&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La participación ciudadana, además de un derecho fundamental de la ciudadanía es un principio inspirador de la administración local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L' Ajuntament de Calvià entiende la participación ciudadana como una opción fundamental para el funcionamiento del municipio. A través de esta ordenanza l' Ajuntament de Calvià ahonda en la democracia participativa, como complemento y profundización de la democracia representativa. Para hacerla efectiva, esta ordenanza recoge los diferentes órganos de participación ciudadana regulando las diversas formas, procesos y mecanismos para canalizar la participación ciudadana en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Este enfoque de participación ciudadana redefine la relación en la administración pública local y la ciudadanía, fomentando la cogestión, la participación de la ciudadanía en la toma de decisiones y la transparencia en la gestión, potenciando el rol de la ciudadanía, la sociedad civil y las entidades ciudadanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La participación ciudadana como principio inspirador de la actuación municipal, favorece la comunicación, la transparencia, la corresponsabilidad, la diversidad y la pluralidad, incorporando a la ciudadanía como sujeto de derechos activo y fomentando una democracia más efectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Constitución española de 1978 prevé la participación política a través de la elección libre, directa y secreta, mediante sufragio universal, de los representantes públicos en las Instituciones del Estado. En el artículo 23 proclama el derecho de los ciudadanos a participar en los asuntos públicos y en el apartado 9.2 dispone: "Corresponde a los poderes públicos facilitar la participación de todos los ciudadanos en la vida política, económica, cultural y social".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el ámbito local, en la exposición de motivos de la Ley 57/2003 de 16 de diciembre, de Medidas para la Modernización del Gobierno Local, se indica que: "En materia de participación ciudadana, se establecen unos estándares mínimos que constituyen los mecanismos necesarios para su potenciación: el establecimiento de la necesidad de reglamentos orgánicos en todos los municipios en materia de participación ciudadana, que determinen y regulen los procedimientos y mecanismos adecuados para hacerla efectiva; la aplicación necesaria de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación de forma interactiva, para facilitar la participación y la comunicación con los vecinos, así como para facilitar la realización de trámites administrativos, y la introducción en la legislación básica sobre régimen local de las iniciativas ciudadanas, que pueden constituir un importante instrumento participativo, que puede dar lugar, incluso, consultas populares".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el marco legal establecido por la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, con la modificación introducida por la Ley 57/2003, está contenido en el artículo 18.1, relativo a "Derechos y deberes de los vecinos", en sus apartados b) y f) y en los artículos 69 a 72; y es el artículo 70 bis apartado 1º, el que exige a los Ayuntamientos establecer y regular mediante normas de carácter orgánico, procedimientos y órganos adecuados, para la efectiva participación de la ciudadanía en los asuntos de la vida pública. Uno de los valores esenciales que definen al sistema político democrático es el derecho a la participación. La consecución de una democracia sólida y enraizada, exige profundizar el ejercicio de este derecho que junto a la defensa de la libertad, la lucha por la igualdad y el reconocimiento de los derechos económicos, sociales y culturales, determinan los pilares básicos de nuestro Estado de Derecho en aras a la consecución de una sociedad de mayor justicia, equidad, bienestar y progreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por medio de la participación se pretende que la ciudadanía tenga una mayor capacidad para transformar el medio en el que viven, así como controlar a los órganos políticos y administrativos, configurando el municipio como el nivel de la administración pública más cercana al ciudadano. Por ello es preciso impulsar y poner en funcionamiento los cauces que de forma eficaz posibiliten el ejercicio de la participación de la sociedad civil en la configuración de programas de gestión pública y en el seguimiento de tales actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La aplicación del concepto de participación ciudadana, ha ido evolucionando en los últimos años; ya no se trata solo de recibir información, ni de poder opinar sobre determinadas cuestiones, sino que es preciso facilitar una participación activa, útil para la toma de decisiones y la transformación de nuestra sociedad, convirtiéndose en un instrumento eficaz para el desarrollo de la condición de ciudadanía y favorecedora del desarrollo local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una participación ciudadana dinámica y operativa requiere ser promovida y canalizada de manera permanente, yendo más allá de las meras acciones de aportación de información, hacia las opciones de compromiso cotidiano con el desarrollo local y de corresponsabilidad en la toma de decisiones; superando, por un lado, la pasividad e inercia participativa, y por otro, los posicionamientos exclusivamente reivindicativos. Tan importante es la apuesta por esta línea de trabajo de las administraciones, como la implicación y compromiso de la ciudadanía, debiendo articularse ambas para que la participación ciudadana resulte operativa y efectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A tal efecto inspiraría la presente ordenanza de participación ciudadana el Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, y demás normativa que contemple la participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es voluntad de l'Ajuntament de Calvià la consecución de una gestión municipal transparente y el desarrollo más amplio de la participación ciudadana que recoja los tres niveles esenciales de la misma: la información, la consulta y la gestión compartida y en este sentido se ha publicado en el boib número 172, de 21 de noviembre la Ordenanza de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Reutilización del Ayuntamiento de Calvià, que viene a adaptar la normativa municipal a las exigencias de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Calvià tiene ya un recorrido y una experiencia en el desarrollo de iniciativas de participación ciudadana: consultas, rendición de cuentas y presupuestos participativos que han abierto el camino a un nuevo modelo de gobernabilidad en el municipio, capaz de potenciar el papel activo de la ciudadanía e implicar a ésta en todos aquellos aspectos relevantes que conciernen y afectan a la gestión de la vida municipal. Al mismo tiempo el Ajuntament de Calvià pretende regular y dinamizar el voluntariado en el municipio como máxima expresión de la participación ciudadana, en el marco de la ley estatal 45/2015 de 14 de octubre de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A estos objetivos responde la presente Ordenanza Municipal de Participación Ciudadana de l'Ajuntament de Calvià; norma municipal que plasma en este documento el desarrollo de la legislación estatal y local del derecho constitucional a la participación de los ciudadanos en la vida política, económica, social y cultural del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO PRELIMINAR.- &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DISPOSICIONES GENERALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es objeto de la presente Ordenanza la regulación de formas, medios y procedimientos de participación de la ciudadanía y entidades ciudadanas en la gestión municipal, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 9.2 y 23.1 de la Constitución Española de 1978, los artículos 1, 4.1.a), 18, 24 y 69 al 72 de la Ley 7/1985, 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, 130, 131 y 226-236 del Reglamento 2586/1986, de 28 de noviembre, de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales y demás normativa que resulte de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. Objetivos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L' Ajuntament de Calvià, a través de esta Ordenanza, pretende alcanzar los siguientes objetivos, que tendrán el carácter de principios básicos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Definir y regular los cauces, órganos y procedimientos que hagan posible la participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Aproximar la gestión municipal a la ciudadanía, facilitando la interlocución entre el ayuntamiento y las distintas expresiones ciudadanas organizadas y no organizadas, garantizando la transparencia y mejorando la eficacia de los procedimientos administrativos y en general, la calidad de la atención a la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Promover la cultura participativa en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Promover y canalizar la participación de la ciudadanía y entidades en la gestión municipal con respeto a las facultades de decisión que corresponden a los órganos municipales representativos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Hacer efectivos los derechos de la ciudadanía recogidos en el artículo 18 de la Ley reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, en el título VII del Real Decreto de 2568/ 1986 de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales y en los que pudiera recoger la normativa futura que se desarrolle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Fomentar la vida asociativa y la representatividad del tejido asociativo del municipio, reforzando este mediante una política de apoyo a las organizaciones sociales y ciudadanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Crear el Servicio “ Voluntariado de Calvià”, para gestionar y dinamizar el voluntariado como máxima expresión de la participación ciudadana en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Definir y establecer nuevos espacios de participación ciudadana, así como promover la convivencia y el civismo a través del conocimiento de la gestión municipal y la corresponsabilidad en los asuntos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. Ámbito&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Su ámbito de aplicación incluye a toda la ciudadanía y las entidades ciudadanas cuyo domicilio social y ámbito territorial estén ubicados en el término municipal de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. Derechos y Deberes ciudadanos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Todas las personas tienen derecho a intervenir en la gestión de los asuntos públicos locales directamente o a través de asociaciones ciudadanas utilizando los órganos y canales de participación establecidos en las leyes y en la presente ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Son derechos y deberes de la ciudadanía del municipio de Calvià, los reconocidos en el artículo 18 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril; en el Real Decreto 2.568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, y en las demás disposiciones de aplicación, así como los previstos en esta Ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Son, entre otros, derechos de la ciudadanía, además de los incluidos en las disposiciones que resulten aplicables, los siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Ser elector y elegible, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la legislación electoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Participar en la gestión municipal de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en las leyes y, en su caso, cuando la colaboración con carácter voluntario de los vecinos sea interesada por los órganos de gobierno y administración municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Utilizar, de acuerdo con su naturaleza, los servicios públicos municipales, y acceder a los aprovechamientos comunales, conforme a las normas aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Contribuir mediante prestaciones económicas y personales legalmente previstas a la realización de competencias municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Ser informado, previa petición razonada, y dirigir solicitudes a la Administración Municipal en relación a todos los expedientes y documentación municipal, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 105 de la Constitución&lt;u&gt;.