    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Junta de Govern de l’Ajuntament de Palma en sessió de 10 d’octubre de 2018 va adoptar el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Convocar un procediment per accedir o progressar en el model de carrera professional del personal funcionari interí i de carrera i del personal laboral de l’Ajuntament de Palma, de conformitat amb el previst a l’acord de carrera professional de l’Ajuntament de Palma aprovat per la Junta de Govern de dia 15.06.2016 i ratificat pel Ple en sessió de dia 27 d’octubre de 2016&amp;nbsp; i publicat al BOIB núm.- 161 de 24.12.2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprovar les bases que regeixen aquesta convocatòria (annex 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprovar els criteris de valoració i el barem de puntuació aplicable a aquesta convocatòria relatiu a Aprenentatge, docència i gestió del coneixement (annex 2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quart&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Aprovar el model de sol·licitud per participar-hi (annex 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquè. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprovar els criteris de ponderació dels serveis prestats que s’aplicarà al personal que participi en aquesta convocatòria (annex 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sisè.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Habilitar a la regidora de Funció Pública i Govern Interior per a la designació, mitjançant decret, dels cinc membres titular i dels cinc suplents del comitè de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Setè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Publicar aquest Acord i els seus annexos en l'Intranet Municipal i en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANNEX 1&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bases de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria té com a objecte donar compliment al punt 12 de l’Acord de carrera professional de&amp;nbsp; 2016, aprovat per la Junta de Govern de dia 15.06.2016 i ratificat pel Ple en sessió de dia 27.10.2016 (BOIB 161, de 24.12.2016), el qual diu així:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les convocatòries de la carrera professional horitzontal ordinàries seran anuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La&amp;nbsp; primera convocatòria de carrera ordinària per accedir als diferents nivells que integren la carrera professional horitzontal es durà a terme dins el segon semestre de 2017, conforme als requisits que prèviament s’han de negociar amb les organitzacions sindicals, sempre garantint un termini que no superi els dos mesos des de la data de convocatòria fins a la data de reconeixement de canvi de nivell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De forma transitòria i per una sola vegada, aquelles persones que, entre l’assignació extraordinària de nivell i la primera convocatòria ordinària, compleixin els requisits per poder accedir al nivell superior, tindran dret a rebre, si és el cas, la quantia des de la data en que hagin complit dits requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Àmbit d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pot participar en aquest procediment ordinari, sempre que compleixin els requisits de l’apartat 3 d’aquestes bases, el personal següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Personal funcionari de carrera, personal interí i laboral, que presta serveis a l’Ajuntament de Palma amb període mínim de serveis prestats reconeguts per l’Ajuntament de Palma de 5 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.1 Disposar de fraccions de temps romanents que no hagin estat utilitzades per obtenir un nivell en la fase extraordinària d'implantació, sempre que la durada d’aquest excedent sigui superior a 5 anys i permeti l’accés inicial o l’accés a un nivell superior a data de 31 de desembre de 2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A l'efecte de poder facilitar informació relativa al compliment del requisit relatiu a la disposició de fraccions de temps romanents que no hagin estat utilitzades per obtenir un nivell, sempre que la durada d’aquest excedent sigui superior a cinc anys, s'ha de publicar en l'Intranet Municipal una relació de les persones que compleixen aquest requisit. En el supòsit de no aparèixer en el llistat i de considerar que compleixen el requisit específic esmentat, podran sol·licitar un full de&amp;nbsp;serveis específics per a la carrera professional&amp;nbsp;que ho acrediti i adjuntar-lo juntament amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.2 Tenir reconegut el nivell immediatament anterior quan es tracti d’accedir als nivells II, III i IV, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.3 Tenir almenys cinc anys de serveis prestats reconeguts en el cos, escala, especialitat o categoria en què es pretén progressar o accedir fins&amp;nbsp; a 31 de desembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S’entén com a situació computable a efectes de temps les situacions administratives següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Servei actiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Serveis especials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Excedència forçosa laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Excedència voluntària per raó de violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Excedència per cura de familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Excedència per raó de violència terrorista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Expectativa de destinació i excedència forçosa pel transcurs del temps màxim de durada de la situació d’expectativa de destinació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) Excedència voluntària especial regulada al Decret llei 5/2012, d'1 de juny, de mesures urgents en matèria de personal i administratives per a la reducció del dèficit públic del sector públic de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i d'altres institucions autonòmiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.4. No haver estat objecte de remoció del lloc de feina o sancionat disciplinàriament