	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Notificació de Resolució de concessió parcial als beneficiaris de les ajudes, R20&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;de data 20&amp;nbsp;de juliol&amp;nbsp;de 2018, a l’empara de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de juliol de 2015, per la qual es convoquen subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, per als anys 2015-2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;L’apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de juliol de 2015 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, corresponents als anys 2015-2019, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span&gt;d’acord amb els termes que preveu l’article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l’article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;El vicepresident del FOGAIBA, en data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;e juliol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;de 2018, va signar la següent resolució,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;En data de 16 de juliol de 2015 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 106, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per als anys 2015 a 2019, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, modificada mitjançant les resolucions de 17 de desembre de 2016 i 22 de juny de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de la Resolució esmentada, el termini per presentar les sol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;·&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;licituds va acabar el dia 30 de Juny de 2016. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;En data de 11 de juny de 2018 es va publicar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;web http://www.caib.es una proposta provisional de concessió de l'ajuda sol·lici&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;tada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Durant el termini establert a la proposta provisional de concessió parcial la persona interessada assenyalada a l’annex I no ha presentat cap al·legació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;El servei ha rebut l'incorporació de remanets la qual cosa ha fet augmentar el pressupost de l'anualitat 2018. D'aquesta manera es fa necessari canviar el finançament de l'anualitat 2019 a 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Una vegada avaluades la sol·licitud d’ajuda pels òrgans gestors, i d'acord amb els criteris d’elegibilitat de la convocatòria, al beneficiari li correspon una ajuda màxima detallada a l’annex I, després d’aplicar la deducció d’inversions i/o actuacions que no són elegibles per aquesta línia d'ajudes descrita a l'annex II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;17.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Decret 65/2007, de 25 de maig, de constitució, organització i funcionament de l'Organisme Pagador de les despeses del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Garantia (FEAGA) i del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER), a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears BOIB núm. 082 de 2007 ; en virtut de l’Ordre de la consellera d’Agricultura i pesca de 23 de desembre de 2005, per la qual es disposa l’assumpció de l’execució de la política de millora i foment dels sectors agrari i pesquer per part del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, estableix a l’article 1 que el FOGAIBA assumeix l’execució de la política de la Conselleria d’Agricultura i Pesca referent a l’aplicació de les mesures de foment i millora dels sectors agrari i pesquer, a partir de l’1 de gener de 2006. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Autoritzar i disposar la despesa assenyalada amb càrrec als pressuposts i percentatges de cofinançament detallats a l’annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Realitzar les inversions o activitats auxiliades en el termini establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Justificar les despeses relacionades amb la inversió per a la recepció dels fons comunitaris en els termes i terminis determinats a la present Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Exercir l’activitat agrària en qualsevol explotació i mantenir les inversions realitzades durant almenys cinc anys, comptats des de la data de pagament de l’ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Complir les normes comunitàries aplicables a la inversió de la qual es tracti i les específiques que puguin assenyalar-se en funció del tipus d’explotació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Adoptar les mesures que siguin necessàries per proporcionar informació al públic i donar-ne publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Sotmetre’s als controls que dugui a terme l’administració, necessaris per comprovar la correcta concessió de l’ajuda i el posterior manteniment dels compromisos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Complir els compromisos adquirits per a la concessió de l’ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Mantenir els requisits i condicions exigibles respecte a l’explotació i a la persona beneficiària, als quals fa referència l’apartat tercer d’aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
