Mitjançant la resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 24 de maig de 2018 (BOIB núm. 65 de 26 de maig de 2018) es va convocar un concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria de metge/metgessa especialista en pediatria puericultura d’àrea i en equips d’atenció primària que depenen del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. Mitjançant la resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 10 d’agost de 2018 (BOIB núm. 101 de 16 d’agost de 2018) es van aprovar les llistes provisionals de persones aspirants admeses i excloses del concurs oposició al qual es refereix el punt anterior.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">3. Mitjançant la resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears de 22 d’agost de 2018 (BOIB núm. 107 de 30 d’agost de 2018) es van corregir les llistes provisionals de persones aspirants admeses i excloses del concurs oposició al qual es refereix el punt anterior.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">4. Una vegada esgotat el termini per presentar reclamacions o per reparar els defectes apreciats d'acord amb la base 2 de la convocatòria, dict la següent</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Resolució</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">1. Aprovar les llistes definitives de persones aspirants admeses i excloses en el concurs oposició per cobrir places vacants de la categoria metge/metgessa especialista en pediatria puericultura d’àrea i en equips d’atenció primària, convocats mitjançant resolució del director general del Servei de Salut de 24 de maig de 2018 (BOIB núm. 65 de 26 de maig). En les llistes definitives de persones admeses hi apareixen el nom, els llinatges i el DNI. En les llistes definitives de persones excloses hi apareix també la causa d'exclusió.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. Publicar aquesta resolució al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,</em> al web &lt;www.ibsalut.es&gt;, i al tauler d'anuncis dels Serveis Centrals del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Interposició de recursos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Contra aquesta resolució —que esgota la via administrativa— pot interposar-se un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució, d'acord amb els articles 10 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. També pot interposar-se qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri procedent.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">No obstant això, els interessats poden optar per interposar un recurs de reposició davant del mateix òrgan que la dicta en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació.