per infracció greu o molt greu en els darrers 5 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Mèrits necessaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1 Haver obtingut el certificat d’aprofitament de la formació específica sobre l'Avaluació promoguda per l’EBAP o per l’EFM o estar en condicions d’obtenir-ho abans de la data de fi de presentació de sol·licituds, i excepcionalment abans de finalitzar l’any 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2 Comptar per aquesta convocatòria amb la següent puntuació mínima relativa al bloc d'Aprenentatge, docència i gestió del coneixement que estableix l’annex 2 d’aquesta convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Personal funcionari de&amp;nbsp; carrera i interí dels subgrups A1 i A2 així com personal laboral dels nivells 1 i 2: 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Personal funcionari de&amp;nbsp; carrera i interí dels subgrups C1 i C2 així com personal laboral dels nivells 3 a 6: 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Personal funcionari de&amp;nbsp; carrera i interí del grup AP i laboral dels nivells 7 i 8: 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a acreditar el compliment d’aquest requisit, els aspirants hauran de declarar, sota la seva responsabilitat, que compleixen amb la puntuació mínima relativa al bloc d'Aprenentatge, docència i gestió del coneixement que estableix l’annex 2 d’aquesta convocatòria, detallant per ordre cronològic els títols o cursos de formació amb la corresponent puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Departament de Personal comprovarà, d’ofici i segons les dades que constin en el programa de Registre de Personal, el compliment del requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dita declaració apareix inclosa en el model de sol·licitud (annex 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Criteris aplicables únicament i exclusiva per aquesta convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.1 En el supòsit dels apartats relatius a formació d’actualització i perfeccionament, docència i gestió del coneixement, es tindran en compte els mèrits obtinguts en el període comprès entre l’1 de gener de 2006 i el 31&amp;nbsp; d’octubre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.2 En el supòsit dels apartats relatius a titulacions acadèmiques diferents de l’exigida per a l’accés en el cos, escala o categoria en què es pretén progressar en carrera, certificats de nivells d’idiomes del Marc Comú Europeu de Referència, certificats de nivells de català superiors a l’exigit per a l’accés al cos, escala o categoria corresponent i nivell i certificat del coneixement de llenguatge administratiu es tindran en compte els obtinguts en qualsevol moment anterior al 30 de setembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.1 Termini per presentar sol·licituds:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Des de la publicació al BOIB, 15 dies naturals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.2 Model de sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds s’han d’ajustar al model oficial establert, disponible en l'Intranet Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.3 Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Les sol·licituds s'han d’emplenar i registrar en el Registre General de l’Ajuntament o en qualsevol altra de les formes que estableix l’article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.4 Acreditació de requisits i mèrits necessaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Els requisits i mèrits corresponents s’acrediten amb els documents que consten en l’expedient personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Als efectes d’acreditar els mèrits els aspirants hauran d’aportar una declaració responsable d’acord amb el model que s’acompanya com a annex, sense perjudici de les facultats de comprovació del Departament de Personal segons les dades que consten en el Registre de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No obstant això, i en relació amb el compliment del requisit establert en el punt 4.2, les persones sol·licitants poden aportar els mèrits que considerin oportuns i que no constin inscrits en el seu expedient personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En aquest supòsit i respecte dels mèrits que s'acreditin, el Registre de Personal ha de tramitar la inserció dels esmentats mèrits en l’expedient personal corresponent, si així es fa constar en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Pel fet de presentar la sol·licitud, la persona interessada accepta les bases de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.5 Comitè de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Serà nomenat per Decret de la regidora de Funció Pública abans que acabi el termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.6 Funcions del comitè de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Rebre les sol·licituds presentades, comprovar els requisits i valorar els mèrits de les persones sol·licitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Elevar a la regidora de Funció Publica i Govern Interior les propostes provisionals i definitives de les llistes de persones admeses i excloses de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Elevar a la regidora de Funció Pública i Govern Interior la proposta definitiva d'estimació o desestimació de la sol·licitud d’accés a cada nivell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Dur a terme la interpretació, seguiment i vigilància de l’aplicació d’aquest Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.7 Composició i funcionament del comitè de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El comitè de valoració han d’estar formats per cinc membres titulars i cinc suplents que seran nomenats per decret de la regidora de Funció Publica i Govern Interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada comitè ha de designar, en la primera sessió, la persona que han d’actuar com a secretari o secretària, les quals es poden substituir, en cas d’absència a alguna de les sessions del comitè, per qualsevol altre dels vocals que hi assisteixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la composició del comitè de