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Pedir consulta popular en los términos previstos en la ley y en la normativa de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Derecho a intervenir en las sesiones de órganos municipales de acuerdo a lo establecido en esta Ordenanza y en la normativa aplicable con carácter general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Exigir la prestación y en su caso, el establecimiento del correspondiente servicio público, en el supuesto de constituir una competencia municipal propia de carácter obligatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Ejercer la iniciativa popular en los términos previstos en el artículo 70 bis de la Ley de Bases de Régimen Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. Derecho de audiencia en la tramitación de los procedimientos o en la realización de actuaciones municipales, en los que tengan un interés legítimo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k. Derecho a presentar quejas, reclamaciones y sugerencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;l. Ejercitar las acciones legales contra los actos administrativos, que se considere que no se atienen a ley o son lesivos para sus intereses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;m. Aquellos otros derechos reconocidos en las leyes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Son, entre otros, deberes y obligaciones de la ciudadanía: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Colaborar con la Administración Municipal al objeto de optimizar la gestión de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Cumplir con las normas de carácter local y general, tendentes a garantizar una adecuada gestión de los servicios necesarios para una convivencia saludable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Cuidar y respetar los bienes públicos haciendo un uso adecuado de los mismos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Observar las normas de convivencia exigible en la relación vecinal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Aquellas otras obligaciones exigidas en las leyes y normativa de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO I.- &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA. PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA EN LOS ÓRGANOS MUNICIPALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO I.- &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5. Garantía del derecho a la información pública&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El procedimiento administrativo de derecho de acceso a la información pública se ha de ajustar a los requisitos, las condiciones y los términos previstos en la Constitución Española 1978, la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, la ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de Transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno y a la Ordenanza de Transparencia del Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De éstos destacamos los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Se entiende por información pública todo documento o contenido a que hace referencia el artículo 13 de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de Transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. La Entidad Local, está obligada a habilitar diferentes medios para facilitar la información pública, de modo que resulte garantizado el acceso a todas las personas, con independencia de su formación, recursos, circunstancias personales o condición o situación social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. A estos efectos, la Entidad Local ofrecerá acceso a la información pública a través de algunos de los siguientes medios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Oficinas de información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Páginas web o sedes electrónicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Servicios de atención telefónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Otras dependencias, departamentos o medios electrónicos de la Entidad Local habilitados al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO II. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA EN LOS ÓRGANOS MUNICIPALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6 . Participación en los plenos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Ajuntament de Calvià, garantizará el derecho de la ciudadanía de participar en los plenos municipales, en los términos y condiciones establecidos en los artículos 93 al 104 del Reglamento Orgánico Municipal (ROM), aprobado definitivamente por el Pleno de la Corporación en sesión de fecha 23 de febrero de 2017 y Publicado en el BOIB Número 32 de 16 de marzo de 2017&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO II.- &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ÓRGANOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7. Órganos de participación y finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La participación ciudadana en l'Ajuntament de Calvià se canalizará a través de los siguientes consejos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El &lt;strong&gt;Consejo Municipal de Participación Ciudadana&lt;/strong&gt;. Es un órgano de participación ciudadana representativo de los diferentes actores y agentes sociales del municipio cuya finalidad es promover y canalizar la participación ciudadana a través de la emisión de informes y consultas solicitados por l'Ajuntament de Calvià así como la realización de propuestas e iniciativas para su estudio y debate en los órganos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Los&lt;strong&gt; Consejos Sectoriales&lt;/strong&gt;. Son órganos complementarios de participación, desarrollarán exclusivamente funciones de informe y en su caso propuesta, en relación con las iniciativas municipales relativas al sector de actividad al que corresponda cada Consejo. Son por tanto órganos de participación de carácter temático y especializado cuya función se desarrolla en un sector concreto de la actividad municipal y con la finalidad de canalizar la participación de la ciudadanía y las asociaciones o entidades en los asuntos municipales en aquellos temas de relevancia municipal para los que hayan sido creados en su caso, como por ejemplo, infancia, educación, cultura, deporte, medio ambiente, juventud, mujeres, personas mayores, personas con capacidades diferentes, LGTBI, cooperación para el desarrollo, solidaridad y otros similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En especial, y a tal efecto se promoverá la creación de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Un consejo de la Infancia,&lt;/strong&gt; que se constituye como un espacio específico de participación activa infantil en la vida pública del municipio, como un órgano de representación del conjunto de la infancia del municipio de Calvià. Con dicho órgano de participación se pretende incorporar las vivencias de la población infantil y favorecer la intervención de los niños y niñas en los debates, propuestas, sugerencias y quejas respecto de cualquier actuación municipal, así como ser informados y opinar sobre todas las actuaciones de otras administraciones públicas que actúen en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Un consejo de Juventud, &lt;/strong&gt;que se constituye como un espacio específico de participación activa de la juventud en la vida pública del municipio, como un órgano de representación del conjunto de la juventud del municipio de Calvià. Con dicho órgano de participación se pretende incorporar las vivencias de la población juventil y favorecer la intervención de la juventud en los debates, propuestas, sugerencias y quejas respecto de cualquier actuación municipal, así como ser informados y opinar sobre todas las actuaciones de otras administraciones públicas que actúen en el municipio, con voluntad de incorporar la participación de la juventud en las políticas municipales para tal efecto, así como definir la participación joven en los espacios municipales juveniles, Es Generador, centros autogestionados y aportar propuestas, sugerencias y opinión sobre todas las actuaciones que afectan a la juventud, especialmente aquellas relativas al ocio y tiempo libre, deportes, vivienda, acceso al empleo juvenil, movilidad y educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Un consejo de equipamientos&lt;/strong&gt;, como un órgano de participación relacionado con la gestión de equipamientos públicos para facilitar la implicación ciudadana en su programación y funcionamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cualesquiera otro relacionados con las temáticas que anteriormente hayan sido mencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Los &lt;strong&gt;Consejos de núcleo o zona&lt;/strong&gt;. Son órganos complementarios de participación representativos de los diferentes núcleos o zonas de población del municipio con la finalidad de facilitar la participación ciudadana en la gestión municipal, para tal efecto podrán crearse para las distintas zonas del término municipal con identidad propia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8. Creación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La creación de los Consejos se realizará por acuerdo de aprobación del Pleno del Ayuntamiento al amparo de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, por lo establecido en esta Ordenanza, su reglamento específico y demás reglamentación complementaria a que haya lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Pleno de l'Ajuntament, en los acuerdos de creación de estos órganos regulará la organización y funcionamiento específico, las funciones atribuidas, el carácter de su actuación, el ámbito de aplicación y la composición en función de la representación efectiva del municipio, ajustándose siempre a los apartados de representación establecidos en este precepto y como mínimo a los establecidos en la normativa de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9. Composición&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La composición de los Consejos, que se determinará en el acuerdo de creación de los mismos, ha de basarse en criterios de pluralidad, diversidad y equidad para facilitar la más amplia variedad de opciones y opiniones. Pueden formar parte de ellos las personas físicas y las jurídicas que intervendrán mediante representantes nombrados al efecto por su órgano de dirección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Serán presididos por el Alcalde/esa, o persona en quien delegue de entre los miembros de la corporación local, y el vicepresidente se elegirá en la primera sesión del Consejo de entre las personas que son miembros y no representen a ninguna administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El resto de los miembros de los Consejos serán representantes de las entidades o agentes vinculados al sector o asunto a tratar, además de representantes de los grupos municipales y técnicos competentes en la materia y podrán ser en general:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El/la regidor/a de Participación Ciudadana del Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un representante de cada uno de los Grupos Municipales de la Corporación Municipal de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un representante de las Asociaciones de cada una de las secciones recogidas en el &lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;art 18.