&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En data 5 de juny de 2018, la directora general de Política Lingüística va emetre un informe justificatiu de la necessitat d'elaborar i aprovar una convocatòria d'ajuts per al foment de l'ús del català en l'àmbit de les entitats esportives a les Illes Balears per a l'any 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mitjançant Resolució de la consellera de Cultura, Participació i Esports de data 6 de juny de 2018 s'ordena l'inici del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’article 33 de la Llei 3/1986, de 29 d’abril, de normalització lingüística a les Illes Balears, estableix que els poders públics de la Comunitat Autònoma han d’adoptar les mesures pertinents i proveir dels mitjans necessaris per al coneixement i ús de la llengua catalana en tots els àmbits i activitats de la vida social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’article 2.2.&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; de l’Ordre de la consellera d’Educació i Cultura d’1 de juliol de 2009 (BOIB núm. 100, d’11 de juliol de 2009), per la qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d’educació i cultura, preveu que pot ser objecte de subvenció la normalització de la llengua pròpia de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports, mitjançant la Direcció General d’Esports i Joventut i la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, exerceix les competències en matèria d’esport i lleure i la competència en matèria de normalització de la llengua catalana, respectivament, d’acord amb el que disposa el Decret 24/2015, de 7 d’agost, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s’estableixen les competències i l’estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2018-2020, aprovat mitjançant un acord del Consell de Govern de 9 de març de 2018, modificat mitjançat Resolució de la consellera d’Hisenda i Administracions Públiques, de 18 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 77, de 23 de juny), preveu els ajuts destinats a actuacions de foment de l’ús del català en l’àmbit de les entitats esportives de les Illes Balears, que es convoquen mitjançant aquesta Resolució, a la qual són aplicables la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions; el Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i el Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, modificat per la Llei 7/2018, de 31 de juliol, de promoció de la seguretat i la salut en el treball a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ordre de la consellera d’Educació i Cultura d’1 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d’educació i cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Instrucció 3/2007 de la Intervenció General de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears sobre justificació d’expedients de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per tot això, a proposta de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, de conformitat amb el que disposen l’article 15 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions; l’article 1.2.2 de l’Ordre de la consellera d’Educació i Cultura d’1 de juliol de 2009, per la qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d’educació i cultura; els informes favorables del Servei Jurídic de la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports i de la Intervenció General, i la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i en ús de les facultats que m’atribueix la Llei 4/2001, de 14 de març, del Govern de les Illes Balears, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprovar la convocatòria d’ajuts per al foment de l’ús del català en l’àmbit de les federacions i els clubs esportius a les Illes Balears per a l’any 2018 i les bases específiques que regeixen aquesta convocatòria, que consten en l’annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fixar els models de documents que s’han de presentar per participar en la convocatòria (annexos 2 a 6). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, s’hi pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera de Cultura, Participació i Esports en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà de la publicació, d’acord amb l’article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 de octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l’article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;També s’hi pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà de la publicació d’aquesta Resolució, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’objecte de la convocatòria és fomentar l’ús de la llengua catalana en l’àmbit de les federacions i els clubs esportius de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els ajuts per al foment de l’ús de la llengua catalana en l’àmbit de les federacions i els clubs esportius pretenen donar suport a aquestes entitats perquè el català esdevengui la llengua d’ús normal i habitual en les seves activitats, tant externes com internes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Import màxim i crèdit pressupostari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’import màxim que es destina a aquesta convocatòria és de 100.000 € per a les despeses derivades del foment de l’ús de la llengua catalana en l’àmbit de les federacions i els clubs esportius de les Illes Balears, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 26401 455B01 48000 00 dels pressuposts de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l’any 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que es vulgui augmentar la dotació de la convocatòria, s’ha de fer mitjançant una resolució de la consellera de Cultura, Participació i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Entitats beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es poden acollir a aquesta convocatòria les federacions i els clubs esportius de les Illes Balears reconeguts legalment i inscrits al Registre d’Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per accedir a aquestes subvencions, les federacions i els clubs esportius han d’estar al corrent de totes les obligacions amb l’Administració esportiva