&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITÈ.- TORN D'URGÈNCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APROVACIÓ INICIAL DEL PROJECTE DE DOTACIÓ I REFORMA DE LES INFRAESTRUCTURES DEL NUCLI URBÀ NORIA RIERA I APROVACIÓ INICIAL DE LA RELACIÓ CONCRETA I INDIVIDUALITZADA DELS BÉNS I DRETS DE NECESSÀRIA OCUPACIÓ PER L'EXECUCIÓ DEL PROJECTE. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar inicialment el projecte de dotació i reforma de les infraestructures del nucli urbà Noria Riera, declarant-ne la utilitat pública i la necessitat d’ocupació dels terrenys afectats per l’execució del projecte esmentat, elaborat per l’enginyer tècnic d’obres públiques, Sr. Manel de Febrer de Olives, versió revisada maig 2018, amb un pressupost de contracte que importa la quantitat de 324.916,91 euros i un impost del 21% d’IVA de 68.232,55€, amb un total de 393.149,46€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;.- Sotmetre el projecte esmentat, a informació pública mitjançant la publicació d’anunci al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al Diari Menorca, al tauler d’anuncis de l’Ajuntament i a la pàgina web municipal, als efectes de que durant el termini d’un mes, comptat a partir de la darrera publicació, els interessats puguin consultar l’expedient i formular les al·legacions que considerin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar inicialment la relació concreta i individualitzada dels béns i drets de necessària ocupació per a l’execució del Projecte dotació i reforma de les infraestructures del nucli urbà Noria Riera, als efectes de la Llei d’expropiació forçosa (15 i següents) que s’inclouen&amp;nbsp; com a annex I del present acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART&lt;/strong&gt;.- Exposar al públic la relació de béns i drets de necessària ocupació, a informació pública per un període d’un mes, mitjançant anunci al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al Diari Menorca, al tauler d’anuncis de l’Ajuntament i a la pàgina web municipal, per tal que puguin formular&amp;nbsp; al·legacions per part dels particulars de drets i interessos legítims sobre el bé. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.- Requerir als propietaris de les parcel·les afectades perquè durant el termini d’informació pública informin sobre l’existència d’algun precarista o llogater dels terrenys objecte d’ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Expressar als propietaris de terrenys afectats la voluntat municipal de consensuar l’ocupació dels terrenys necessaris per l’execució del projecte esmentat, mitjançant la signatura dels convenis pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.- Sol·licitar al registrador de la Propietat de Maó, als efectes de la nota marginal prevista a l’article 32 del Reglament Hipotecari respecte de les finques incloses en la relació de béns i drets aprovada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.- Facultar a l’Alcalde per l’execució d’aquest acord així com acordar amb els propietaris la indemnització corresponent per l’expropiació dels terrenys esmentats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.- Sol·licitar al Departament de Mobilitat del CIM per l’autorització per l’encreuament de les conduccions en la carretera Me-2, a l’alçada de la urbanització Sol de l’Est.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.5cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.- Sol·licitar dels diferents organismes els preceptius informes sectorials al respecte i a les empreses de subministrament dels serveis afectats, perquè en un termini d’un mes es pronunciïn sobre el Projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