valoració, s’ha de procurar respectar el principi de presència equilibrada de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones que són membres del comitè de valoració s’han d’abstenir de formar-ne part si hi concorren els motius d’abstenció que preveu la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Perquè el comitè de valoració es constitueixi vàlidament, a l’efecte de dur a terme les sessions, les deliberacions, les valoracions, les puntuacions i la presa d’acords, es requereix sempre la presència del president o la presidenta i del secretari o la secretària, i que hi siguin presents la majoria de persones que en són membres, titulars o suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els membres del comitè de valoració estan obligats a mantenir sigil i secret sobre els informes, les avaluacions, les deliberacions i els comentaris fets sobre les persones avaluades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.8 Llistes provisionals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Una vegada vençut cada termini per presentar sol·licituds, es publicarà, en la intranet corporativa, la Resolució de la regidora de Funció Pública i Govern Interior que contindrà les llistes provisionals de persones admeses, de qui hagi d'esmenar les deficiències de la sol·licitud i de les persones excloses juntament amb la causa d’exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;─ Les persones interessades disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de publicació de la resolució que conté les llistes provisionals per esmenar les deficiències i per formular al·legacions contra l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.9 Llistes definitives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resoltes les esmenes i les al·legacions, la regidora de Funció Pública i Govern Interior dictarà les resolucions corresponents, que contendran les llistes definitives de persones admeses i excloses, especificant la causa de l'exclusió. Aquestes resolucions es publicaran de la mateixa manera que la resolució amb les llistes provisionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.10 Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El comitè de valoració, una vegada valorats el mèrits aportats, ha d'elevar una proposta a la regidora de Funció Pública i Govern Interior, en la qual s’especificarà el personal que accedeix a un nou nivell de carrera professional, així com el que no ho fa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La regidora dictarà una Resolució definitiva en la qual constarà de manera individualitzada l’assoliment o no del nivell de carrera corresponent, que serà publicada en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, pot interposar-se un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la regidora de Funció Pública i Govern Interior, en el termini d’un mes, comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d’acord amb l’article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat la Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.11 Termini de resolució i efectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini màxim per resoldre aquest procediment és de tres mesos. Els efectes de la manca de resolució expressa són desestimatoris, d'acord amb la disposició addicional vuitena de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Efectes administratius i econòmics derivats del nivell de carrera assolit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El reconeixement administratiu del nivell corresponent i els efectes econòmics del reconeixement per al personal que ho sol·liciti&amp;nbsp; es retrotreuen a la data del compliment dels requisits, d’acord amb l’establert al punt 12 in fine de l’acord de carrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La quantia, en còmput anual, del complement de carrera corresponent a cada nivell és la recollida en el punt 8 de l’acord de&amp;nbsp; carrera professional de l’Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANNEX 2&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Criteris de valoració i barem de puntuació relatius al bloc de Aprenentatge, docència i gestió del coneixement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprenentatge&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S’entén per aprenentatge el procés mitjançant el qual s'adquireix una determinada habilitat, s'assimila informació o s'adopta una nova estratègia per al manteniment i la millora de la competència professional, amb la finalitat de contribuir a elevar la qualitat dels serveis, la consecució dels objectius estratègics de l’organització i el desenvolupament professional dels empleats públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.1 Aprenentatge per a l’actualització i el perfeccionament professional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública és l’òrgan competent per establir, organitzar i desenvolupar l’acció formativa del personal al servei de l’Administració autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En aquest apartat es valora la participació en accions formatives encaminades al manteniment, actualització i perfeccionament professional impartides o homologades per l’EBAP, EFM,&amp;nbsp; així com la participació en altres activitats impartides en el marc de l'Acord de Formació per a l'Ocupació de les Administracions Públiques, independentment de qui sigui el promotor en el període corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;També es valora l’assistència a congressos, jornades i conferències relacionades amb l’activitat professional i institucional organitzats per l’EBAP, EMF,&amp;nbsp; les diferents conselleries, els seus ens instrumentals així com universitats i col·legis professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Així mateix, l’assistència a la formació realitzada pel Servei de Prevenció de Riscos Laborals també serà valorat com a assistència d’acord amb el número d’hores certificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que l'acció formativa no sigui organitzada o homologada per l’EBAP, EMF, el comitè de valoració ha de considerar el contingut de l’acció i el seu enquadrament dins una àrea o categoria definida de formació de l’EBAP, ja sigui com a aprofitament o com a assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. 