de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, establertes en la legislació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Llei 4/2006, de 17 d’octubre, de l’esport de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decret 33/2004, de 2 d’abril, pel qual es regulen les federacions esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decret 33/2014, d’1 d’agost, pel qual es regula el Registre d’Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Règim de compatibilitat amb altres ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els ajuts que es concedeixin són compatibles amb altres ajuts o subvencions, independentment de la seva naturalesa i de l’entitat que els concedeixi, sempre que, aïlladament o conjuntament, no superin el cost total de l’actuació objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Despeses subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Són subvencionables les despeses següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Retribucions del personal especialitzat en assessorament lingüístic (no personal tècnic general ni especialista esportiu), amb la titulació de graduat en llengua i literatura catalanes o equivalent, altres filologies amb certificat de coneixements superiors de català o equivalent, o titulats en traducció i interpretació amb itinerari de traducció al català, al servei dels perceptors de les subvencions, mitjançant nòmina, i per raó del treball realitzat i les cotitzacions obligatòries als ens gestors del sistema de previsió social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Treballs tècnics d’assessorament lingüístic i traducció realitzats per empreses externes o professionals independents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Despeses derivades de l’organització de cursos de llengua catalana i de tallers de terminologia específica de l’esport o dels esports que estan inclosos en els estatuts de l’entitat esportiva per a monitors, àrbitres, entrenadors, directors esportius i altre personal vinculat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Despeses d’adquisició de material didàctic o publicitari en català de difusió de la pràctica de l’esport o dels esports que estan inclosos en els estatuts de l’entitat esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Despeses de disseny i creació en català, o adaptació a aquesta llengua, de la pàgina web de l’entitat esportiva i de les plataformes digitals de què pugui disposar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Despeses derivades de la impressió de rètols indicatius de caràcter fix en català, i de l’edició de cartells i altres elements de caràcter no fix en català que anuncien les competicions que organitza l’entitat esportiva o en què participen els practicants de l’esport o dels esports inclosos en els estatuts d’aquesta entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Despeses derivades de l’edició de material de formació i de vocabularis específics de l’esport o dels esports inclosos en els estatuts de l’entitat esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Despeses de l’organització d’altres activitats de foment de l’ús de la llengua catalana en l’àmbit d’actuació de les entitats esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Despeses no subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cap cas no es consideren despeses subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els interessos deutors dels comptes bancaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els interessos, els recàrrecs i les sancions administratives i penals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les despeses de procediments judicials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les despeses de garantia bancària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les despeses d’assegurances obligatòries o voluntàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les despeses notarials i registrals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les despeses d’indemnitzacions per acomiadament (incloses les pactades) ni les bestretes al personal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les despeses protocol·làries: begudes alcohòliques, tabac, obsequis, regals, dinars de treball, banquets, gales, actes de recepció o cloenda, atencions protocol·làries o representatives, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sol·licitud i documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.1. Les sol·licituds de subvenció s’han d’adreçar a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística segons el model que es proporciona en l’annex 2 i que es troba disponible a la seu d’aquesta Direcció General i a l’apartat «Serveis» de la pàgina web &amp;lt;http://dgpoling.caib.cat&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2. Les sol·licituds s’han de presentar en el termini que fixa l’apartat vuitè d’aquesta convocatòria al Registre de la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports, a qualsevol de les seves delegacions o a qualsevol altre lloc dels que estableix l’article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.3. Si la sol·licitud no es presenta al Registre de la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports, s’ha d’enviar per fax l’imprès de sol·licitud emplenat i registrat a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística (971 17 69 80).