&lt;p style="margin-top:6,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L’apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de juliol de 2015 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, corresponents als anys 2015-2019, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;d’acord amb els termes que preveu l’article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l’article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident del FOGAIBA, en data 13&amp;nbsp;d’agost&amp;nbsp;de 2018, va signar la següent resolució,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.En data de 16 de juliol de 2015 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 106, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per als anys 2015 a 2019, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, modificada mitjançant les resolucions de 17 de desembre de 2016 i 22 de juny de 2016.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de la Resolució esmentada, el termini per presentar les sol&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;·licituds va acabar el dia 30 de Juny de 2016. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.En data &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de 9&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;de ju&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;liol&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;de 2018 es va publicar al &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;web http://www.caib.es una proposta provisional de concessió de l'ajuda sol·licitada. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; text-align:justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Durant el termini establert a la proposta provisional de concessió parcial l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;person&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;interessad&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;assenyalad&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;a l’annex I no ha&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n&amp;nbsp;presentat cap al·legació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Una vegada avaluades la sol·licitud d’ajuda pels òrgans gestors, i d'acord amb els criteris d’elegibilitat de la convocatòria, al beneficiari li correspon una ajuda màxima detallada a l’annex I, després d’aplicar la deducció d’inversions i/o actuacions que no són elegibles per aquesta línia d'ajudes descrita a l'annex II.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Concedir l’ajuda sol·licitada a la persona beneficiària pels imports i amb els terminis detallats a l'annex I, que és un total d&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;e 2 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;expedient&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;que comença`per JOAMAR RG INVERSIONES, SL&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;i acaba en ALMENDRAS Y FRUTOS SECOS BONANY &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;que suma un total de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;116&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;184,65&amp;nbsp;€ de la línia d'ajudes “Inversions a les explotacions agràries”, deduïdes les inversions/actuacions no elegibles especificades a l’annex II.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-left:11,8500pt; text-align:justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada amb càrrec als pressuposts i percentatges de cofinançament detallats a l’annex I.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0,0000pt; margin-left:11,8500pt; text-align:justify"&gt;

	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Complir les normes comunitàries aplicables a la inversió de la qual es tracti i les específiques que puguin assenyalar-se en funció del tipus d’explotació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Adoptar les mesures que siguin necessàries per proporcionar informació al públic i donar-ne publicitat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