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un representante a elegir entre los sindicatos con representación mayoritaria en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un representante de las organizaciones empresariales más representativas del municipio, y en especial aquellas que desarrollen programas de responsabilidad social y/o voluntariado corporativo en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Representantes de las administraciones públicas con competencia en el ámbito territorial del municipio si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Técnicos municipales adscritos al servicio si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Podrán asistir, cualquier regidor /a o personal técnico convocado por el alcalde/esa, así como cualquier personal competente en la materia en el caso de los Consejos sectoriales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Así mismo, en el caso de los Consejos de núcleo o zona, se podrá hacer uso de los datos del padrón municipal para fomentar la participación ciudadana en la medida de las funciones descritas en el art. 25 y 69 de la Ley de Bases de Régimen Local, cumpliendo en todo caso con la normativa aplicable, con el objeto de invitar a los vecinos y vecinas de las diferentes zonas o núcleos del municipio de Calvià a participar en los Consejos correspondientes a su zona o núcleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10. Funciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los Consejos deberán tener como mínimo las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Debatir planes, programas y actuaciones de su ámbito so40metidas a su consideración y hacer sus aportaciones al respecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Proponer la realización de actuaciones concretas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Hacer la recomendación de uso de los canales de consulta regulados en este Reglamento sobre las materias sometidas a su consideración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Emitir informes o dictámenes sobre los procedimientos que las normas sectoriales o el acuerdo de creación consideren preceptivos para su incorporación al expediente administrativo correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO III.- &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;UTILIZACIÓN DE MEDIOS PÚBLICOS Y SUBVENCIONES MUNICIPALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO I. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;USO DE INSTALACIONES Y RECURSOS INFORMATIVOS. PAPEL DE LAS NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS EN LOS PROCESOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11. Uso de Instalaciones municipales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La ciudadanía y entidades ciudadanas podrán acceder al uso de las instalaciones municipales mediante lo establecido en la Ordenanza municipal que regula el uso de instalaciones municipales de cesión de espacios con el fin de garantizar el desarrollo de sus actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12. Cesiones temporales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se permitirá las cesiones temporales de uso de los locales de participación ciudadana, a la ciudadanía y entidades ciudadanas, por Resolución del Regidor/a de Participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 13. Difusión de programas y actividades en medios públicos locales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L' Ajuntament de Calvià facilitará a las entidades inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas, la difusión de sus iniciativas y proyectos, siempre que las mismas sean de interés público, a través de instrumentos como pagina web, radio y/o revista municipal, para lo cual trasladarán sus contenidos a los departamentos que gestionen los mismos, para su toma en consideración, y en su caso, incluirlos con las dimensiones que sean compatibles con el diseño y formato de cada medio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 14. Papel de las nuevas tecnologías para facilitar la participación ciudadana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Calvià fomentará el uso de las nuevas tecnologías para canalizar y facilitar la participación ciudadana a través del portal de “Participa Calvia”, en el que la ciudadanía podrá presentar propuestas y participar mediante votación en los procesos de presupuestos participativos y otras consultas planteadas desde el ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO II &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;SUBVENCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 15. Subvenciones a entidades inscritas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L' Ajuntament de Calvià, en la medida en que lo permitan los recursos presupuestados, podrá subvencionar económicamente a las entidades vecinales inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Se entiende por subvención, a los efectos de esta Ordenanza, toda disposición dineraria realizada por l'Ajuntament a favor de entidades inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas de Calvià , y que cumpla los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Que la entrega se realice sin contraprestación directa de los beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Que la entrega esté sujeta al cumplimiento de un determinado objetivo, la ejecución de un proyecto, la realización de una actividad, la adopción de un comportamiento singular, ya realizados o por desarrollar, o la concurrencia de una situación, debiendo el beneficiario cumplir las obligaciones materiales y formales que se hubieran establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Que el proyecto, la acción, conducta o situación financiada tenga por objeto el fomento de una actividad de utilidad pública o interés social o de promoción de una finalidad pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A este efecto, en el Presupuesto municipal se incluirá una partida presupuestaria destinada a estos fines. Se deberá concretar en un plan estratégico de subvenciones los objetivos y efectos que se pretenden con su aplicación, el plazo necesario para su consecución, los costes previsibles y sus fuentes de financiación, supeditándose en todo caso al cumplimiento de los objetivos de estabilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La gestión de las subvenciones se realizará de acuerdo con los siguientes principios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Eficacia en el cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados por la Administración otorgante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 16. Otorgamiento de subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Las subvenciones reguladas en esta Ordenanza se regirán, por lo dispuesto en la misma y en las correspondientes convocatorias, así como por lo dispuesto en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; en el RD 887/2006, de 21 de julio por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley 38/2003; y por lo dispuesto en las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto del Ayuntamiento correspondiente al año de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. A los efectos de otorgamiento de subvenciones a entidades vecinales inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas y teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de garantizar a las mismas el acceso en igualdad de condiciones económicas, se estructuran y fijan las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. El otorgamiento de las subvenciones tendrá carácter voluntario y eventual, no serán invocables como precedente, ni excederán el coste de la actividad a que se apliquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Especialmente, y sin perjuicio de otras actividades que, por su naturaleza, se consideren de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;interés, serán subvencionables las actividades programadas que se realicen durante el año de su petición en el ámbito territorial del municipio de Calvià, referida a las áreas de las entidades ciudadanas vecinales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. También podrán ser objeto de subvención las necesidades para atención de los gastos propios de funcionamiento de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. En las bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto se establecerán los criterios de distribución de la cantidad anual global destinada a subvencionar gastos generales y/o actividades de las entidades inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas, para lo que se tendrán en cuenta su representatividad, el grado de interés o utilidad ciudadana de sus fines, su capacidad económica autónoma y las ayudas que reciban de otras entidades públicas o privadas. A este efecto, se publicarán las bases reguladoras de subvenciones que establezcan las convocatorias anuales sobre otorgamiento de determinadas subvenciones, en las que se fijarán sus objetivos, actividades subvencionables, cuantía máxima, plazo de presentación de solicitudes, beneficiarios y cuantos otros datos se consideren de interés al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Las entidades vecinales que pretendan acceder a una determinada subvención lo solicitarán l' Ajuntament mediante escrito suscrito por su representante legal, en el que se detallará el programa o actividad para el que se solicita subvención y su presupuesto total, así como declaración en la que conste si se han solicitado u obtenido otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad, con expresión del organismo otorgante y su cuantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Una vez analizada la solicitud e informada la misma por los servicios correspondientes, la Junta de Gobierno Municipal resolverá al respecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Todas las actividades habrán de estar realizadas en el plazo concedido para tal efecto en la convocatoria de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Dentro del plazo definido a contar desde la finalización de la actividad subvencionada, deberá presentarse en l' Ajuntament de Calvià:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ejemplar de la documentación y propaganda impresa que la actividad conlleve, en la que deberá figurar mención al patrocinio municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Memoria detallada de la actividad realizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Acreditación suficiente de los gastos ocasionados con ocasión del desarrollo de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO I.