&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Vistes les Bases d’ajudes econòmiques a entitats i associacions sense ànim de lucre en matèria de serveis socials a l’illa d’Eivissa, per a l’any 2018 (BOIB núm 100, de 14 d’agost de 2018) aprovades per acord del Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d’Eiviss&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, en ses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ió ordin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;à&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ria de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;agost&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2018&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. S’ha advertit una errada de transcripció en la base setena, apartat 7.7, Bloc 2 CONSIDERACIONS D’INTERÈS SOCIAL (màx. 16 punts), punt 1. Complementarietat del projecte (màxim 4 punts), en el sentit que el primer criteri es va repetir en la casella que corresponia a un altre criteri, que havia d’esser el següent: &lt;em&gt;Que siguin complementaris a projectes desenvolupats per a les administracions públiques: 2 punts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. L’article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú, estableix que “les Administracions públiques podran, així mateix, rectificar en qualsevol moment, d’ofici o a instància dels interessats, les errades materials, de fet o aritmètiques existents en els seus actes”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En virtut de tot l’anterior, el Consell Executiu del consell Insular d’Eivissa en sessió de 28 de setembre de 2018 ha adoptat el següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Rectificar l’errada de transcripció observada en la base setena, apartat 7.7, Bloc 2 CONSIDERACIONS D’INTERÈS SOCIAL (màx. 16 punts), punt 1. Complementarietat del projecte (màxim 4 punts) de les Bases d’ajudes econòmiques a entitats i associacions sense ànim de lucre en matèria de serveis socials a l’illa d’Eivissa, per a l’any 2018 (BOIB núm 100, de 14 d’agost de 2018) aprovades per acord del Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d’Eiviss&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d’&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;agost&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2018&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
