    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Feim públic que el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió ordinària de dia 17 de setembre de 2018, va adoptar el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar la revocació parcial, i consegüent pèrdua del dret de cobrament parcial de l&amp;apos;ajut, als beneficiaris següents en la part que els pertoca individualment, en relació amb la concessió, mitjançant l&amp;apos;acord del Consell Executiu de 9 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2017 (BOIB 133, de 31 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2017), dels ajuts del CIM per a la formació i l&amp;apos;assessorament del sector agrari (convocatòria publicada en el BOIB núm. 95, de 3 d&amp;apos;agost de 2017), atès que l&amp;apos;import concedit pel CIM supera la quantitat correctament justificada pels beneficiaris: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.- &lt;/strong&gt; Notificar aquesta resolució a cadascun dels beneficiaris en la part que els pertoca individualment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d&amp;apos;alçada davant la Comissió de Govern en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes comptador des de l&amp;apos;endemà que s&amp;apos;hagi publicat, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i l&amp;apos;article 22 de la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d&amp;apos;octubre, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;esmentat recurs s&amp;apos;entendrà desestimat, si no es notifica la resolució corresponent, quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d&amp;apos;alçada per silenci administratiu podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