- &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ENTIDADES CIUDADANAS Y REGISTRO MUNICIPAL DE ENTIDADES CIUDADANAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 17. Encuadre y denominación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La forma de participación ciudadana más común y operativa es la que se despliega de manera colectiva a través de asociaciones o entidades ciudadanas. No obstante l'Ajuntament garantizará la participación individual mediante la disposición de diferentes canales de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. A los efectos de esta Ordenanza, se entiende por&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Entidad ciudadana aquella organización de la que son miembros o en la que participan ciudadanos/as, con una regulación amparada en la normativa vigente y con una estructura funcional formal, que despliega sus actividades en ámbitos diversos, prestando servicios sin ánimo de lucro y favoreciendo el desarrollo personal y social de sus miembros y/o de la comunidad en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 18. El Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas de Calvià.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. L' Ajuntament de Calvià regula el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas de Calvià, cuya finalidad es la de permitir a l'Ajuntament conocer el número de entidades existentes en el Municipio, sus fines, ámbito y representatividad, a los efectos de posibilitar una correcta política municipal de fomento del asociacionismo vecinal y su participación en la dinámica de la entidad municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Pueden obtener la inscripción en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas de Calvià todas aquellas asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro, constituidas con arreglo al régimen general de asociaciones que establece la Ley Orgánica 1/2002 de 22 de marzo Reguladora del Derecho de Asociación cuyo objeto sea la defensa, fomento o mejora de los intereses generales o sectoriales del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cada Asociación, a efectos de este Registro y a efectos de representatividad de un determinado colectivo, será calificada y englobada con arreglo a su actividad en alguno de los siguientes campos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Vecinales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;AMPAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Jóvenes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Alumnado/Estudiantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ocio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cultura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Empresariales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sindicales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asistenciales o de carácter social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Religiosas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mujeres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Inmigrantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cooperación para el desarrollo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No serán inscribibles en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas, las entidades que tengan las siguientes finalidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Sociedades regidas por el Derecho Civil o Mercantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Políticas y/o dependientes jurídicamente de un Partido o Agrupación Política.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Urbanísticas (entidades colaboradoras).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El registro de Entidades de Calvià se llevará en la Secretaria General de l’ Ajuntament de Calvià, y sus datos serán públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Las inscripciones se realizarán a solicitud de las asociaciones a cuyo efecto deberán aportar lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Estatutos de la Asociación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Número de inscripción en el Registro General de Asociaciones o, en su caso, en otros Registros Públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Nombre de las personas que ocupen los cargos directivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Domicilio social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Presupuesto del año en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Programa de actividades del año en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Certificación del número de socios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Números de teléfono y telefax, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 19. Solicitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el plazo de quince días desde la solicitud de inscripción, y salvo que éste hubiera de interrumpirse por la necesidad de aportar documentación no incluida inicialmente, la Alcaldía, mediante la oportuna resolución acordará la inclusión de la Asociación solicitante en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas de Calvià y asignará a la misma un número de inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Esta resolución, que deberá ser ratificada por el Pleno municipal en la primera sesión que se celebre, será notificada a la representación legal de la Asociación, y a partir de este momento, se considerará de alta a todos los efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 20. Modificación de datos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las Asociaciones inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas de Calvià quedan obligadas a notificar a l'Ajuntament toda modificación que se produzca en los datos inscritos, dentro del mes siguiente a la modificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;lgualmente, están obligadas a presentar a l'Ajuntament, dentro del mes de enero de cada año, su Presupuesto y programa anual de actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El incumplimiento de las obligaciones a que se refiere este Artículo podrá dar lugar a que la Alcaldía resuelva dar de baja a la Asociación en el Registro. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El incumplimiento de estas obligaciones podrá producir la baja de la inscripción en el Registro Municipal de Entidades Ciudadanas y la consiguiente pérdida de derechos que esta inscripción comporta. Para ello se tramitará el oportuno expediente, que en todo caso incluirá un trámite de audiencia previa a la Entidad interesada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítulo II.- &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;PROPUESTA CIUDADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 21. Concepto propuesta ciudadana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se entiende por Propuesta ciudadana aquella iniciativa orientada a proponer y canalizar ideas y puntos de vista de la ciudadanía, acerca de aspectos relacionados con la realidad municipal. Se referirán a identificación de necesidades, descripción y análisis de situaciones, así como propuestas de solución a las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 22. Derecho a formular propuestas ciudadanas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todas las personas censadas en el municipio tienen derecho a dirigirse a cualquier autoridad u órgano municipal, para elevar Propuestas o Sugerencias relacionadas con materia de competencia municipal y de interés particular y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La propuesta ciudadana se llevará a cabo con carácter general, cursando escrito a través del Registro municipal. Si es una entidad u organización formal la que lo presenta, serán sus responsables, en nombre de la misma, quienes formalicen este derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Al escrito de presentación, se adjuntará el contenido de la propuesta, fundamentando y describiendo en detalle la misma, para que pueda ser identificada y valorada con precisión por los órganos municipales competentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L' Ajuntament de Calvià pone a disposición de la vecindad del municipio otros instrumentos para recogida de propuestas ciudadanas a través del correo electrónico: &lt;span style="color:navy"&gt;participa@calvia.com&lt;/span&gt; , y a través del portal de participación: &lt;span style="color:navy"&gt;www.participacalvia.es&lt;/span&gt; o cualquier otro habilitado para tal efecto. )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La autoridad municipal competente analizará el contenido de la Propuesta, con el apoyo de los órganos o medios que procedan, e informará a la parte proponente sobre el curso que se le dará a su solicitud en el plazo de 30 días. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO III.-&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ETICIÓN Y QUEJAS, RECLAMACIONES Y SUGERENCIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 23. Derecho de Petición.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se reconoce el derecho de la ciudadanía a presentar peticiones o solicitudes al gobierno municipal en materias de su competencia o pedir aclaraciones sobre las actuaciones municipales, sin más limitaciones que las establecidas por las Leyes. Este derecho se ejerce utilizando cualquier medio válido en derecho que permita dejar constancia fehaciente de la entidad del peticionario y el objeto de la petición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las peticiones pueden incorporar sugerencias o iniciativas y se presentarán en cualquier oficina de registro municipal. También podrán utilizarse cualquiera de los medios electrónicos o telemáticos habilitados por l'Ajuntament de Calvià. Si se realizara de manera colectiva será necesaria que la identificación de los peticionarios esté debidamente acreditada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'Ajuntament cursará recibo de la petición en un plazo máximo de 10 días y admitirá a trámite, salvo que concurran alguna de las causas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Insuficiencia de acreditación de las personas peticionarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. El objeto de la petición no sea competencia del ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. La petición tenga un tŕamite administrativo específico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el primer caso deberá conceder un plazo de 10 días para subsanar la falta de acreditación, transcurrido el cual se entenderá por desistido en el procedimiento. La inadmisión por cualquiera de las causas será objeto de resolución motivada en el plazo de 45 días, contados a partir del siguiente a la fecha de presentación de la petición. L' Ajuntament, en caso de tener en cuenta la petición formulada, dará respuesta al peticionario en un plazo máximo de tres meses informando, en su caso, de las medidas que han de adoptarse al efecto o de las actuaciones previstas para adoptarlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 24. Derecho a presentar quejas, reclamaciones y sugerencias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Todas las personas tienen derecho a presentar quejas, reclamaciones y sugerencias respecto a la actividad municipal y los servicios públicos locales, en los términos establecidos en la Ley Orgánica 4/2001 de 12 de noviembre, reguladora del derecho de petición, sin perjuicio de su derecho a interponer los recursos administrativos o jurisdiccionales pertinentes. Los medios de presentación de quejas, reclamaciones y sugerencias serán los establecidos en el artículo anterior de esta ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO IV.