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.4. S’ha d’aportar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’imprès de sol·licitud emplenat i signat adequadament, en el qual constin les dades del beneficiari (annex 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’original o una còpia compulsada dels estatuts reguladors i de les modificacions posteriors, si és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’acreditació de la inscripció de l’entitat al Registre d’Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un document que acrediti la persona física que n’exerceix la representació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una declaració responsable de tots els ajuts sol·licitats o concedits per qualsevol institució, pública o privada, relacionats amb la sol·licitud (annex 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una declaració responsable sobre la situació relativa a l’IVA de l’entitat sol·licitant (annex 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una declaració responsable de l’entitat sol·licitant que acrediti que no es troba inclosa en cap dels supòsits de prohibició o d’incompatibilitat per ser beneficiària de la subvenció, de conformitat amb la normativa aplicable (annex 5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que no siguin perceptors de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, una declaració responsable de veracitat de les dades bancàries aportades, com preveu el Decret 6/2013, de 17 de febrer, de mesures de simplificació documental dels procediments administratius, o un document bancari que acrediti la titularitat del compte. L’imprès normalitzat esmentat es pot obtenir a la seu de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística o a l’apartat «Serveis» de la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;http://dgpoling.caib.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas que el sol·licitant s’oposi expressament que l’Administració obtengui els certificats telemàtics de trobar-se al corrent amb les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social, els certificats corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una breu memòria descriptiva de l’actuació, en què han de constar, com a mínim, els continguts següents: descripció, destinataris, programació i, en general, tots els aspectes necessaris per aplicar el barem establert en l’apartat 11.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un pressupost d’ingressos i despeses imputables a l’actuació que inclogui únicament les despeses subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.5. En cas que la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, per causes alienes a la seva voluntat, no pugui comprovar que es troba al corrent amb les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social, requerirà a l’entitat sol·licitant que aporti els documents corresponents en el termini de deu dies hàbils i sempre amb anterioritat a la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.6. La Direcció General de Política Lingüística, en qualsevol moment, pot sol·licitar als interessats la documentació i la informació complementària que consideri necessària per resoldre l’expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.7. Si la documentació aportada no compleix els requisits exigits, s’ha de requerir a l’entitat interessada que, en el termini de deu dies hàbils, esmeni la mancança o adjunti els documents preceptius, amb l’advertiment que, en cas que no ho faci, es considerarà que desisteix de la seva sol·licitud i s’arxivarà l’expedient sense cap més tràmit, amb la corresponent resolució prèvia que s’ha de dictar d’acord amb l’article 21.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.8. L’òrgan instructor pot demanar al sol·licitant la modificació o la millora voluntàries dels termes de la sol·licitud. Ha de quedar constància d’aquesta circumstància en el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.9. L’incompliment dels requisits o del termini de presentació de sol·licituds establerts en aquesta convocatòria comporta no haver d’admetre la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.10. La inexactitud, falsedat o omissió de caràcter essencial en qualsevol dada o document que acompanyi aquestes declaracions deixen sense efecte aquest tràmit, des del moment en què es coneguin i amb audiència prèvia a l’entitat interessada, i, en conseqüència, comporten la inadmissió de la sol·licitud de subvenció, sens perjudici que puguin ser causa de revocació de la subvenció, si es coneixen amb posterioritat a la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Amb la signatura de les declaracions responsables, la persona signant dona el seu consentiment per fer les verificacions oportunes, des de la finalització del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds de subvenció fins al compliment per part de l’entitat beneficiària de la respectiva obligació de justificació de manera completa i correcta, i manifesta, sota la seva responsabilitat, que compleix els requisits establerts i que disposa de la documentació que ho acredita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Termini per presentar les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de quinze dies hàbils des de l’endemà de la publicació d’aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Competència i resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.1. La Direcció General de Política Lingüística és l’òrgan competent per instruir el procediment i per tramitar els expedients, i ha de fer d’ofici totes les actuacions que consideri necessàries per determinar, conèixer i comprovar les dades en virtut de les quals s’ha de pronunciar la Comissió Avaluadora. Aquesta ha d’emetre un informe que serveixi de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució. En l’informe, la Comissió Avaluadora ha d’establir la relació de les entitats beneficiàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.2. La directora general de Política Lingüística ha d’emetre la proposta de resolució de concessió o denegació dels ajuts, la qual ha de contenir la relació dels beneficiaris proposats per la Comissió Avaluadora per atorgar la subvenció, així com les sol·licituds excloses amb el motiu de l’exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.3. D’acord amb l’article 45.