El Consell Assessor de Dret Civil de les Illes Balears va ser creat per la Llei&amp;nbsp;7/2017, de 3 d’agost, per la qual es modifica la Compilació de dret civil de les Illes Balears, com a òrgan permanent de consulta i assessorament del Govern de les Illes Balears i del Parlament de les Illes Balears en matèria de dret civil de les Illes Balears, adscrit al Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D’acord amb l’apartat 2 de la disposició addicional cinquena de la Llei esmentada:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Consell Assessor de Dret Civil de les Illes Balears tindrà una composició paritària entre illes i paritària entre homes i dones, amb un total de deu membres.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tots els membres i les membres del Consell Assessor de Dret Civil de les Illes Balears han de ser juristes de trajectòria professional o acadèmica reconeguda i experiència demostrada en el camp del dret civil de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dels membres i les membres del Consell Assessor de Dret Civil de les Illes Balears, dos seran designats pel Govern de les Illes Balears i dos per cada un dels consells insulars, a l’inici de cada legislatura. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els membres i les membres del Consell Assessor de Dret Civil de les Illes Balears no poden ocupar càrrecs públics ni per elecció ni per designació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Govern, per la seva banda, també nomenarà un funcionari o funcionària que exercirà les funcions de secretari o secretària.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D’acord amb l’apartat 6 de la mateixa disposició, els nomenaments dels primers vocals del Consell Assessor de Dret Civil de les Illes Balears tindran vigència fins a finals de la present legislatura.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. El Decret 28/2018, de 7 de setembre, pel qual es regulen diversos aspectes del Consell Assessor de Dret Civil de les Illes Balears, estableix en l’article 2 que el Consell de Govern de les Illes Balears acordarà el nomenament dels deu vocals del Consell Assessor de Dret Civil de les Illes Balears i la designació de qui en serà el president o presidenta. Així mateix, se’n nomenarà el secretari o secretària, que ha de ser un funcionari o funcionària de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma, que tindrà dret a veu però no a vot, i serà responsable de la custòdia de la documentació i els arxius vinculats a l’actuació del Consell Assessor de Dret Civil de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D’altra part, els membres del &lt;/span&gt;Consell Assessor de Dret Civil de les Illes Balears &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;han de prendre possessió dels càrrecs davant el president o presidenta del Govern de les Illes Balears, mitjançant jurament o promesa, amb constància escrita d’això.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. D’acord amb la normativa vigent, s’han designat vocals les persones següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La senyora Antonia Paniza Fullana, designada pel Govern de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La senyora Francesca Llodrà Grimalt, designada pel Consell Insular de Mallorca &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El senyor Miquel Àngel Mas Colom, designat pel Consell Insular de Mallorca &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La senyora Teresa Castillo Moreno, designada pel Consell Insular de Menorca &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El senyor Francisco Marqués Pons, designat pel Consell Insular de Menorca &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El senyor Juan Carlos Torres Ailhaud, designat pel Consell Insular d’Eivissa &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La senyora Maria Torres Bonet, designada pel Consell Insular d’Eivissa &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El senyor Ángel Custodio Navarro Sánchez, designat pel Consell Insular de Formentera&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La senyora María del Pilar Serra Escandell, designada pel Consell Insular de Formentera&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta de la consellera de Presidència, en la sessió del dia 14 de setembre de 2018, adoptà, entre d’altres, l’Acord següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