- &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;LA CONSULTA POPULAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 25. Condiciones para efectuar la Consulta Popular&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El/la alcalde/esa, en los términos establecidos en la Ley de Régimen Local, podrá someter a Consulta popular aquellos asuntos de la competencia propia municipal y de carácter local que sean de especial relevancia para los intereses de la vecindad, con excepción de los relativos a la Hacienda Local, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 70 bis de la Ley 7/1985 reguladora de las bases de régimen local y normativa que resultare de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 26. Tramitación de la Consulta popular&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El acuerdo de efectuar una consulta popular, que deberá indicar con claridad los términos exactos de la misma, corresponde al pleno del Ayuntamiento por mayoría absoluta, el cual, asimismo, realizará los trámites pertinentes para llevarla a efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO V.-&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;UDIENCIA PÚBLICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 27. La Audiencia pública&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La audiencia pública constituye un espacio de participación o encuentro del/los responsables municipales con la ciudadanía para informar sobre determinadas actividades o programas de actuación y recoger propuestas de la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La audiencia puede tener ámbito de todo el municipio, núcleos, barrios, calle o cualquier otro espacio municipal que se determine en cada momento, para tratar temas de carácter monográfico y de especial trascendencia que necesiten una deliberación participativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La audiencia pública será convocada por El/la alcalde/esa, cuando afecte a todo el municipio o a más de un núcleo de población, por ell/la concejal/a de zona, en los demás casos, por propia iniciativa o a petición del cinco por cien de la respectiva población, o a petición del Consejo Municipal de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas solicitantes de la audiencia presentarán escrito razonado, al que se adjuntará una memoria sobre el asunto a tratar así como las firmas autenticadas en la forma establecida. El escrito y la documentación correspondiente podrán presentarse en las Oficinas de Registro de l’Ajuntament de Calvià, en las oficinas de Correos o a través del correo electrónico: &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;participa@calvia.com ,&lt;/span&gt; y a través del portal de participación: &lt;span style="color:navy"&gt;www.participacalvia.es&lt;/span&gt; o cualquier otro habilitado para tal efecto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Recibida la documentación, el alcalde o, en su caso, el/la concejal de zona correspondiente, convocará la audiencia pública, que deberá celebrarse en los dos meses siguientes. Entre la convocatoria y la celebración deberá mediar un plazo de quince días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 28. Audiencia pública de la infancia y la juventud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se trata de un medio de participación, consulta y asesoramiento, consistente en un espacio de participación o encuentro entre los/las responsables municipales con el órgano responsable de la participación infantil o juvenil en el municipio, creados al amparo de los artículos 7 y 8 de la presente ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La audiencia puede tener ámbito de todo el municipio, núcleos, barrios, calle o cualquier otro espacio municipal que se determine en cada momento para tratar temas de carácter monográfico y de especial trascendencia que necesiten una deliberación participativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Su función principal es la de dar voz a la infancia y la juventud del municipio, y deberá tener en cuenta, en su caso, los planes de trabajo que se elaboren en colaboración con las centros educativos, centros de tiempo libre, asociaciones de madres y padres y otras entidades relacionadas con la infancia y juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Será convocada por el Alcalde, directamente, o a petición del Consejo de la Infancia o del Consejo de Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Actuará como secretario/a el/la de la corporación o persona en quien delegue y asistirán los miembros del Consejo de la Infancia o del Consejo de Juventud, dependiendo del concreto órgano de participación que solicite la audiencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO VI.-&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; FOROS DE PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 29. Definición y creación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L' Ajuntament de Calvià podrá promover la creación de Foros de Participación ciudadana, como medios de participación directa de la ciudadanía en la reflexión, consulta y tratamiento de temáticas y asuntos que conciernen a la vida cotidiana y el interés público municipal. Los foros de participación podrán articularse a través de la celebración de reuniones, asambleas o mediante el uso de medios telemáticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La creación de un foro de participación se instará a través del propio Ajuntament de Calvià o a instancia de los órganos de participación establecidos en esta Ordenanza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 30. Funcionamiento de los foros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La asistencia o participación en un Foro, se podrá hacer con carácter general, a título particular o en representación de entidad o grupo social, acreditando debidamente dicha representación. No obstante podrá estar limitada o acotada por las condiciones que establezcan las entidades o agentes promotores o convocantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El responsable del Foro de participación será designado por l' Ajuntament de Calvià, pudiendo recaer en los representantes municipales, Concejal/a de Participación Ciudadana, Personal técnico o miembro de un órgano de participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Para garantizar la transparencia y el rigor de un foro de participación, será necesario que en las propuestas de convocatorias que se realicen, esté debidamente identificado el promotor, su objeto y los temas a tratar. Se convocarán a través de los medios oportunos, señalando el lugar, día y hora de la asamblea o reunión, régimen de las sesiones, votaciones, el objeto resumido de la misma e identificando la institución convocante y cualesquiera otro que pueda facilitar el funcionamiento del foro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. El resultado de los contenidos tratados y acordados en los Foros de participación será objeto de divulgación en el medio social donde se lleva a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. L' Ajuntament de Calvià podrá colaborar con promotores de Foros de ciudadanos mediante la autorización de utilización de medios municipales debiendo, en tal caso, distinguir de forma clara las personas o entidades que promueven el Foro y las cuestiones planteadas en el mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Las conclusiones y propuestas extraídas en los foros se podrán concretar, en su caso, en informes o memorias y podrán ser tomados en consideración para su presentación a instancias o instituciones determinadas, trabajos de investigación, difusión y/o divulgación, en el marco del objeto, para el que se constituyó el Foro. En el caso de propuestas presentadas a las administraciones públicas, estas tendrán siempre un valor consultivo para las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO VII.-&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;OS PRESUPUESTOS PARTICIPATIVOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 31. Concepto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Ajuntament de Calvià promoverá los presupuestos participativos como procesos democráticos mediante los cuales los vecinos y vecinas de Calvià pueden decidir de manera directa a qué destinar una parte del presupuesto municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El importe que se destinará a presupuestos participativos se reservará e incluirá cada año en el presupuesto anual de la Corporación Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 32. Proceso presupuestos participativos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Anualmente, cuando se inicie el proceso de presupuestos participativos mediante Decreto de alcaldía, a propuesta del área de participación ciudadana, se aprobará un protocolo de actuación que, necesariamente, deberá contener los siguientes elementos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Legitimación: Qué ciudadanos y ciudadanas empadronados en el Municipio de Calvià y con qué intervalo de edad vienen legitimados a proponer y, en su caso, votar propuestas, así como el modo en que se instrumentarán dichas votaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Definición de las Fases del proceso:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Recogida de propuestas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Análisis de propuestas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Votación de propuestas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Periodo de ejecución de propuestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 33. Resultado del proceso&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El resultado final del proceso se obtendrá una vez finalizada la votación, ordenando las propuestas por el número de votos, y seleccionando las propuestas de la más votada a la menos votada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el caso de que el número de propuestas superen la cantidad aprobada se seleccionarán las propuestas más votadas hasta llegar a la cantidad máxima para este proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se publicarán cada uno de los proyectos seleccionados con descripción de las actuaciones y de las fases en que se encuentren, de manera que pueda entenderse de manera sencilla la evolución de cada proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El área de participación ciudadana coordinará todo el proceso en garantía de la neutralidad y efectividad. Una vez haya finalizado, a partir de las evaluaciones de los resultados se promoverán las modificaciones necesarias en el proceso del año siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO VIII.