provisionalment l’ordenança fiscal reguladora de les taxes per la prestació per part del Consell de Mallorca dels serveis d’Inspecció Tècnica de Vehicles (revisió segons l’IPC interanual de juliol de 2016 a juliol de 2017). </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Transcorregut el termini de trenta dies previstos en l'article 17.1 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, &nbsp;comptadors&nbsp; a partir de l’endemà del dia de la publicació en el diari, el dia 22 de novembre de 2017, per ser una data posterior a la publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma (BOIB núm. 139, de dia 14 de novembre de 2017), i atès que no s’han presentat reclamacions en contra durant el termini d’exposició pública, aquest acord queda elevat a definitiu d’acord amb el que disposa l'article 17.3 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel que