1.2 Formació acadèmica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valoren totes les titulacions acadèmiques el caràcter oficial o l’equivalència de les quals tengui reconegut i establert el Ministeri d’Educació, Cultura i Esports, així com les titulacions universitàries no oficials i els títols propis de postgrau de les universitats en la regulació dels ensenyaments propis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. 1.3 Formació en una llengua del Marc Comú Europeu de Referència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valoren tots els certificats del Marc Comú Europeu de Referència per a les Llengües o les equivalències legalment establertes, expedits per les escoles oficials d’idiomes, per les universitats o per altres organismes oficials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. 1.4 Coneixements de llengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valoren tots els certificats de llengua catalana superiors als exigits com a requisit d’accés a més del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valoren els certificats expedits per l’EBAP, els expedits o homologats per l’òrgan corresponent competent en normalització lingüística o els que hagi declarat equivalents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Docència i gestió del coneixement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S’entén per docència el procés de transmissió de coneixements, tècniques i habilitats. D'altra banda, s'entén per gestió del coneixement, les diferents accions encaminades a crear, capturar, transformar, difondre i utilitzar el coneixement per a la gestió efectiva del capital intel·lectual en el desenvolupament de l'organització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. 2.1 Docència i col·laboració en el disseny i la planificació de la formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Seran objecte de valoració les activitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Docència, definida com a acció d’impartir accions formatives de qualsevol modalitat al personal de l’Administració autonòmica i a altres empleats públics, dins els plans de formació organitzats o homologats per l’EBAP o per altres administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Realització de tasques de coordinació d’àrees de formació de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Realització de les funcions encomanades per l'EBAP com a responsable de formació d'una conselleria o entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Coordinadors d’activitats d’aprenentatge o de gestió de coneixement, així com col·laboradors en el disseny i direcció d'accions formatives de nova creació nomenats per l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Participació en congressos, jornades o conferències com a ponent o conferenciant relacionats amb l’activitat professional i institucional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que les activitats de les lletres a i e no siguin organitzades per l’EBAP, el comitè de valoració ha de considerar el contingut de l’acció i el seu enquadrament dins una àrea o categoria definida per l’EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. 2.2. Gestió del coneixement. Són objecte de valoració les activitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Participació en grups i comunitats d’aprenentatge relacionats amb l’activitat professional o institucional organitzats per l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Participació com a mentor o mentora, tutor o tutora o qualsevol altra figura anàloga, en els programes desenvolupats per l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Elaboració de material encarregat per l'EBAP expressament per a la transmissió i la difusió del coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Publicacions relacionades amb l’administració pública, tant en format digital com en paper, sempre que disposin de ISBN, ISSN o dipòsit legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Obtenció de reconeixements públics i premis relacionats amb l’àmbit de l’Administració pública o amb l’activitat professional o institucional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que l'activitat de la lletra c no sigui organitzada per l’EBAP, el comitè de valoració ha de considerar el contingut de l’acció i el seu enquadrament dins una àrea o categoria definida per l’EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Quedaran consolidats els imports que es percebin en l’actualitat en concepte de “a compte carrera professional” en aquells supòsits en què l’aplicació del criteri de ponderació dels serveis prestats suposes una disminució de la quantia que per dit concepte retributiu es percep.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquest acte administratiu, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot presentar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l’ha dictat, d’acord amb l’article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-lo és d’un mes comptat des de l’endemà de rebre aquesta notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que no s’hagi resolt el de reposició. El recurs de reposició potestatiu s’haurà de presentar al Registre General d’aquest Ajuntament o a les dependències a què es refereix l’article 6.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, abans esmentada, i s’entendrà desestimat quan no s’hagi resolt i notificat la resolució, en el termini d’un mes, comptat des de l’endemà de la seva interposició, i en aquest cas quedarà expedita la via contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si no s’utilitza el recurs potestatiu de reposició, es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, d’acord amb l’article 123 abans esmentat i el que disposa la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu o la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia, segons les competències determinades pels articles 8 i 10 de la Llei 29/1998, en el termini de dos mesos comptats des de l’endemà de rebre aquesta notificació, tot això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que es consideri convenient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
