&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLUCIÓ D'ALCALDIA &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A la vista de l’escrit presentat per na Neus Ribas Ribas, DNI 41448174, en relació a que les bases de la convocatòria per a la creació d’una borsa d’auxiliars administratius per a l’any 2018, publicades al BOIB num. 105, de 25 d’agosto de 2018, no s’ajusten al Reglament de funcionament de borsins de l’Ajuntament, en quan a que han d’incloure i valorar mèrits que no es reflexen a les bases publicades.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vist l’informe jurídic emès pel tècnic d’administració general, Sr. Juan Manuel López Llamas,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pel present, S’ACORDA:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;. Estimar parcialment la petició presentada per na Neus Ribas Ribas, pel que fa a la valoració dels mèrits i rectificar les bases aprovades per a la creació d’una borsa d’auxiliars administratius i publicades en el BOIB núm. 105, en el següent sentit:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;On diu:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mèrits professionals o nivell d’experiència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per serveis prestats a l’Administració (ja sigui en propietat, interinament o en règim de contracte laboral), desenvolupant funcions pròpies del lloc d’auxiliar administratiu, grup de Classificació C2, per períodes mensuals complets, demostrables mitjançant certificació de la administració corresponent: a raó de 0,25 punts per mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per serveis prestats mitjançant convenis de col·laboració social, desenvolupant funcions pròpies del lloc d’auxiliar administratiu, grup de Classificació C2, per períodes mensuals complets, demostrables mitjançant certificació de l’administració corresponent: a raó de 0,15 punts per mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima serà de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es rectifica en el següent sentit:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mèrits professionals o nivel d’experiència. La puntuació total será de 10 punts i es valorarà de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Experiència professional: màxim 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.1 Per serveis prestats a l’Administració (ja sigui en propietat, interinament o en règim de contracte laboral) laboral), desenvolupant funcions pròpies del lloc d’auxiliar administratiu, grup de Classificació C2, per períodes mensulars complerts, demostrables mitjançant certificació de l’administració corresponent: a raor de 0,25 punts per mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.2 Per serveis prestats mitjançant convenis de col·laboració social, desenvolupant funcions pròpies del lloc d’auxiliar administratiu, grup de Classificació C2, per períodes mensuals complets, demostrables mitjançant certificació de l’administració corresponent: a raó de 0,15 punts per mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Acreditació nivell català superior a l’exigit a la convocatoria (B2): máxim 0,50 punts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per acreditar el nivell de català conforme a l’establert en el Decret 11/2017 de 24 de març, es puntuarà&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nivell C1: 0,25 punts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nivell C2: 0,50 punts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nomès es valorarà el del nivell superior aportat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Titulacions acadèmiques relacionades amb les funcions del cos, de l’escala o de la especialitat:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Títol de batxiller superior o equivalent o títol de formació professional de segon grau…………. 1 punt.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Cursos de formació relacionats amb l’informàtica a nivell d’usuari, curs bàsic de prevenció de riscos laborals, de l’`area de qualitat i de l’àrea jurídic administrativa:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.1&amp;nbsp;Cursos de fins 20 hores……………………………….. 0,10 punts. (0,15 punts si s’acredita que l’ha impartit l’interessat)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.2&amp;nbsp;Cursos de més de 20 hores i fins a 50 hores……….. 0,30 punts. (0,35 punts si s’acredita que l’ha impartit l’interessat)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.3&amp;nbsp;Cursos de més de 50 hores ………………………………… 0,50 punts. (0,60 punts si s’acredita que l’ha impartit l’interessat)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;La puntuació màxima en aquest apartat serà de 1,50 punts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Diplomes, títols oficials o certificats referents a seminaris, congressos i jornades, relacionats amb les funcions d’auxiliar administratiu:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.1&amp;nbsp;Assistencia cursos de fins a 20 hores………………….. 0,10 puntss. (0,15 puntos si se acredita que lo ha impartido el interesado)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.2&amp;nbsp;Asistencia cursos de més de 20 hores i fins a 50 hores……….. 0,30 punts. (0,35 punts si s’acredita que l’ha impartit l’interessat)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.3&amp;nbsp;Asistencia Cursos de més de 50 hores ………………………………… 0,50 punts. (0,60 punts si s’acredita que l’ha impartit l’interessat)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;La puntuació màxima en aquest apartatat serà de 1,00 punt.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprovar la rectificació de les bases amb els termes expressats a l’apartat anterior.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;: Publicar la present resolució de rectificació en el BOIB, concedint un termini de cinc dies hàbils a partir de la publicació de l’anunci, per a la presentació o completació de la sol·licitud d’admissió a la convocatòria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