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, la proposta de resolució s’ha de notificar a les persones interessades mitjançant la publicació a la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística i la difusió en el tauler d’anuncis de la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports, perquè en el termini de deu dies hàbils hi puguin al·legar el que considerin oportú. Si transcorregut aquest termini l’entitat interessada no ha presentat al·legacions, s’ha de considerar que hi està conforme i s’ha de continuar amb el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.4. Una vegada notificada la proposta de resolució, les entitats beneficiàries han de comunicar a l’òrgan instructor si accepten la proposta o hi renuncien. En tot cas, es considera que l’entitat beneficiària accepta la proposta de resolució si no manifesta el contrari en un termini de vuit dies hàbils comptadors des de l’endemà d’haver estat notificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.5. A partir de la proposta de resolució de la directora general de Política Lingüística, la consellera de Cultura, Participació i Esports ha de dictar la resolució de concessió definitiva, que finalitza el procediment de concessió de la subvenció. La resolució dictada en aquest procediment, que exhaureix la via administrativa, ha de ser motivada i ha de fixar la quantia individual de les subvencions concedides. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.6. La resolució de concessió s’ha de dictar i publicar en el BOIB en el termini de sis mesos comptadors des de la data d’acabament del termini per presentar les sol·licituds. Mitjançant la publicació de la resolució en el BOIB s’entén complert el tràmit de notificació a les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.7. Contra la resolució de concessió s’hi pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera de Cultura, Participació i Esports en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà de la notificació de la resolució, d’acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre. També s’hi pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà de la notificació de la resolució, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comissió Avaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.1. De conformitat amb l’article 9.2 de l’Ordre de la consellera d’Educació i Cultura d’1 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d’educació i cultura, en relació amb l’article 19 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat per Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, s’ha de constituir una comissió avaluadora perquè examini les sol·licituds d’acord amb els criteris i els requisits establerts en aquesta convocatòria i emeti l’informe, degudament motivat, que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.2. La Comissió Avaluadora ha de tenir la composició següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presidenta, que és la directora general de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dos vocals, nomenats per la directora general de Política Lingüística entre els funcionaris d’aquesta Direcció General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un vocal, nomenat pel director general d’Esports i Joventut entre els funcionaris d’aquesta Direcció General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un secretari, nomenat per la directora general de Política Lingüística entre el personal d’aquesta Direcció General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.3. Les funcions de la Comissió Avaluadora són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Examinar les sol·licituds presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Emetre l’informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució que ha de formular la Direcció General de Política Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les decisions d’aquesta Comissió s’han de prendre per majoria simple; en cas d’empat, el president té el dret de vot de qualitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Criteris i barems per avaluar les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.1. La selecció de les entitats beneficiàries s’ha de fer mitjançant el procediment de concurs. S’entén per concurs el procediment en el qual es concedeixen els ajuts mitjançant la comparació de les sol·licituds presentades, amb la finalitat d’establir-hi una prelació tenint en compte els criteris de valoració fixats en el punt següent, fins a obtenir un nombre de punts determinat. En cap cas, l’import de les subvencions concedides no podrà superar el 100&amp;nbsp;% de l’import de l’actuació presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si un cop feta la distribució hi ha un romanent, s’ha de redistribuir proporcionalment entre els beneficiaris de la primera distribució als quals s’hagi assignat un import inferior al 100&amp;nbsp;% del cost de l’actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;11.2. Els criteris de valoració que s’han d’aplicar per avaluar les sol·licituds són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Abast territorial de l’activitat esportiva (10 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per implantació de l’esport a dues illes, 5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per implantació de l’esport a tres illes, 8 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per implantació de l’esport a tota la Comunitat Autònoma, 10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nombre de persones federades, en el cas de les federacions esportives (10 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L’import cert que s’ha de destinar a cadascun dels sol·licitants amb dret a percebre la subvenció s’ha de calcular segons la puntuació que s’obtengui d’acord amb la fórmula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;On IC&lt;sub&gt;Bx&lt;/sub&gt; és l’import cert que s’ha de destinar al beneficiari X; ΣP&lt;sub&gt;BX...n&lt;/sub&gt; és el resultat de sumar les puntuacions obtingudes per tots els sol·licitants amb dret a subvenció aplicant el mateix barem, i P&lt;sub&gt;Bx&lt;/sub&gt; és la puntuació obtinguda pel beneficiari X aplicant el barem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;12. