El vicepresident segon i conseller executiu de Participació Ciutadana i Presidència, dia 18 de juny de 2018, va aprovar l’expedient de convocatòria pública de subvencions per inversions en infraestructures i en equipaments realitzades a locals en els quals entitats de gent gran duen a terme activitats de promoció i animació sociocultural, any 2018 (BOIB núm. 81 de dia 30 de juny de 2018).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">»2. La Comissió Tècnica d’Avaluació, reunida el dia 11 de setembre de 2018, va examinar i avaluar les sol·licituds presentades. Així, d’acord amb el que s’estableix en l’apartat 12 de la convocatòria, i atès que el crèdit existent és suficient per atendre les peticions que reuneixen els requisists per a ser beneficiàries, va proposar concedir a les entitats admeses la quantia sol·licitada, excepte a:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Courier New&quot;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">»«a) Asociación de Personas Mayores de Son Forteza, CIF G-07270895, la Comissió conclou que al projecte en qüestió es preveuen despeses, instal·lació split i lluminària, en base a les quals l’associació no compleix amb els requisits per ser beneficiària. El local on s’han projectat les inversions (obres i instal·lacions) és en règim de lloguer, i, en el supòsit de que se sol·liciti la subvenció per obres i instal·lacions, l’associació ha de ser-ne la propietària o beneficiària d’una cessió d’ús exclusiu, atorgada per una administració pública. Per tant, s’acorda que la quantia màxima que es podrà atorgar a aquesta entitat serà la resultant de disminuir la quantitat del projecte en l’import pressupostat per aquestes despeses. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Courier New&quot;"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">»»b) Associació de Persones Majors Sa Cabana, CIF G-07763212, la Comissió conclou que al projecte en qüestió es preveuen despeses, tancament en alumini, en base a les quals l’associació no compleix amb els requisits per ser beneficiària. El local on s’han projectat les inversions (obres i instal·lacions) és en règim de lloguer, i, en el supòsit de que se sol·liciti la subvenció per obres i instal·lacions, l’associació ha de ser-ne la propietària o beneficiària d’una cessió d’ús exclusiu, atorgada per una administració pública. No disposar a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de la sol·licitud de subvenció (16 de juliol de 2018) de l’autorització de l’entitat titular de l’immoble per fer les inversions (obres i instal·lacions). Per tant, s’acorda que la quantia màxima que es podrà atorgar a aquesta entitat serà la resultant de disminuir la quantitat del projecte en l’import pressupostat per aquestes despeses. »</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;">»3.
