	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dia 17 de maig de 2018 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 61 la Resolució del conseller de Treball, Comerç i Indústria de 3 de maig de 2018 per la qual s’aprova la convocatòria per concedir subvencions destinades a projectes d’internacionalització d’empreses de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dia 4 de setembre de 2017, la directora general de Comerç i Empresa va dictar la Proposta de resolució de concessió de la subvenció a les entitats que figuraven en l’annex 1. En aquesta proposta es concedia un termini de 10 dies perquè les entitats poguessin presentar les al·legacions que consideressin oportunes. Aquest informe proposta de resolució es va publicar al BOIB núm.112 d’11 de setembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dins el termini atorgat la empresa Olinostro Sat ha presentat al·legacions i l’empresa Mebot, SL ha presentat la seva renúncia a la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comissió, una vegada finalitzat el termini per la presentació d’al·legacions, i tal com consta a l’acta de 5&amp;nbsp; d'octubre de 2018, va acceptar les al·legacions presentades per la empresa Olinostro Sat, i la renúncia a la subvenció de l’empresa Mebot, SL en conseqüència, va disminuïr l’import elegible de subvenció, com figura en l’annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vist l’informe de la comissió avaluadora de 5 d’octubre de 2018 pertoca dictar resolució de concessió en els termes que indica l’annex que acompanya aquesta Resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La subvenció proposada es distribueix en les quantitats especificades en l’annex 1, per beneficiari, aplicant el 25% i 50 % al costs considerats com a elegibles, d'acord amb l'apartat sisè, punt 2, de la resolució de convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Hi ha crèdit adequat i suficient a la partida pressupostària 19301 761A02 47000 00 &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;dels pressuposts&lt;/span&gt; vigents de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L’article 2.7 del Decret 24/2015, de 7 d’agost, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s’estableixen les competències i l’estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 120, de 8 d'agost), modificat pel Decret 1/2016, de 16 de febrer (BOIB núm. 23, de 28 de febrer), que atribueix a la Direcció General de Comerç i Empresa el foment en matèria de comerç i empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Resolució del conseller de Treball, Comerç i Indústria, de 13 de juliol de 2015, de delegació de competències i de suplència dels òrgans directius de la Conselleria (BOIB núm. 105, de 14 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Resolució del conseller de Treball, Comerç i Indústria de 3 de maig de 2018 per la qual se convoquen les ajudes &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;destinades a projectes d’internacionalització d’empreses de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt; (BOIB&amp;nbsp;núm. 61, de 17 de maig).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, vista Proposta de resolució de la directora general de Comerç i Empresa de &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4 de setembre de 2018, &lt;/span&gt;i l’informe de la Comissió Avaluadora de 5 d’octubre de 2018, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Aprovar la concessió d’una subvenció a les entitats que figuren en l’annex 1 d’aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Autoritzar i disposar una despesa global de 18.071,60 € euros a favor de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;les entitats que hi figuren a l’annex 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 19301 761A02 47000 00 del pressupost de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; El pagament de la subvenció únicament es pot fer efectiu una vegada dictada la resolució corresponent i justificada de manera suficient la realització de l’activitat subvencionada, mitjançant la presentació de la documentació a la qual es fa referència en l’apartat onzè de la resolució de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Les inversions objecte de les sol·licituds han d'estar executades i pagades en el període comprès entre l’1 de novembre de 2017 i el 30 de setembre de 2018.&amp;nbsp; El termini per la presentació de la documentació justificativa és fins al 15 d’octubre de de 2018. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La falta de justificació en els termes i dins els terminis que estableix aquesta Resolució, la modificació del projecte presentat sense que aquesta Conselleria l’hagi aprovada prèviament, com també la desviació de les subvencions o l’aplicació diferent a la que estableix la norma, determinen la revocació de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució —que exhaureix la via administrativa— es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la directora general de Comerç i Empresa en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-ne rebut la notificació, d’acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l’article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver rebut la notificació de la Resolució, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