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pagament i justificació d’actuacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.1. El pagament de la subvenció únicament es pot fer efectiu una vegada justificada l’actuació que se subvenciona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.2. Es consideren despeses subvencionables les que s’efectuïn en el període comprès entre l’1 de novembre de 2017 i el 31 d’octubre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els justificants han de correspondre a despeses d’activitats duites a terme en el període esmentat, efectivament pagades fins a la data límit per justificar, a nom del perceptor de la subvenció i amb totes les operacions comptabilitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.3. Les subvencions que concedeix la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports s’han de justificar mitjançant la presentació del compte justificatiu corresponent, d’acord amb l’article 39 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.4. El compte justificatiu que presenti l’entitat beneficiària ha d’incloure els documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Memòria descriptiva de l’actuació realitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Justificants econòmics de la despesa efectuada, que han de consistir en còpia o duplicat de les factures corresponents a l’import de la totalitat de les despeses efectuades per fer l’actuació subvencionada, i amb els documents acreditatius dels pagaments. Els documents s’han de numerar al marge superior dret de forma correlativa (1, 2, 3, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la justificació s’hi ha d’indicar clarament a quina activitat de les previstes en la memòria descriptiva corresponen els justificants aportats, així com a quins conceptes del pressupost previst es refereixen, i omplir la casella corresponent del compte justificatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No seran admesos a tràmit els comptes justificatius als quals no s’adjuntin còpia o duplicat de tots els documents, degudament numerats. La documentació es presentarà en format A4. Si els documents són més petits, s’adjuntaran en full d’aquest format, sempre numerats. Quan els justificants de les despeses s’imputin parcialment a altres subvencions, caldrà indicar la quantia exacta o percentatge imputat a cadascuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.5. Factures i rebuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els rebuts i les factures presentats com a comprovants per justificar la subvenció han de reunir tots els requisits fiscals que estableix la normativa vigent aplicable (mercantil, fiscal, laboral, etc.). Totes les despeses s’han d’acreditar amb factures i rebuts de pagament. No seran elegibles factures proforma, factures simplificades, albarans, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’article 24 del Codi de comerç assenyala que els empresaris individuals, societats i entitats subjectes a inscripció obligatòria faran constar en tota la seva documentació, correspondència, notes de comanda i factures el domicili i les dades identificadores de la seva inscripció al Registre Mercantil. Les societats mercantils i altres entitats faran constar, a més, la seva forma jurídica i, si escau, la situació de liquidació en què es trobin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A les factures, la descripció de l’operació ha d’aportar informació suficient sobre el concepte i el període objecte de la facturació perquè es pugui verificar la relació de la despesa amb l’actuació subvencionada. No són suficients referències genèriques o no quantificades, com «material didàctic», «serveis professionals», etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si el concepte de la factura no és prou explicatiu, cal adjuntar els albarans de lliurament corresponents o altra documentació justificativa. En tot cas s’ha de poder verificar el preu unitari de l’operació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les factures i els documents amb esmenes o modificats manualment no tenen consideració d’elegibles als efectes de justificar la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.6. Acreditació de pagaments&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.6.1. Sobre les formes d’acreditar els pagaments, la Llei 7/2012, de 29 d’octubre, de modificació de la normativa tributària i pressupostària i d’adequació de la normativa financera per a la intensificació de les actuacions en la prevenció i lluita contra el frau, va introduir les següents limitacions pel que fa als pagaments efectius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No es poden pagar en efectiu les operacions en què alguna de les parts intervinents actuï en qualitat d’empresari o professional, amb un import igual o superior a 2.500 euros o el seu contravalor en moneda estrangera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No obstant això, aquest import és de 15.000 euros o el seu contravalor en moneda estrangera quan el pagador sigui una persona física que justifiqui que no té el domicili fiscal a Espanya i no actuï en qualitat d’empresari o professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Als efectes del càlcul d’aquestes quanties, s’han de sumar els imports de totes les operacions o pagaments en què s’hagi pogut fraccionar el lliurament de béns o la prestació de serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S’entén per efectiu els mitjans de pagament definits en l’article 34.2 de la Llei 10/2010, de 28 d’abril:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El paper moneda i la moneda metàl·lica, nacionals o estrangers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els xecs bancaris al portador denominats en qualsevol moneda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Qualsevol altre mitjà físic, inclosos els electrònics, concebut per ser utilitzat com a mitjà de pagament al portador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els documents acreditatius del pagament han d’indicar, a més de tot allò que s’estableix en el Reglament pel qual es regulen les obligacions de facturació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La identificació del beneficiari i de l’ordenant del pagament (l’ordenant ha de ser el beneficiari de la subvenció: NIF i denominació social).