-&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; EL VOLUNTARIADO COMO MÁXIMA EXPRESIÓN DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 34. El Voluntariado y la participación. Concepto de Voluntariado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Se entiende por Voluntariado el conjunto de actividades de interés general desarrolladas por personas físicas, que reúnan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Que tengan carácter solidario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Que su realización sea libre, sin que tengan una causa en una obligación personal o deber jurídico y sea asumida voluntariamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Que se lleven a cabo sin contraprestación económica o material, sin perjuicio del abono de los gastos reembolsables que el desempeño de la acción voluntaria ocasione a los voluntarios de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 12.2.d) de la Ley 45/2015, de 14 de octubre, de Voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Que se desarrollen a través de entidades de voluntariado con arreglo a programas concretos y dentro o fuera del territorio español sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en los artículos 21 y 22 de la Ley 45/2015, de 14 de octubre, de Voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Se entiende por actividades de interés general, aquellas que contribuyan en cada uno de los ámbitos de actuación del voluntariado a que hace referencia el artículo 6 de la Ley 45/2015, de 14 de octubre, de Voluntariado a mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas y de la sociedad en general y a proteger y conservar el entorno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. No tendrán la consideración de actividades de voluntariado las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Las ejecutadas por razones familiares, de amistad o de buena vecindad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Las que se realicen en virtud de una relación laboral, funcionarial, mercantil o de cualquier otra mediante contraprestación de orden económico o material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Los trabajos de colaboración social a los que se refiere el Real Decreto 1445/1982, de 25 de junio, por el que se regulan diversas medidas de fomento del empleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Las becas con o sin prestación de servicios o de cualquier otra actividad análoga cuyo objetivo principal sea la formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Tendrán la consideración de actividades de voluntariado, aquellas que se traduzcan en la realización de acciones concretas y específicas, sin integrarse en programas globales o a largo plazo, siempre que se realicen a través de una entidad de voluntariado. Asimismo de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación y que no requieran la presencia física de los voluntarios en las entidades de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. L' Ajuntament de Calvià respetará en todo caso los límites a la acción voluntaria del artículo 4 de la ley 45/2015, de 14 de octubre, de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 35. Regulación del Voluntariado municipal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El régimen de funcionamiento del voluntariado en el Ajuntament de Calvià se regirá por la Ley 45/2015 de 14 de octubre de 2015, de Voluntariado, por la ley 3/1998, de 18 de mayo del Voluntariado de les Illes Balears, por la presente Ordenanza así como por los Reglamentos que con carácter específico puedan aprobarse para la regulación de las actuaciones de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 36. Voluntariado Calvià&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“Voluntariado Calvià” es un servicio municipal que se creará al amparo del artículo 19 de la Ley 45/2015, de 14 de octubre, de voluntariado, como instrumento para ampliar el conocimiento de la población respecto a los recursos comunitarios y para vincular a la ciudadanía con su contexto social económico y cultural más próximo, así como desarrollar tareas de información, difusión, coordinación y soporte a todas esas personas, entidades, asociaciones interesadas en el trabajo voluntario para el interés social, comunitario y para el fomento del desarrollo local del municipio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El servicio “ Voluntariado Calvià” se aplicará a toda la ciudadanía, en los términos del artículo 8, 13 y 15 de la Ley 45/2015. de 14 de octubre, de Voluntariado, incluyendo a personas voluntarias, entidades de voluntariado, personas destinatarias o cualesquiera otro agente social que participen, se beneficien o lleven a cabo actividades de voluntariado en el término municipal de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por medio de “Voluntariado Calvià” se dinamizará la participación ciudadana dentro de las áreas generales de actuación de bienestar social, igualdad, medio ambiente, cultura, dinamización lingüística, juventud, deportes, cooperación, educación y cualquier otra área susceptible de acciones de voluntariado, de necesidad general o de naturaleza similar y ajustada a la ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Objetivos generales de “ Voluntariado Calvià”:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Sensibilizar a la sociedad sobre valores y acciones fundamentales de altruismo, cooperación, solidaridad y civismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Fomentar la iniciativa social y la identidad ciudadana en el desarrollo de acciones de voluntariado a nivel municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Fomentar alianzas público-privadas en el ámbito del voluntariado para el desarrollo local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Facilitar la regulación y dinamización del sector del voluntariado en el municipio, por lo que refiere tanto a asociaciones como a personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Conocer la realidad de las actuaciones, recursos, necesidades y demandas sociales existentes en cada ámbito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Facilitar la información de la sociedad en general respecto a las referidas necesidades, los recursos existentes, así como de las entidades y personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Posibilitar el acceso a una formación adecuada para las personas que participen en la acción voluntaria organizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Realizar una búsqueda de información y recursos existentes, así como datos útiles para todas las actuaciones propias de los actores involucrados en temas de voluntariado en el municipio en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Facilitar la participación ciudadana en el desarrollo local del municipio, aunando los esfuerzos tanto de personas voluntarias, como de entidades de voluntariado, así como del voluntariado corporativo que desarrollan los agentes privados en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Ámbito de “Voluntariado Calvià”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cuanto al ámbito territorial de “Voluntariado Calvià”, se extenderá a todo el municipio, pudiendo desplegar sus efectos a aquellas actuaciones de personas voluntarias del municipio o entidades, en el ámbito de la cooperación internacional y la ayuda humanitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“Voluntariado Calvià” dinamizará el voluntariado en todos los ámbitos públicos y privados del municipio, formando al voluntariado para que puedan desempeñar su labor voluntaria tanto en las diferentes áreas de l'Ajuntament que dispongan de programas de voluntariado. Los ámbitos funcionales en los que el voluntariado podrá desarrollar sus actividades en las áreas municipales, serán todos aquellos que corresponden a los departamentos y áreas de gestión municipal que hayan definido actuaciones de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además “Voluntariado Calviá” también podrá dirigir los recursos y derivar a personas voluntarias a las entidades ciudadanas de voluntariado que operan en el municipio (fundaciones, ONGs, asociaciones de voluntariado).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A tal efecto, l'Ajuntament de Calvià podrá llegar a acuerdos o convenios con entidades ciudadanas de voluntariado de cara a la colaboración con los programas de voluntariado establecidos por l'Ajuntament y/o para potenciar el trabajo que realizan las entidades sin ánimo de lucro que desarrollan actividades en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Así mismo, podrá facilitar la incorporación del voluntariado corporativo de las empresas instaladas en el municipio a cualquier tipo de programa de voluntariado para el fomento del desarrollo local del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A tal efecto, l'Ajuntament de Calvià podrá llegar a acuerdos o convenios con empresas ubicadas en el municipio que desarrollen programas de voluntariado corporativo, con el objetivo de potenciar la acción de voluntariado para el desarrollo de iniciativas a nivel local, y/o coordinar su colaboración con los programas de voluntariado establecidos por el Ayuntamiento y/o por entidades, sin ánimo de lucro que desarrollan actividades en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Funciones “ Voluntariado Calvià”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.1. Funciones de apoyo a las distintas áreas municipales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Proporcionar orientación a las áreas que quieran disponer de programa de voluntariado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Establecer un modelo global de gestión de voluntariado municipal a partir de las necesidades y de los intereses expresados por las distintas áreas municipales respecto al voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Proporcionar orientación a los programas de voluntariado de las distintas áreas, detectar las necesidades y proponer mejoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Llevar a cabo la intermediación entre los programas de voluntariado municipal y las personas interesadas en participar, a través de una bolsa de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Facilitar certificados respecto a la formación recibida y la actuación voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.2. Funciones de apoyo a las personas y entidades del voluntariado interesadas en realizar labores de voluntariado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Realizar campañas de información y difusión sobre voluntariado dirigidas a la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Elaborar y suscribir, en su caso, los acuerdos de incorporación de voluntarios, tanto con l'Ajuntament de Calvià, como en su caso, con las entidades de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Orientar a las personas y entidades de voluntariado interesadas en los programas de voluntariado municipales que puedan ser más adecuados a sus intereses y necesidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Organizar y coordinar distintas actividades de formación ( cursos, reuniones