&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Mitjançant Resolució del conseller de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat de 28 d’agost de 2018 es va delegar l’exercici de determinades competències en la directora general de Transparència i Bon Govern de la Conselleria de Presidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. S’ha advertit una errada en el primer apartat de la Resolució respecte de la determinació de l’òrgan delegat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. L’article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, &lt;em&gt;les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. L’article 56.1 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, &lt;em&gt;la revocació dels actes de gravamen o desfavorables i la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l’òrgan que hagi dictat l’acte o la disposició.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Rectificar l’errada observada en el primer apartat de la Resolució del conseller de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat de 28 d’agost de 2018, per la qual es delega l’exercici de determinades competències en la directora general de Transparència i Bon Govern de la Conselleria de Presidència, en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Delegar en la secretària general de la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat per exercir les competències que, d’acord amb la legislació aplicable, corresponen al conseller de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat en les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Delegar en la directora general de Transparència i Bon Govern de la Conselleria de Presidència per exercir les competències que, d’acord amb la legislació aplicable, corresponen al conseller de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat en les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