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El concepte pel qual s’ordena el pagament i la remissió al número o números de factura a què correspon. Si el document de pagament no fa referència a les factures, ha d’anar acompanyat de la documentació complementària que permeti verificar la correspondència entre despesa i pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas de pagament mitjançant xec nominatiu, pagaré, lletra de canvi o similars, l’entitat ha d’aportar còpia del document i còpia de l’extracte bancari que acredita el càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si el pagament s’ha fet amb targeta de crèdit, cal lliurar el rebut del pagament i una còpia de l’extracte bancari de la targeta on figuri l’apunt del càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es considerarà efectivament pagada la despesa, a l’efecte de qualificar-la com a subvencionable, amb la cessió del dret de cobrament de la subvenció a favor dels creditors per raó de la despesa realitzada o amb el lliurament a aquests d’un efecte mercantil, garantit per una entitat financera o companyia d’assegurances, segons l’article 83.1 del Reglament de la Llei 38/2003. La còpia de l’esmentat efecte ha d’estar validada per l’entitat financera o companyia d’assegurances que intervengui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.6.2. Cal adjuntar a totes les factures imputades al compte justificatiu el corresponent comprovant de pagament, que pot ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Rebut bancari: és el que emet l’entitat bancària en fer el pagament del rebut presentat pel proveïdor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Full de transferència amb el nom del beneficiari, número de la factura amb coincidència de l’import transferit i l’import de la factura, segellat i datat per l’entitat bancària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Extracte bancari del compte de l’entitat on figuri l’assentament amb l’import coincident amb l’import i el nom de l’empresa a la qual s’ha fet el pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si el document de pagament no fa referència a les factures, ha d’anar acompanyat de la documentació complementaria que permeti verificar la correspondència entre despesa i pagament, en els casos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas de pagaments agrupats, és a dir, un sol pagament o transferència, per liquidar diferents factures, cal que el rebut bancari o l’ordre de transferència identifiqui el nom del destinatari i el número de cada factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.6.3. Si es tracta de pagaments al comptat i, per tant, inferiors a 2.500 euros, sempre recordant que als efectes del càlcul d’aquesta quantia s’han de sumar els imports de totes les operacions o pagaments en què s’hagi pogut fraccionar el lliurament de béns o la prestació de serveis, els rebuts de cobrament han de contenir com a mínim:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Denominació social de l’empresa perceptora de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Data d’emissió del rebut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Número de la factura a la qual fa referència el pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Import total de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Signatura amb nom, cognoms i DNI de la persona que tengui poders notarials de l’empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.6.4. En el cas excepcional de tractar-se d’obligacions amb la Seguretat Social o fiscals, amb ingrés ordinari i no voluntari, del darrer trimestre de l’exercici 2018, es podrà presentar inicialment l’imprès TC sense carta de pagament, i una vegada complerta l’obligació, lliurar l’original, sempre dins els cinc dies següents a la data d’ingrés a la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.7. En el cas que l’entitat beneficiària no justifiqui l’import total del pressupost que hagi servit de base per a la concessió de l’ajut, pertoca la revocació parcial de l’ajut, del qual s’ha de reduir l’import proporcionalment a la quantia no justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.8. No s’entendrà totalment justificada l’aplicació dels fons percebuts fins que no s’hagi acreditat, com a mínim, l’import de l’actuació que hagi servit de base per concedir l’ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.9. Si les actuacions per a les quals se sol·liciten els ajuts objecte d’aquesta convocatòria obtenen ajuts o subvencions d’altres entitats públiques o privades, el total dels ajuts en cap cas no pot superar el cost de l’actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;12.10. El model de compte justificatiu està a disposició de les persones interessades a la seu de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística i a l’apartat «Serveis» de la pàgina web &amp;lt;http://dgpoling.caib.cat&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;13. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Termini per justificar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El compte justificatiu que figura en l’annex 6, degudament emplenat i acompanyat de la documentació que s’especifica en el punt 12, s’ha de presentar en un dels terminis següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a les actuacions que ja s’han duit a terme en el moment de la notificació, deu dies hàbils comptadors des de la data en què s’hagi notificat la resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a les actuacions que no s’han duit a terme en el moment de la notificació de la resolució de concessió, de l’1 al 15 de novembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;14. