&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el previst als articles 17.3 &lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; i 20.8 &lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 38/2003, de&amp;nbsp;17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l’extracte de l’ampliació del crèdit de la convocatòria. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &amp;nbsp;Ampliació de les partides &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;S’amplia en 1.283.642,84 euros (&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;641.821,42 euros anuals) per als exercicis pressupostaris de 2018 i 2019 &lt;/span&gt;el crèdit assignat inicialment en la Resolució de la consellera de Serveis Socials i Cooperació, d’1 d’agost de 2018, per la qual s’aprovà la convocatòria de subvencions adreçades &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;destinades a entitats privades sense ànim de lucre que desenvolupen programes d’interès general amb càrrec a l’assignació tributària del 0,7&amp;nbsp;% de l’impost sobre la renda de les persones físiques per als anys 2018 i 2019 (BOIB núm. 96 de 4 d’agost de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;S’estableix que, amb aquesta ampliació, el pressupost total d’aquesta convocatòria és de 7.365.451,66 euros amb càrrec a les partides pressupostàries següents dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears corresponents&amp;nbsp; a l’exercici 2018 i 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L’apartat 3.2 de l’esmentada convocatòria preveu que l’import consignat inicialment es pugui ampliar, mitjançant una resolució de modificació de la convocatòria, amb els efectes, si escau, que preveu el vigent article 39.3 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La modificació esmentada, llevat que s’estableixi una altra cosa, no implica que el termini per presentar sol·licituds s’ampliï, ni afecta la tramitació ordinària de les sol·licituds presentades i no resoltes expressament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
