31241 31242 ![CDATA[Aprovació definitivia Ordenança Taxes Esportives]] ca 2018-09-17 text/html 613484 2018-09-20 40 CAIB CAIB CAIB 2018-09-20 ca 9556 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Aprovació definitiva de la modificació de l’Ordenança Fiscal reguladora de la taxa per la prestació de serveis i realització d’activitats en les instal·lacions esportives municipals, una vegada finalitzat el termini d’exposició pública sense que s’hagin presentat al·legacions.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Es publica el text íntegre de la mateixa per a la seva entrada en vigor i aplicació, en compliment del previst a l’article 17.4 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004 de 5 de març, pel qual s’aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Contra aquest acord, que és definitiu en via administrativa, sols es pot interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la publicació d’aquest anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">No obstant l’anterior, es pot formular qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri adient. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="color:black">APROVACIÓ DE LA MODIFICACIÓ DE L’ORDENANÇA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TAXA PER LA PRESTACIÓ DE SERVEIS I REALITZACIÓ D’ACTIVITATS EN LES INSTAL·LACIONS ESPORTIVES MUNICIPALS</span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Antecedents:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="color:black">Primer.- </span></strong><span style="color:black">L’Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per la prestació de serveis i realització d’activitats en les instal·lacions esportives municipals va ser modificada per darrer cop per acord del Ple de 10 de febrer de 2016, sense que des d’aquell moment s’hagi introduït cap actualització o modificació</span><strong><span style="color:black">. </span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="color:black">Segon.- </span></strong><span style="color:black">El regidor d’esports ha estat en contacte amb els usuaris de les diferents instal·lacions esportives i ha constatat la necessitat de dur una sèrie de modificacions en les quotes de la taxa de la piscina municipal i la introducció d’un carnet familiar per a residents</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Proposta de dictamen per ser aprovat en sessió Plenària:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="color:black">Primer</span></strong><span style="color:black">.- Aprovació provisional de la modificació de l’Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per la prestació de serveis i realització d’activitats en les instal·lacions esportives municipals</span><span style="color:#231f20">, essent la redacció proposta la següent</span><span style="color:black">:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">“</span><strong><em><span style="color:black">Article 5.</span></em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><em><span style="color:black">Quota tributària</span></em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><span style="color:black">1.
