    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera.- &lt;/strong&gt;La selecció es regirà per les indicacions recollides en la present convocatòria i en la normativa d’aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona.- &lt;/strong&gt;S’ofereix un contracte d’interinitat a temps parcial, grup de classificació A, salari brut anual per a temps complet de 32.687,55.-€ dintre del següent horari de dilluns a divendres de 08:00h a 15:30h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La feina consisteix en gestionar i dirigir els aspectes jurídics de la Fundació BIT: contractació, àrea immobiliària, urbanisme, aspectes fiscals, defensa jurídica, i qualsevol altre tasca relativa a l’activitat de l’ens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera.- &lt;/strong&gt;Els candidats hauran de complir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Nacionalitat espanyola o alguna altra d’acord amb l’article 57 de l’EBEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tenir 16 anys d’edat complerts i no haver arribat a l’edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No haver estat separat, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de qualsevol administració pública, o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes; ni trobar-se inhabilitat de forma absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per exercir funcions similars a les que complien, en el cas que haguessin estat separats, inhabilitats o acomiadats disciplinàriament. En el cas de ser de nacionalitat d’un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitats o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat i en els mateixos termes, a l'accés a un lloc de feina en una entitat del sector públic instrumental del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l’exercici de les funcions de la categoria laboral en què s'inclouen a la plaça oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estar en possessió de la titulació de Llicenciat o Grau en Dret o titulació equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Certificat de català nivell C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quarta.- &lt;/strong&gt;El procés de selecció es realitzarà per una comissió de selecció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La documentació justificativa (original i fotocòpia) s’haurà d’aportar a les oficines de la Fundació Bit, carrer Laura Bassi, s/n-Centre Empresarial Son Espanyol, Parc-Bit, en l’horari de 09:00h a 13:00h. Tot això sense perjudici de fer-ho en qualsevol de les formes previstes a la Llei 39/2015, d’1 &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;d’octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Titulació de llicenciat o grau en Dret o titulació equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Certificat C1 de català (s’ha d’aportar certificat oficial expedit per l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública o expedit o homologat per la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut de la Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Acreditació de l’experiència laboral a llocs anàlegs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les persones interessades en participar en la convocatòria disposen de 15 dies naturals per presentar la sol·licitud, comptadors a partir de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;l’endemà de la publicació d’aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Finalitzat el termini per presentar les sol·licituds, es publicarà una llista provisional d’admesos i exclosos amb un termini de 7 dies naturals per a esmenar les possibles omissions i/o deficiències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Gerent de la entitat emetrà resolució amb la llista definitiva d’admesos i començarà la següent fase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Només els candidats o candidates que compleixin amb els requisits passaran a la fase 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fase 1 – PROVA (5 PUNTS)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Prova tipus test, EXAMEN, amb 50 preguntes d'opció múltiple (4 opcions). De cada pregunta solament una resposta serà correcta. En l’examen es demanaran preguntes del següent temari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquesta prova tindrà una durada de 60 minuts. Cada pregunta tindrà una puntuació total de 0,10 punts. Les preguntes mal contestades restaran 0,03 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;S'ha de superar el 40% de la puntuació total de la prova per continuar en el procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fase 2 – ENTREVISTA PERSONAL (1 PUNT)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Entrevista personal: Es valoraran les competències específiques que es requereixen per la realització de la feina: Tenir capacitat de treballar en equip, capacitat d'autoaprenentatge, autonomia i capacitat resolutiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fase 3 – MÈRITS (4 PUNTS)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Experiència: Màxim de 3 punts segons els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mesos d'experiència exercint funcions d’advocacia o assessorament jurídic a nivell de tècnic superior al sector públic: 0,15 punts per cada mes treballat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mesos d'experiència exercint funcions d’advocacia o assessorament jurídic a nivell de tècnic superior al sector privat: 0,8 punts per cada mes treballat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’experiència laboral es justificarà amb un informe de vida laboral, contracte de treball o certificat adient de l’ocupador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Coneixements de català: Certificació C2 o LA de català: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;S’ha d’aportar certificat oficial expedit per l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública o expedit o homologat per la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut de la Conselleria d’Educació, Cultura i Universitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per superar la selecció s'exigirà una puntuació mínima de 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, la comissió de selecció elaborarà una llista provisional amb les puntuacions que han obtingut els aspirants,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;amb indicació del nombre del document nacional d'identitat i s’obrirà un termini de set dies naturals, des de l'endemà de la publicació de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;llista, per a la presentació d'al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La comissió de selecció, els dos dies hàbils després, valorarà les al·legacions i elaborarà les llistes definitives que s’elevaran al Gerent per a la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;resolució definitiva del procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La persona amb una major puntuació serà la persona seleccionada. Es fa la reserva d’un lloc de feina que podrà ser cridat si es produeix&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;una baixa en aquest lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tota la informació del procés de selecció (convocatòries de l’examen, llistes provisionals, definitives,...) es publicaran a través de la web de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Fundació Bit http://blog.fundaciobit.org&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;i a les oficines de la Fundació Bit al ParcBit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L’ordre jurisdiccional social és el competent per resoldre les controvèrsies derivades d’aquestes bases, d’acord amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d’octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que s’hi pugui interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni cap reclamació prèvia a la via judicial social, sense perjudici que s’hi pugui presentar una reclamació davant l’òrgan que dicta aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els criteris selectius han estat aprovats pel Gerent de la Fundació Bit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
