sessió del dia 20 de març de 2018, va adoptar un acord de traspàs als consells insulars de Mallorca, Menorca i Formentera de les funcions i els serveis inherents a les competències pròpies d’aquests consells insulars que actualment exerceix l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en matèria de promoció turística, i d’ampliació, adaptació i compleció de les funcions i els serveis en aquesta matèria traspassats al Consell Insular d’Eivissa pel Decret 45/2015, de 22 de maig.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El susdit òrgan col·legiat estatutari, en la mateixa sessió plenària, va aprovar un acord complementari —identificat amb el número 2— de l’Acord de traspàs esmentat, relatiu al règim de finançament específic pel que fa a l’any 2018.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">A la fi de donar publicitat a l’Acord complementari esmentat, dict la següent</span></p> de 2018, de l’Acord complementari número 2, el text del qual s’insereix com a annex a la Resolució present, de l’Acord de traspàs als consells insulars de Mallorca, Menorca i Formentera de les funcions i els serveis inherents a les competències pròpies d’aquests consells insulars que actualment exerceix l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en matèria de promoció turística, i d’ampliació, adaptació i compleció de les funcions i els serveis en aquesta matèria traspassats al Consell Insular d’Eivissa pel Decret 45/2015, de 22 de maig, relatiu al règim de esmentat es preveu que la distribució entre les institucions insulars de la massa de finançament corresponent tant al traspàs als consells de Mallorca, Menorca i Formentera de les funcions i els serveis inherents a les competències pròpies d’aquests consells insulars, com a l’ampliació, l’adequació i la compleció de les funcions i els serveis en aquesta matèria traspassats al Consell Insular roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Així les coses, una vegada fixat i distribuït entre els consells insulars el cost efectiu global anual que l’Acord de què es tracta preveu, és cert que, per establir la quantia que correspondrà a cada institució insular pel que fa a l’any 2018, s’ha de tenir en compte, necessàriament, la data prevista d’efectivitat del traspàs i la repercussió que, en el càlcul esmentat, han de tenir els contractes en curs d’execució que es detallen en la relació número 4 i a la qual remet la lletra K) de l’Acord en qüestió, la titularitat dels quals correspon a l’Agència de Turisme de les Illes Balears, i que continuaran sent responsabilitat d’aquesta entitat pública empresarial fins que finalitzi la seva vigència.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En conseqüència, les parts implicades subscriuen un acord complementari sobre les regles que han de regir per calcular el finançament específic que correspondrà a cada consell insular l’any 2018, que són aquestes:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1. No obstant això, la quantia establerta d’acord amb la regla anterior, per altra banda, s’ha de minorar, pel que fa únicament als consells insulars de Mallorca, Menorca i Formentera, considerant la despesa imputable a aquestes institucions insulars (amb efectes d’1 d’abril de 2018) en els contractes en curs d’execució la titularitat dels quals correspon a l’Agència de Turisme de les Illes Balears, i que continuaran sent responsabilitat d’aquesta entitat pública empresarial fins que finalitzi la seva vigència.