de coordinación, charlas, sesiones, conferencias…) para las personas que participen en los programas municipales de las diferentes áreas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Llevar el registro de altas y bajas de personas voluntarias en todos los programas de voluntariado municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Realizar actividades de sensibilización y reconocimiento del trabajo voluntario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Derivar voluntariado a las entidades de voluntariado que operan en el municipio, con el objetivo de multiplicar sus capacidades y recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.3&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; Funciones de las distintas áreas municipales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las áreas y/o Concejalías de l'Ajuntament de Calviá que promuevan la acogida de personas voluntarias deberán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Definir un programa de voluntariado que apoye las iniciativas desarrolladas desde cada Concejalía/área y que dé respuesta a una necesidad detectada desde el área, adecuándose en su planteamiento a la normativa existente sobre voluntariado en entidades públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Concretar un calendario de las actividades y tareas de voluntariado a desarrollar por parte de las personas voluntarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Designar, de entre los participantes en el programa, la persona voluntaria, más adecuada para desarrollar la tarea prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. LLevar a cabo el seguimiento de la acción voluntaria concreta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Facilitar los recursos materiales necesarios propios de cada tarea voluntaria (materiales diversos, elementos identificativos específicos, material de difusión, etc)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Proporcionar al servicio “Voluntariado Calvià” la información necesaria para facilitar el control y buen funcionamiento de la acción voluntaria, así como los incidentes que puedan dar lugar a la baja dentro del programa municipal de voluntariado, la pérdida de condición de voluntariado o cualquier otro que pueda resultar trascendente para el servicio de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 37. Organización&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Ajuntament de Calvià definirá su programa municipal de voluntariado según los términos previstos en el artículo 7 de la Ley 45/2017, de 16 de octubre, de voluntariado. La incorporación al programa de voluntariado, se hará siempre en virtud de la solicitud de la persona interesada, acompañada de una declaración jurada de no hallarse inhabilitado para funciones públicas por sentencia firme, y del compromiso de conocer y aceptar el contenido de esta reglamentación. Así mismo, cada área municipal puede exigir otros requisitos específicos, teniendo en cuenta el sector de la población con el que se desarrollará la labor voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La condición de voluntario/a faculta únicamente para realizar las actividades correspondientes a la misma dentro del proyecto, no pudiendo ampararse en la condición de voluntario/a para realizar otras actividades con fines de interés personal, religioso, político o sindical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La coordinación de la gestión general en lo concerniente al servicio “Voluntariado Calvià” le corresponde al área de Participación Ciudadana de l'Ajuntament, que derivará en función de las necesidades y los programas de voluntariado definidos por cada área, a las personas voluntarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para estructurar y canalizar la gestión del voluntariado, dado su carácter transversal, los diferentes departamentos municipales podrán crear programas específicos, en el marco del programa municipal de voluntariado, haciéndose cargo cada departamento de la gestión de la acción de las personas voluntarias adscritas al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 38. Funciones del voluntario “Voluntariado Calviá”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La actuación del voluntariado se enmarca en el ámbito de la prestación voluntaria, dentro de los proyectos e iniciativas que desarrolle l'Ajuntament, a través de sus diversos departamentos y servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Las funciones de las personas voluntarias se concretan en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Realización de las actividades concertadas, propias del proyecto al que esté adscrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Apoyo a los servicios ofrecidos por el programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Colaboración en el diseño de planes y programas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Colaboración en la divulgación relacionada con los programas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Otros, acordados entre los responsables del programa y el voluntariado..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 39. Derechos de las personas voluntarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Las personas voluntarias tienen los siguientes derechos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Recibir regularmente durante la prestación de su actividad, información, orientación y apoyo, así como los medios materiales necesarios para el ejercicio de las funciones que se les encomienden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Recibir en todo momento, a cargo a l'Ajuntament y/o la entidad de voluntariado, y adaptada a sus condiciones personales, la formación necesaria para el correcto desarrollo de las actividades que se les asignen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Ser tratadas en condiciones de igualdad, sin discriminación, respetando su libertad, identidad, dignidad y los demás derechos fundamentales reconocidos en los convenios, tratados internacionales y en la Constitución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Participar activamente ya sea en l'Ajuntament o bien en la organización en que se inserten, colaborando en la elaboración, diseño, ejecución y evaluación de los programas o proyectos, de acuerdo con sus estatutos o normas de aplicación y, en la medida que éstas lo permitan, en el gobierno y administración de la entidad de voluntariado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Estar cubiertos, a cargo de l'Ajuntament y/o la entidad de voluntariado en que se inserten, de los riesgos de accidente y enfermedad derivados directamente del ejercicio de la acción voluntaria y de responsabilidad civil en los casos en los que la legislación sectorial así lo exija, a través de un seguro u otra garantía financiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Ser reembolsadas por la entidad de voluntariado de los gastos realizados en el desempeño de sus actividades, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el acuerdo de incorporación y teniendo en cuenta el ámbito de actuación de voluntariado que desarrollen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Disponer de una acreditación identificativa de su condición de voluntariado en la que conste, además, la entidad de voluntariado en la que participa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Realizar su actividad de acuerdo con el principio de accesibilidad universal adaptado a la actividad que desarrollen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Obtener reconocimiento por parte de l'Ajuntament y/o de la entidad de voluntariado, por el valor social de su contribución y por las competencias, aptitudes y destrezas adquiridas como consecuencia del ejercicio de su labor de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. Que sus datos de carácter personal sean tratados y protegidos de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k. Cesar en la realización de sus actividades como voluntario/a, en los términos establecidos en el acuerdo de incorporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El ejercicio de la acción voluntaria no podrá suponer menoscabo o restricción alguna en los derechos reconocidos por ley a las personas voluntarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. L'Ajuntament de Calvià, en el marco de los programas de voluntariado, podrá establecer condiciones de acceso gratuito a determinados servicios públicos a las personas que participen los programas de voluntariado, las condiciones de dicho acceso tendrán carácter público, establecidas con carácter general y siendo competencia de la Alcaldía la aprobación de los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 40. Deberes de las personas voluntarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las personas voluntarias están obligadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Cumplir los compromisos adquiridos con l'Ajuntament y/o las entidades de voluntariado en las que se integren, reflejados en el acuerdo de incorporación, respetando los fines y estatutos de las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Guardar la debida confidencialidad de la información recibida y conocida en el desarrollo de su acción voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Rechazar cualquier contraprestación material o económica que pudieran recibir bien de las personas destinatarias de la acción voluntaria, bien de otras personas relacionadas con su acción voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Respetar los derechos de las personas destinatarias de la acción voluntaria en los términos previstos en el artículo 16 de la Ley 45/2015, de 14 de octubre de 2015, de Voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Actuar con la diligencia debida y de forma solidaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Participar en las tareas formativas previstas por l'Ajuntament y/o la entidad de voluntariado para las actividades y funciones confiadas, así como en las que con carácter permanente se precisen para mantener la calidad de los servicios que presten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Seguir las instrucciones de la entidad de voluntariado que tengan relación con el desarrollo de las actividades encomendadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Utilizar debidamente la acreditación personal y los distintivos de la entidad de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Respetar y cuidar los recursos materiales que ponga a su disposición la entidad de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. Cumplir las medidas de seguridad y salud existentes en la entidad de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k. Observar las normas sobre protección y tratamiento de datos de carácter personal de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, y demás normativa de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 41. Formación y reconocimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. A través del programa de voluntariado de “Voluntariado Calviá”, se desarrollaran acciones de formación básica general y específicas, creándose asimismo espacios para que el voluntario pueda participar en encuentros, jornadas, conferencias y/o talleres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El reconocimiento y acreditación de las actuaciones de voluntariado se realizará en los términos del artículo 24 de la Ley 45/2015, de 14 de octubre, de Voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 42. Programa Municipal “Voluntariado Calvià”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Programa Municipal de Voluntariado de l'Ajuntament de Calvià debe contener, al menos, las siguientes determinaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Denominación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Identificación del responsable del programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Fines y objetivos que se proponga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Descripción de las actividades que comprenda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Ámbito territorial que abarque.