Les persones i les entitats que figuren en l’annex 1 d’aquesta Resolució han presentat a la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports una sol·licitud de subvenció per facilitar-los els desplaçaments a la Península, les illes Canàries, Ceuta i<strong> </strong>Melilla<strong> </strong>per assistir a les competicions oficials dels diferents calendaris federatius dels anys 2016, 2017, 2018 i 2019.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. El Servei d’Administració Esportiva de la Direcció General d’Esports i Joventut ha examinat les sol·licituds i no està conforme amb l’atorgament de la subvenció, pels motius que s’especifiquen en l’annex 1 d’aquesta Resolució.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1. El Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre de 2005).</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. L’Ordre del conseller de Turisme i Esports de 18 de desembre de 2012 per la qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores per concedir subvencions en matèria d’esports (BOIB núm. 2 de 3 de gener de 2013). </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3. L’apartat 6.3 de la Resolució de la consellera de Transparència, Cultura i Esports de 3 de gener de 2017 (BOIB núm. 15, del 04/02/2017) disposa, respecte al procediment, que el director general d’Esports i Joventut ha d’emetre les corresponents propostes de concessió o denegació dels ajuts.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">4. La proposta de Resolució de denegació de la Direcció General d’Esports i Joventut de data 27 d’agost de 2018.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Per tot això dict la següent</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Resolució</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1. Denegar la concessió d’una subvenció, per facilitar-los els desplaçaments a la Península, les illes Canàries, Ceuta i<strong> </strong>Melilla<strong> </strong>&nbsp;per assistir a les competicions oficials dels diferents calendaris federatius, a les persones o entitats que figuren a l’annex 1 d’aquesta resolució (amb els núm. d’expedient P/2017-2019/1009, P/2017-2019/1010, P/2017-2019/1096, P/2017-2019/1097 i P/2017-2019/1099), pels motius que igualment figuren en l’annex 1.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2.
