòria és de 39.000€, amb càrrec a l’aplicació pressupostària 231 48040 del vigent Pressupost General de l’Ajuntament per a l’exercici 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PROCEDIMENT I CRITERIS OBJECTIUS QUE HAN DE REGIR L’ATORGAMENT DE LA SUBVENCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procediment de concessió de subvencions es farà mitjançant concurrència competitiva, és a dir, a través de la comparació en un únic procediment de les sol·licituds presentades, amb la finalitat d’establir una prelació entre aquestes d’acord amb els criteris de valoració, amb el límit del crèdit pressupostari disponible per a aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els criteris per fer la valoració dels projectes són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quant al projecte o activitat presentats, es valoraran fins a un màxim de 10 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- La coherència entre objectius, activitats, programació i calendari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- L’equilibri entre mitjans tècnics, recursos humans, mitjans materials i econòmics necessaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El nombre de persones beneficiàries, la millora de les seves condicions de vida personal o familiar i la promoció social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- La coordinació amb les diverses xarxes de serveis socials, públics o privats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quant a l’entitat, es valoraran fins a un màxim de 5 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- La capacitat de gestió de l’entitat: estructura suficient i mitjans necessaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- L’experiència prèvia de gestió en programes socials iguals o similars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quant a la/les necessitat/s objecte del projecte o activitat, es valoraran fins a 5 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Que respongui a una necessitat real clarament identificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Que cobreixi necessitats no ateses en el municipi i que tingui caràcter innovador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;* La puntuació mínima exigida per poder optar a una subvenció és de 5 punts; la puntuació màxima serà la suma dels parcials i podrà arribar fins als 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El total de la subvenció resultarà de l’aplicació dels següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Es dividirà el total de la dotació econòmica d’aquesta convocatòria entre la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes de cada un dels projectes presentats conforme al punt anterior. Així s’obtindrà el preu per punt pel total de punts de cada projecte aprovat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. L’import de la subvenció serà la multiplicació del preu per punt pel total de punts de cada projecte aprovat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Si de l’aplicació del punt tercer resulta que l’import obtingut supera el 100% del projecte presentat, aquest romanent passarà a una borsa comuna reiterant les passes establertes des del punt segon, tot tenint en compte que en aquest cas la dotació econòmica serà la borsa comuna de romanent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SOL·LICITUD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La sol·licitud de subvenció es formalitzarà mitjançant una instància adreçada al batle de Pollença que serà presentada al registre de l’Ajuntament situat al c/ del Calvari, núm. 2 o al registre del Port de Pollença situat al c/ del Metge Llopis, núm. 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El model de la sol·licitud es troba a l’annex I d’aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds serà de deu (10) dies naturals comptadors a partir de l’endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al BOIB, al tauler d’anuncis i al lloc web de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds aniran acompanyades de la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Fotocòpia de la targeta d’identificació fiscal de l’entitat sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Declaració de membres directius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Certificació d’estar al corrent de pagament amb l’Agència Tributària, amb la Seguretat Social i també amb el Consell de Mallorca, el Govern de la CAIB i l’Ajuntament de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Declaració jurada de les subvencions o ajudes procedents d’altres administracions o entitats per a l’activitat o projecte presentat. (Annex 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Certificat de l’entitat bancària en el qual es farà constar el número de compte i el seu titular. (Annex 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Projecte detallat de l’activitat o programa per al qual se sol·licita la subvenció en què consti: justificació, objectius, població a la qual va dreçada, nombre de beneficiaris, metodologia, activitats a realitzar, mitjans tècnics i pressupost desglossat inclosos els ingressos previstos i les despeses. (Annex 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Declaració responsable de no estar sotmès a cap prohibició per ser beneficiari de subvencions. (Annex 5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PROCEDIMENT DE CONCESSIÓ. INICI, INSTRUCCIÓ I RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Les bases i l’inici del procediment de concessió de subvencions es produeix d’ofici. El Ple de l’Ajuntament serà l’òrgan encarregat de la seva aprovació. Aquestes bases es publicaran al BOIB, a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions BDNS, al tauler d’anuncis de l’Ajuntament i al web www.ajpollenca.net, per tal que es puguin presentar les sol·licituds durant el termini