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Duración prevista para su ejecución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Número de personas voluntarias necesarias, el perfil adecuado para los cometidos que vayan a desarrollar y la cualificación o formación exigible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Criterios para determinar, en su caso, el perfil de las personas destinatarias del programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Medios y recursos precisos para llevarlo a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. Mecanismos de control, seguimiento y evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cuando la Administración General del Estado financie programas de voluntariado, podrá exigir contenidos adicionales de acuerdo con la normativa de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 43. Relación entre las personas voluntarias y l'Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El Programa Municipal de Voluntariado de l'Ajuntament de Calvià, realizará un seguimiento y evaluación permanente de la acción voluntaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Sin perjuicio de los acuerdos que puedan existir entre la entidad de voluntariado y el voluntario/a en particular, la relación entre la persona voluntaria y l' Ajuntament de Calvià se establecerá siempre a través de la suscripción de un acuerdo de incorporación que constituirá el instrumento principal de su definición y regulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El acuerdo de incorporación tendrá el contenido mínimo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. El conjunto de derechos y deberes que corresponden a ambas partes, que habrá de respetar lo dispuesto en la presente ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. La descripción de las funciones, actividades y tiempo de dedicación que se compromete a realizar el voluntario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. En su caso, el régimen por el que se regulará la intervención de trabajadores asalariados o socios que participen en las actuaciones de voluntariado dentro de la propia entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. El régimen de gastos reembolsables que han de abonarse a las personas voluntarias, de conformidad con la acción voluntaria a desarrollar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. La formación que se requiera para el cumplimiento de las funciones que tengan asignadas las personas voluntarias y, en su caso, el itinerario que deba seguirse para obtenerla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. La duración del compromiso, así como las causas y forma de desvinculación por ambas partes, que deberán respetar al máximo los derechos de las personas destinatarias de la acción voluntaria y el mejor desarrollo de los programas de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. El régimen para dirimir los conflictos entre las personas voluntarias, l'Ajuntament de Calvià y la entidad de voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. El cambio de adscripción al programa de voluntariado o cualquier otra circunstancia que modifique el régimen de actuación inicialmente convenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. El acuerdo de incorporación debe formalizarse por escrito, en duplicado ejemplar, e ir acompañando, cuando proceda, de la certificación negativa del Registro Central de Penados o de la declaración responsable a las que se refieren, respectivamente, los apartados 4 y 5 del artículo 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Los conflictos que surjan entre los voluntarios y las entidades de voluntariado en el ejercicio de las actividades propias de voluntariado, o en su caso, con l'Ajuntament de Calvià, se dirimirán por vía arbitral de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 60/2003, de 23 de diciembre, de Arbitraje, si así se ha pactado en el acuerdo de incorporación y, en defecto de pacto, por la jurisdicción competente, de acuerdo con lo establecido en las normas procesales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 44. Colaboración con las entidades locales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L' Ajuntament de Calvià promoverá como Administración Pública más cercana a las personas destinatarias de las acciones de voluntariado, en los términos previstos en la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, y en colaboración con el resto de Administraciones y especialmente con las comunidades autónomas, el desarrollo del voluntariado en los ámbitos a que se refiere el artículo 6 de la Ley 45/2015, de 14 de octubre, de Voluntariado, como instrumento para ampliar el conocimiento de la población respecto a los recursos comunitarios y para vincular a la ciudadanía con su contexto social, económico y cultural más próximo, tal como dispone el artículo 19 de la citada ley 45/2015, de 14 de octubre, de Voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTULO V.- &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;LA PROMOCIÓN Y EL DESARROLLO DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN. RECURSOS DESTINADOS AL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LOS ÓRGANOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA Y LAS ACCIONES QUE SE DERIVEN DE SU DESARROLLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO I.- &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;LA PROMOCIÓN Y EL DESARROLLO DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 45. Promoción de la participación ciudadana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. L' Ajuntament de Calvià promoverá la divulgación en general de la actividad municipal, y adquiere el compromiso de impulsar procesos participativos ciudadanos que permitan incorporar el mayor número de ciudadanos al diagnóstico y valoración de la situación del municipio, así como al diseño y planificación de actuaciones y al desarrollo de las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. A tal efecto l' Ajuntament podrá elaborar Planes de Participación Ciudadana, transversal a todas las áreas de actividad municipal, que se presentará al Consejo Municipal de Calvià para su consideración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Los Planes de Participación ciudadana incluirán en todo caso un capítulo específico sobre comunicación para la participación ciudadana, en el que se harán explícitos aspectos relacionados con la comunicación entre las instituciones, entidades y organizaciones del municipio y en particular las de la Administración local con estas y con la ciudadanía en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 46. Formación para la Participación ciudadana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Con el objetivo de fomentar y enriquecer la cultura de la participación en el municipio, l'Ajuntament de Calvià, a través de los Planes de Participación Ciudadana, promoverá el desarrollo de programas de formación en Participación Ciudadana, para dotar al tejido asociativo local de la formación necesaria para el adecuado funcionamiento participativo de las asociaciones y entidades locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Será también objetivo de estos programas la formación del personal municipal, con el fin de capacitar a los mismos en la aplicación de criterios y modelos participativos en la gestión cotidiana de las áreas y departamentos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO II.-&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ECURSOS DESTINADOS AL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LOS ÓRGANOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 47. Recursos económicos necesarios para el funcionamiento de los órganos de participación ciudadana y las acciones que se deriven de su desarrollo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. L'Ajuntament de Calvià establecerá y proveerá los instrumentos y recursos humanos, económicos y materiales, de acuerdo con sus posibilidades, para garantizar el funcionamiento de los órganos de participación ciudadana y las acciones que se deriven de su desarrollo. Así mismo l' Ajuntament de Calvià proveerá de los recursos necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento del servicio municipal “ Voluntariado Calvià”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La asignación de recursos económicos necesarios para la operatividad de los órganos de gestión y el despliegue de las acciones que se derivan de esta Ordenanza, se reflejarán y plasmarán de manera específica en los presupuestos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIONES ADICIONALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;PRIMERA.- L' Ajuntament de Calvià promoverá la elaboración de un plan director de participación ciudadana para mejora de la organización municipal, favorecer la estructura y consolidación del tejido asociativo así como el interés de la ciudadanía para participar en la mejora del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;SEGUNDA.- La aparición de nuevos modelos, buenas prácticas, experiencias o sistemas que favorezcan la participación ciudadana en las acciones del gobierno local podrán ser incorporados, a propuesta del regidor/a de Participación Ciudadana, por el/la alcalde/esa siempre que no supongan modificación de este Reglamento en cuyo caso deberá aprobarse por el Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓN DEROGATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Desde la fecha de entrada en vigor de la presente Ordenanza queda derogada la Ordenanza de Participación Ciudadana del Ajuntament de Calvià, aprobada definitivamente por Pleno Municipal en fecha 21 de septiembre de 1993 y publicada en el BOCAIB de fecha 2 de noviembre de 1993, así como otras disposiciones contenidas en Ordenanzas y Reglamentos Municipales que se opongan a lo dispuesto en la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIONES FINALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;PRIMERA.- Esta Ordenanza entrará en vigor una vez sea publicada íntegramente en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears y transcurrido el término previsto en la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;SEGUNDA.- La modificación o derogación de la presente Ordenanza exigirá el mismo procedimiento que su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;TERCERA.- La aprobación de nuevas disposiciones legales en relación a la participación ciudadana que supongan una modificación de este reglamento se aplicarán de manera directa, sin perjuicio que se modifique también este reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