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Altres requisits generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;14.1. Les subvencions rebudes són compatibles amb d’altres destinades a la mateixa finalitat i atorgades per altres administracions públiques o ens públics i privats d’àmbit nacional, estatal, de la Unió Europea o d’organismes internacionals, sempre que no ultrapassin el 100&amp;nbsp;% del cost de l’actuació subvencionada. En tot cas, si les entitats beneficiàries obtenen un ajut addicional, la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports revocarà la subvenció atorgada per a la mateixa finalitat en quantia equivalent a l’excés obtingut sobre el cost de l’actuació subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;14.2. Per dur a terme l’actuació subvencionada, es pot subcontractar fins al 100 % de l’import de la subvenció atorgada, d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 38 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, tenint en compte que, quan l’activitat concertada amb tercers excedeixi el 20 % de l’import de la subvenció i aquest import sigui superior a 60.000 €, la subcontractació estarà sotmesa al compliment dels requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que el contracte es faci per escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que prèviament la Direcció General de Política Lingüística l’hagi autoritzat, en funció de la documentació que lliuri el perceptor de la subvenció, sempre abans de presentar el compte justificatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un contracte no es pot fraccionar per disminuir-ne la quantia i eludir el compliment dels requisits exigits anteriorment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;15. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Són obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries dels ajuts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar, mitjançant un escrit adreçat a la consellera de Cultura, Participació i Esports, que s’accepta la proposta de resolució de la subvenció o bé que s’hi renuncia. En qualsevol cas, l’acceptació s’entén produïda automàticament, si en el termini de vuit dies hàbils des que es notifiqui la proposta de resolució no es fa constar el contrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dur a terme l’actuació que fonamenta la concessió de l’ajut en el termini establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Justificar la realització de l’actuació objecte de l’ajut i també el compliment dels requisits i les condicions que determinen la concessió de l’ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sotmetre’s a les actuacions de comprovació i control que corresponguin de les administracions autonòmica, estatal i comunitària, la Sindicatura de Comptes i altres òrgans de control extern, i també facilitar tota la informació que aquests els requereixin amb relació als ajuts concedits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística l’obtenció de subvencions o ajuts per a la mateixa finalitat procedents de qualsevol administració o ens públic o privat, nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar immediatament a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística qualsevol eventualitat que alteri o dificulti greument el desenvolupament de l’activitat objecte de l’ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries o de qualsevol naturalesa, amb l’Estat, amb la Seguretat Social i amb la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Conservar els justificants de les despeses corresponents a l’actuació subvencionada durant 5 anys i posar-los a disposició de la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports quan aquesta els sol·liciti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas de les entitats que reben subvencions o ajuts per més de 100.000 € anuals o més de 5.000 € anuals i que almenys el 40% dels ingressos procedeixi de subvencions o ajuts públics, fer la publicitat prevista en la Llei 19/2013, de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;16. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Revocació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S’ha de revocar la concessió de la subvenció quan, posteriorment a la concessió vàlida i ajustada a dret, l’entitat beneficiària incompleixi totalment o parcialment les obligacions o els compromisos contrets als quals està condicionada l’eficàcia de l’acte de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;17. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reintegrament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;17.1. Com a conseqüència de la revocació s’ha de reintegrar totalment o parcialment l’import de l’ajut obtingut i, si escau, l’exigència de l’interès de demora, en els casos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’incompliment de la finalitat per a la qual es va concedir l’ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’obtenció de l’ajut sense que es compleixin les condicions requerides per fer-ho, o l’alteració de les condicions tingudes en compte per concedir-lo, sempre que sigui per causes imputables a l’entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’incompliment greu de l’obligació de justificar la finalitat dels fons percebuts en la forma i els terminis establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La concurrència de subvencions incompatibles per a la mateixa activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La negativa a sotmetre’s a les actuacions de comprovació i control previstes legalment o l’obstrucció injustificada d’aquestes actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Altres supòsits establerts en les bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;17.2. Per al reintegrament, s’ha d’aplicar el procediment que determina a aquest efecte l’article 44 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;17.3. Les quantitats reintegrables tenen la consideració d’ingressos de dret públic i poden ser exigides per la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;18. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Règim d’infraccions i sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L’incompliment dels requisits que determinen aquestes bases dona lloc a aplicar el règim d’infraccions i sancions establertes legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;19. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Inspecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposa aquesta convocatòria, els ajuts que concedeix la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports s’han de sotmetre a la inspecció corresponent segons la normativa legal vigent d’aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Que tant el sol·licitant com l’actuació destinada a fomentar l’ús del català en l’àmbit de les entitats esportives compleixen els requisits prevists en la Resolució, la qual cosa acredit amb la documentació adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