establert a la base setena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. L’òrgan instructor del procediment de concessió correspon a la regidoria de Serveis Socials que ha de dur a terme les actuacions a què es refereix l’article 24 de la Llei 38/2003 general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una comissió avaluadora es reunirà per examinar si els beneficiaris compleixen tots els requisits necessaris per accedir a les subvencions i avaluar les sol·licituds conforme als criteris de valoració establerts en aquestes bases. S’aixecarà acta de tot l’actuat en aquesta reunió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La comissió avaluadora estarà integrada pels membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presidència: regidora delegada de d’Igualtat, Oficina d’Atenció Ciutadana, Benestar Social i Personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secretari/ària: un/a funcionari/ària adscrit/a a Secretaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vocals: Tècnic/a de Serveis Socials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tècnic/a de Serveis Socials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interventor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La comissió tècnica avaluadora quedarà constituïda legalment amb l’assistència del president/a, secretari/ària, i d’un dels tres vocals esmentats en el paràgraf anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’òrgan instructor, a la vista de l’expedient i de l’acta de la reunió de la comissió, formularà proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada, que es publicarà al web de l’Ajuntament, i s’obrirà un termini de cinc (5) dies per presentar al·legacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si no es presenten al·legacions dins el termini concedit, la proposta de resolució formulada tendrà el caràcter de definitiva. En altre cas, una vegada examinades les al·legacions presentades per les persones interessades, l’òrgan instructor formularà proposta de resolució definitiva, que haurà d’expressar el sol·licitant o la relació de sol·licitants a qui es proposa la concessió de la subvenció i la seva quantia, tot especificant la seva avaluació i els criteris de valoració seguits per efectuar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La proposta de resolució definitiva es publicarà al web de l’Ajuntament i s’atorgarà als beneficiaris un termini de cinc (5) dies per tal que comuniquin la seva acceptació. S’entendrà acceptada si dins aquest termini no s’expressa el contrari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La competència per resoldre el procediment i concedir la subvenció s’atribueix a la Junta de Govern Local, que dictarà aquesta resolució un cop efectuada la proposta de resolució definitiva i emès l’informe de fiscalització per la Intervenció municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La resolució es notificarà a tots els sol·licitants i es publicarà al web de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;OBLIGACIONS DE LES ENTITATS BENEFICIÀRIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les entitats beneficiàries han de complir les obligacions previstes a la normativa vigent, en particular, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Dur a terme l’activitat subvencionada que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Justificar la realització de l’activitat, com també el compliment dels requisits i de les condicions que determinin la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Sotmetre’s en qualsevol moment del desenvolupament de l’activitat a les actuacions de seguiment i avaluació tècnica i a les de control financer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Comunicar a l’Ajuntament la sol·licitud o l’obtenció d’altres subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat procedents de qualsevol administració o entitat pública o privada, nacional o internacional. Aquesta comunicació s’ha de fer en el termini de deu dies hàbils a comptar a partir de la sol·licitud o l’obtenció de la subvenció concurrent i, en tot cas, abans de justificar l’aplicació que s’hagi donat al fons percebut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Conservar els documents justificatius de l’aplicació dels fons percebuts, amb inclusió dels documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte d’actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Presentar una memòria de les activitats subvencionades juntament amb la justificació econòmica, abans del 10 de desembre del present any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Fer constar en la difusió que es faci, la col·laboració de l’Ajuntament de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Qualsevol alteració de les condicions tengudes en compte per concedir l’ajut i, en qualsevol cas, l’obtenció de subvencions incompatibles, pot donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si no compleixen els requisits dels apartats f) i g) podran ser excloses per a futures subvencions de l’Ajuntament de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LES SUBVENCIONS (Art. 30 de la LGS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No es podrà efectuar cap pagament si no s’acredita de manera fefaent la realització de l’activitat objecte de la subvenció, la qual cosa es farà constar per escrit juntament amb la presentació dels justificants d’haver realitzat la totalitat de la despesa que figuri en el pressupost de despeses adjunt amb la sol·licitud de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si la despesa justificada és inferior a l’import del pressupost sol·licitat i subvencionat, es procedirà a la reducció proporcional de la subvenció o ajuda econòmica concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es retrà compte justificatiu, que haurà d’incloure justificants de despesa o qualsevol