Antecedents</em></em></span></span></strong></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>En data 22 de desembre de 2016, es va publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) núm. 160, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de 20 desembre de 2016, per la qual es convoquen, per a l’any 2016, subvencions per a determinades actuacions de les previstes en la submesura 8.5. </em></em></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>En data 20 de desembre de 2017 per Desició C(2017)9024 d ela Comissió es va modificar el cofinançament de la mesura 8.5 del PDR per als pagaments efectuat a partir de 1 de gener de 2018.</em></em></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>En data 21 de juliol de 2018, es va publicar al BOIB Núm. 90 la la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de 19 de juliol de 2018 per la qual es modifica el crèdit i el percentatge de cofinançament de la convocatòria referida</em></em></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>Per tot l’anterior, es fa necessari modificar els cofinançaments dels expedients concedits i no pagats d’acord amb els cofinançaments previst inicialment per la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantía Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de 20 de desembre de 2016, conforme els percentatges de cofinançament establerts per la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantía Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de 12 de febrer de 2018.</em></em></span></span></li> </ol> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>2. Conclusió</em> </em></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>Atesos els antecedents exposats, aquest Servei informa favorablement i proposa al vicepresident del FOGAIBA que dicti la Resolució següent:</em></em></span></span></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>Modificar els percentatges de cofinançament prevists en la Resolució del president del FOGAIBA, de 20 desembre de 2016, per la qual es convoquen, per a l’any 2016, subvencions per a determinades actuacions de les previstes en la submesura 8.5, conforme els percentatges de cofinançament establerts per la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), de 19 de juliol de 2018, per la qual modifiquen els crèdits i el cofinançament de diverses convocatòries de subvencions del FOGAIBA, corresponents a les mesures previstes en el Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears 2014-2020. Els expedients afectats són els concedits i no pagats fins al dia 31 de desembre de 2017 que s’indiquen en l’annex i en les quantitats referides.</em></em></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em><em>Disposar que els percentatges de cofinançament conforme al PDR 2014-2020 seran els següents: 53,00 % pel FEADER, en un 14,10 %, per l’AGE i en un 32,90 % per la CAIB.</em></em></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
