&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, es publica l’extracte de la convocatòria, el text complet de la qual es pot consultar a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Poden ser beneficiaris les persones, físiques o jurídiques, que en el moment de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds siguin titulars d’explotacions agràries, que replantin: albercoquers, ametllers, figueres, garrovers empeltats, oliveres i/o pruneres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;El recinte on es sembren els arbres ha d’estar inscrit a nom del beneficiari en el Registre Interinsular Agrari de les Illes Balears (RIA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Finalitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;La replantació de albercoquers, ametllers, figueres, garrovers empeltats, oliveres i pruneres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Ordre de la consellera d’Agricultura i Pesca, de 10 de març de 2005, per la qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en els sectors agrari i pesquer (BOIB núm. 43, de 17 de març de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Crèdit&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Mil euros (1.000,00€), amb possibilitat de incrementar aquest import. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Import&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;1. La quantia de les ajudes queda fixada en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;- 20,00 € per arbre plantat: albercoquer, ametler, figuera, olivera i/o prunera (inclou la mà d’obra, el material (tutor, protector, etc.) i la maquinària utilitzada).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;- 25,00 € per arbre plantat:&amp;nbsp; garrover (inclou la mà d’obra, el material (tutor, protector, etc.) i la maquinària utilitzada).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;2. L’import mínim de subvenció per beneficiari és de 300,00 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;3. Així mateix, i de conformitat amb el que estableix el punt 2 de l’article tercer del Reglament (UE) núm. 1408/2013 de la Comissió, de 18 de desembre de 2013, relatiu a l'aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea a les ajudes de &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt; en el sector agrícola, la quantia total d’ajudes de &lt;em&gt;minimis&lt;/em&gt; no podrà excedir de 15.000,00 € per beneficiari en un període de tres exercicis fiscals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="left"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds comença l'endemà de la publicació de l’extracte d'aquesta Resolució en el BOIB i acaba el dia 31 de juliol de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