document, vàlid jurídicament, que permeti acreditar el compliment de l’objecte de la subvenció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquest compte justificatiu haurà d’incloure una declaració de les activitats realitzades que han estat finançades amb la subvenció i el seu cost, amb el desglossament de cada una de les despeses ocasionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les despeses s’han de justificar amb factures i altres documents de valor probatori equivalent en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa, en original i còpia per compulsar. Si s’han de retornar les factures o justificants originals, a petició de l’entitat subvencionada, s’hi ha de reflectir amb un segell la data de concessió de la subvenció així com l’import del justificant que s’imputa a la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les factures originals, acreditatives de la despesa subvencionada, expedides a nom de les entitats subvencionades i amb el seu NIF, han d’expressar clarament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Data d’emissió, que haurà de correspondre al període de l’1 de gener al 30 de novembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dades fiscals (nom, domicili, NIF, etc.) de l’entitat emissora i de l’entitat pagadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Número de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Concepte detallat pel qual s’expedeix, que haurà de ser suficientment clar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Import, tot desglossant la part que correspon a l’IVA, si escau. Si l’operació està exempta d’IVA s’ha d’esmentar a la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si l’entitat beneficiària únicament disposa de la factura o document justificatiu que acredita la despesa rebuda per correu electrònic, s’admetrà sempre que amb la impressió de la factura s’adjunti un certificat signat pel representant legal de l’entitat en què manifesti la impossibilitat o dificultat greu per obtenir el document original i declari que la factura ni s’ha utilitzat ni s’utilitzarà per justificar cap altra subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini màxim per justificar la subvenció acabarà dia 10 de desembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per justificar la subvenció atorgada s’ha de presentar un compte justificatiu integrat per la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una memòria de l’actuació justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades en la concessió de la subvenció, amb les activitats que s’han fet i els resultats obtinguts, la temporalització, mitjans de difusió utilitzats, l’avaluació i qualsevol altre aspecte que pugui resultar adient. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una memòria econòmica justificativa del cost de les activitats que s’han fet, que contindrà: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Una relació classificada de les despeses i inversions de l’activitat, amb identificació del creditor i del document, l’import, la data d’emissió i, si escau, la data de pagament. Si la subvenció s’atorga en base a un pressupost, s’indicaran les desviacions esdevingudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Les factures o documents de valor probatori equivalent en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa incorporats a la relació referida en el paràgraf anterior i, si escau, la documentació acreditativa del pagament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Una relació detallada dels ingressos o subvencions que hagin finançat l’activitat subvencionada assenyalant-ne l’import i la procedència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- Una mostra, si pertoca, del material de difusió de l’activitat subvencionada: cartells, fullets de mà i qualsevol altre element publicitari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.- Compte justificatiu. (Annex 6).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PROCEDIMENT DE GESTIÓ PRESSUPOSTÀRIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’aprovació de la despesa s’haurà d’efectuar amb caràcter previ a la convocatòria de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La resolució de la concessió de la subvenció comportarà el compromís de despesa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El pagament de la subvenció es realitzarà després que el beneficiari hagi justificat la realització de l’activitat, projecte, objectiu o comportament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;REINTEGRAMENT DE SUBVENCIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S’haurà d’aplicar l’article 37 de la LGS respecte de les causes de reintegrament de les subvencions, entre d’altres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a.- Obtenció de la subvenció falsejant les condicions o amagant les que ho haguessin impedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b.- Incompliment total o parcial de l’objectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c.- Incompliment de l’obligació de justificació o justificació insuficient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d.- Incompliment de l’obligació d’adoptar mesures de difusió (del caràcter públic de la subvenció).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e.- Resistència, excusa, obstrucció o negativa a les actuacions de comprovació i control financer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El dret de reconèixer o liquidar el reintegrament prescriu als quatre (4) anys, art. 39 de la Llei general de subvencions 38/2003, de 17 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procediment de reintegrament s’haurà d’ajustar als articles 41, 42 i 43 de la Llei general de subvencions 38/2003, de 17 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ACCEPTACIÓ DE LES BASES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
