14282 2017-12-21 ![CDATA[Rectificació numèrica Padró Municipal d'Habitants a 01.01.2017]] 41517 41516 ca CAIB text/html ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El Ple de l’Ajuntament en sessió de dia 11 de desembre de 2017 va adoptar l’acord que –a reserva dels termes definitius que resultin de l’aprovació de l’acta corresponent- a continuació es transcriu:</span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">“PROPOSTA D’ACORD</span></strong></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Antecedents</span></strong></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- La formació, actualització, revisió i custodia del padró municipal correspon a l’Ajuntament.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- Els Ajuntaments han d’aprovar la revisió dels seus padrons municipals amb referència a l’1 de gener de cada any.</span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Fonaments de dret</span></strong></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- Articles 60 i ss i&nbsp; article 81 del RD 1690/1986, de 11&nbsp; juliol, que aprova el reglament de població i demarcació territorial</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- Articles 16&nbsp;
