&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA PER PROVEIR LLOCS DE TREBALL DE LLIURE DESIGNACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L’objecte d’aquesta convocatòria és el proveïment mitjançant lliure designació, per personal funcionari de carrera del Consell Insular de Menorca, del lloc de treball següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Secretari/ària de la conselleria de Serveis Generals, Participació Ciutadana i Habitatge: 1 lloc i amb les característiques següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DENOMINACIÓ : Secretari/ària de Presidència o Conselleria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Places de plantilla que poden ocupar el lloc:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;TITULACIÓ: Graduat escolar, formació professional de primer grau o equivalent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Batxillerat superior, formació professional de segon grau o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ESCALA: Administració general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SUBESCALA: Administrativa / auxiliar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;CLASSE: Administrativa / auxiliar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Requisits per al proveïment del lloc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;REQUISITS D’ACOMPLIMENT: Tenir el certificat del nivell C1 de coneixements de la llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;FORMACIÓ ESPECÍFICA: en treball de base en la prestació de serveis de secretaria a l’Administració Pública o al sector privat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;REQUERIMENTS ESPECÍFICS: dedicació plena, disponibilitat fora de l’horari habitual de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Règim retributiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;NIVELL DE COMPLEMENT DE DESTINACIÓ: 14 / 12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;COMPLEMENT ESPECÍFIC: 490 / 440 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. Sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds per prendre part en aquesta convocatòria s’han de presentar en el format oficial que el Consell Insular de Menorca posa a l’abast dels candidats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar únicament telemàticament, segons l’article 14.2e de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, mitjançant DNI electrònic o un certificat digital vàlid. La sol·licitud queda registrada directament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds és de &lt;strong&gt;quinze dies naturals &lt;/strong&gt;comptadors de l’endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A efectes informatius, també es publicarà en el web del Consell Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la sol·licitud es consignarà amb claredat el lloc al qual es vol optar i s’hi adjuntarà la documentació acreditativa de la titulació o titulacions, el curriculum vitae i dels altres requisits exigits en el Catàleg de llocs de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La data de referència per al compliment dels requisits exigits al·legats és el dia que acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. &lt;/strong&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la consellera executiva de Serveis Generals, Participació Ciutadana i Habitatge, resoldrà la designació de l’aspirant seleccionat per al lloc de treball que ha estat convocat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART. &lt;/strong&gt;La incorporació al lloc de treball assignat ha de ser immediata, llevat de raons degudament justificades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.2cm; margin-top:0.2cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta incorporació suposa la pèrdua del lloc de treball de procedència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
