&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L’apartat 8.4. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 26&amp;nbsp;de febrer&amp;nbsp;de 2016&amp;nbsp;per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per al foment de les races autòctones en perill d’extinció, corresponents a l’any 2016, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;d’acord amb els termes que preveu l’article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l’article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident del FOGAIBA, en data 28&amp;nbsp;de setembre de 2018, va signar la següent resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. En data de 7 de desembre de 2017&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 149, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s’incrementa el crèdit i es modifica la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de 26 de febrer de 2016, per la qual s’aprova la convocatòria per a l’any 2016 de les ajudes destinades al foment de races autòctones en perill d’extinció.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. En data 27 de gener de 2018 &amp;nbsp;es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 8 &amp;nbsp;la Notificació de Resolució de &amp;nbsp;data 29 de desembre de 2017 de concessió, denegació i desistiments als beneficiaris de les ajudes per al foment de les races autòctones en perill d’extinció, per a l’any 2016. A l’annex I d’aquesta resolució figura el següent beneficiari:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
